I want to give a review for the people with gluten issues and the management. First let me say I have celiac disease and the precautions your employees took to insure I wouldn't get sick were excellent. Making it in a separate area, separate knives etc... BUT THE BREAD IS OLD AS THE HILLS! Dry, crumbled and just not fresh. I've been to other Jersey Mikes the bread is fresh and amazing... just keep up with the freshness and dates if they maybe expired... also once bread is opened needs to be refrigerated at least at night. read more

Second time i have had to wait 15minutes past the promised time for a pick up order while the crew served everyone in line at Store. One sub was ready and sitting in bag whole time. Subs were sloppy, and one sub was completely wrong, instead of no mayo as requested, lots& lots and lots of mayo. Tuna sub was mostly mayo with a little sprinkle of tuna, disgusting and inedible. I went to Jersey Mike's today and got two sandwiches one for me and one for this homeless guy and the two girls that were working, I wish I got their names. They helped me out so much. They comped his food, They comped some of my food and they gave him a bunch of free things and helped me out. I was very appreciated with the two girls and the service was amazing. Awesome Jersey Mike's location. Each time I've been in here the staff has always been super friendly, and after about the 3rd time the staff remembers who you are; and since I always get the same thing they know what I want as well. I might just throw them a curve ball next time and order something different. The Big Kahuna Steak Sandwich is our family's favorite and it's always made fresh to order on the grill, unlike places that pour their steak out of a bag and microwave it. Always the best Jerseys experience in my 3 years in GA. Place is clean , service is friendly and bottom line these people know how to crank out a good sub. Our favorite is the cheesesteak ! Went in the restaurant on a Sunday afternoon to grab a sub sandwich. I noticed the cooler which kept the meat was empty! The employee grabbed some ham from somewhere in the case , proceeded to slice the meat on the dirtiest slicer I've ever seen...then threw the rest of the meat in the trash can!!! Then another employee WITHOUT a cutting board added the condiments to my sandwich!!! Who knows what's been all over that counter! The condiments, by the way, looked like they had been there since 11am that morning! I started to throw the sandwich away in the trash can IN the store on my way out... no way I was going to eat that sub! I am a Jersey Mike's addict. Probably order three times a week. I placed an order today, and I was told it would be ready at 12:15. Given, I'm all about giving grace to a busy restaurant, but 47 minutes after arriving, and 25+ customers coming and leaving through the line, my order was STILL not ready. I had a mini Italian, and 2 PLAIN turkey subs. I had THREE kids with me... 1, 5, and 8 years old. I don't know that I've ever been so frustrated. The "manager" kept giving the 5-6 of us still waiting ridiculous excuses, but no solution! They should have stopped the line, and at least started catching up (maybe every other sub).... we were treated like we were the customers that didn't matter. I'm so disappointed.... please get a staff that can handle a situation like this. We will take our business to another location. read more
