Worst Restuarant experience ever. Staff unable to input order correctly. Staff member Makenzie Jones incredibly rude and the Assistant manager Scott Hayden not making his employee disengage even after he stood and watched her be rude to me. Decided to swing in and try the new boneless wings at Arby's. They have two flavors- Hot Buffalo and Hot Honey BBQ. The Hot Honey BBQ is what would be seen as normal BBQ sauce-it is what I should have ordered. I got the Hot Buffalo and must emphasize the word "hot" . They were most definitely hot. Sometimes you just want a beef and cheddar, and Arby's fits the bill. We ordered takeout at the counter. They had a lively drive-through line, but very few people inside, and nobody dining in while we were there. Service wasn't great, and the person at the counter wore her face mask on her chin, so no points on that score. But the actual food was just fine. The three pepper sauce has a tiny bit of heat, but if you're an actually hot sauce fan, you might want to bring your own. read more

I just went to Arby's and I couldn't believe what I was told, Arby's ran out of roast beef at 7pm on a Friday night, as I was leaving in disbelief I was told that they had three buses come in earlier, I thought about this thinking that yeah that could be a problem with their roast beef supply but roast beef isn't all they offer so basically the management dropped the ball and obviously wasn't prepared and isn't prepared to handle large crowds which is a management problem simply because if you manage a restaurant near an interstate there is a possibility of a bus load or buses loaded stopping in, this is management issue pure and simple, I guarantee McDonald's has never ran out of hamburgers, these restaurants need to hold their management to a higher standard then having a roast beef fast food place running out of roast beef! read more

They were very busy with their drive through but because we'd been on the road for a few hours, we just wanted to sit and eat. The manager was phenomenal. Stopped here on a road trip around 1pm on Memorial Day. The food was fair. We were greeted by a nice guy. An older thin woman appeared behind the counter and was not very nice to the staff. She scolded the nice guy by telling him to "put" the customers waiting at the counter "on hold" to take care of something else. We found it rude to not only the sales associate but also to the waiting customers. We received our food and sat down. We had no napkins. I went to the counter and after being ignored, I blurted out "do you have any napkins?!" At which point, an older gentlemen informed me that no, they did not have any napkins and they were "expecting the truck soon." read more

I want to clarify that the other staff and the food were completely fine, so don't judge them too harshly. But the guy who took my order at first (ginger, late teens) literally said "I'm not dealing with this" and just walked away. I ordered a sandwich with no bread, because I have celiac. He simply refused to serve me. His coworker came out and did the order while he stood in the corner glaring in contempt. The audacity and self-importance of this kid was astounding. Had received some coupons so decided we might as well take advantage of them. Hadn't been to an Arbys in a long time. One was a discount for a "Market Fresh" sandwich and another was for a free small shake. Ordering at the drive up was routine, and we pulled up to the window to pay for and receive our order. All seemed well till after leaving we examined our order. Our free shake had been replaced by a Dr. Pepper, not one of our favorites, the brisket sandwich was adequate, but the Fresh in "Market Fresh, was sort of a misnomer. The turkey (?) was piled in a lump in the middle of the bread, topped by a miserable looking tiny slice of tomato, and topped off by some wilted lettuce. Sandwich was conveniently PRESSED into the packaging as well. The two stars are for the brisket, which came with some onion rings, not bad, but the Dr.Pepper went down the drain when we got home. read more

I love finding an excuse to go to Arby's. Road trip pit stops are an easy way for me to add an Arby's meal to my day. A couple Jr. Roast beef sandwiches and some curly fries will fill me up for the rest of the ride. This location has no visible outlets in the seating area. Worst Arby's in America. Foods always cold and the staff is ridiculous. I'm pretty sure they make all of their food in the morning then take turns napping the rest of the day. Nothing like paying top dollar for cold food and bad fast service. I make it a point to go to Arby's when I leave town, because ours is so bad. They should've saved the money from the recent remodel and put it towards hiring some legitimate management. read more
