I ordered at the drive thru a #1 half pound meal the receipt showed the correct order but the sandwich was not correct it was a small Beef and Cheddar not what I ordered tried to call the restaurant no answer and no response using their review site. I guess this store doesn't need my business anymore Follow up they haven't followed up with me on my complaint even though when I finished the report there is message saying that I would receive a call from them! This is my neighborhood Arby's and it's always served me well. It's clean, in a nice area and it's quite large. Plenty of safe parking, well lit and clean. The staff is pleasant and efficient and the drive thru is fast and gets the orders right. Not such a common thing with drive thrus these days. I find Arby's expensive for fast food so I don't buy it often but when I crave it, this is where I go. I love curly fries and their cherry turnovers are as good as turnovers get. I like the open fountain drink station and the flavor choices are solid. I think this review is about as good as it gets for a chain fast food location. read more

This Arby's has been around for some time. I am actually glad it finally got a remodel some time ago. The place is very clean and organized, so it doesn't guve off any filthy vibe at all. The service is as you expect from a typical fast food joint. Only with a bit of waiting becUse that's apparently an Arby's thing. The food, however, was not awesome. Semi-warm with a weird grainy texture to the meat. Like edible sand. Probably not the best place to hit up. read more

Was going to give them 2 stars but looks like there stuck at 2 stars. I will admit for the most part we get above average food. Tonight I had to share cause I hope this was one persons decision not a training thing. So husband got curly fries I got crinkle fries. Curly fries were pretty normal cold and almost over cooked. Here's the part I think is funny so instead of cooking new crinkle fries they filled my box half way with curly fries and then took the handful of there remaining super old crinkle fries and placed them on top to make it look like a full box of crinkle fries. it was a full box of yuck. I just hate that Arby's is in the Higher cost of fast food but you get subpar food. read more

On the same night I received horribly slow service from the Wendy's close by, I walked into this Arby's and also saw a huge line. My heart sank a little but appreciated the fact that the staff behind the counter informed me that they were super busy because of newly issued coupons but that they were trying very hard to fill everyone's orders. That was enough to make me stay. It didn't take as long as I expected for me to get my food and the staff was very attentative, you can tell they cared about their customers, as opposed to Wendy's! So, service wise, Arby's gets 4.5 stars, I even rang the bell before I stepped out to encourage them to keep up with the good work! But the final rating is 3 stars because, heck, it's Arby's, their food is just average! The curly fries, onion rings, and sauces were all fantastic, but the sandwiches we had (Shroom & Swiss; Three Cheese & Bacon Angus Sub) were way too salty! Some time ago I remember having a chicken salad sandwich from this same Arby's and enjoyed it a lot more than their beef sandwiches. Not what they used to be. Went in there when it just opened, ordered the Reuben meal and it was cold with literally two pieces of beef and the curly fries were cold. Was this last nights leftovers???went to get my soda and it sprayed all over me because they didn't have the nozzles on! No apology and didn't even hand me a towel to clean up the stickiness all over myself. Asked the worker if that was my food on the counter and she replied "YES!!!" This review is for last Saturday the 10th at around 2:30 in the afternoon. Often, when eating Arby's during off hours, you are asking for a mediocre product. Trust me, I know as I worked the slicer at this same location back in the late '80s! The sandwiches for this visit were as I expected. Nothing great but edible. My complaint is with the girl working the drive-thru window at this time of the day. She had ZERO customer service. None! No courtesy, no manners, no personality, nothing! Maybe she is being prepared for her inevitable automation replacement? I will look forward to an AI/robot as it might offer an improved interaction! The girl without a pulse wore a hat, had a ponytail, tattoo(s) on her neck behind her ear, and had a few face piercings? Just so you know who to look for and avoid if you can. Employees like this do not offer anything to their employers, customers or anyone in general. Just quit already so they can get someone in there who acts like they care. Thank you! PS. I ordered a cherry turnover. On line and then when I got to the store. They were out of the cherry turnover. They did offer me a apple of pumpkin turnover instead of the cherry. But I really like the cherry turnovers when they are hot. So I said I wanted a refund. The manager said he couldn't give me a refund and that I would have to call up customer service to get a refund. I can not believe that they want you to order on line and pay. But then not be able to give a refund from the store. Come on it was a 2 dollar turnover. This was last Sunday and I was supposed to get a call back from someone. Still waiting for the call back and the refund. A week later. I think they should have given me a free item. To compensate me for the hassle of driving to the store. I mean really you have a point of sale system. You should know what food items you have in the store. Thank you for changing your staff!!! I am not opposed to staff with piercings, colored hair ot tattoos, but the staff that has been there for the last few years has been sullen, unfriendly and downright rude. So unpleasant!! We ate there last Tuesday and came in contact with three staff members. They were all friendly, helpful and willing to SMILE. Yay! Now for the ONE STAR portion of the review. The new fish sandwiches are tasteless as all get out! They are also weird looking because they don't fit the bun. We tried both the regular and the spicy. Both are awful! We came in for a quick meal on Wed. Nov 28th. As we walked in Raina (The manager own duty) was berating the cashier (Angel). And she did not stop in front of us. I felt so bad for Angel, who continued to serve us with a good attitude. After we sat down Raina loudly talked badly about Angel to other employees. Loud enough for all the customers to hear. Then when I walked up to get my food Raina was exceptionally rude to me. She is a terribly face for this restaurant. I rarely complain about any fast food restaurant because well...it goes without saying. This was an annoying experience. I pulled through the drive through at 9:40 pm behind a truck that flew into the parking lot. They pulled up to the intercom to a premature closed announcement. Since they couldn't order they just pulled around. I knew they weren't closed so I went ahead and ordered my food. I ordered the 1/2 pound French dip "meal" and a sandwich for my wife. The kid in the truck in front of me, that was not able to order, ran to the intercom and I guess they took it because I had to wait behind them even longer to get my food which was probably already made and getting cold. I got the food finally, then realized they didn't give me my fries, I tried to go inside and it was locked. So I pulled back through to the intercom, ignored by them. I had to go back to the window, wait for the guy in front to get his food. When I finally go to the window, I said "You guys forgot my fries" the cashier acted irritated and mumbled something, but went and got said fries. I could see them annoyed inside staring me down and so on. She gave them to me and As I pulled away she slammed the window closed. The girls working were very friendly but my fries were super old and they forgot my jalapeño dipping sauce.

I found a hair in my teeth while eating the fries I got from them and then we continued to find 4 more hairs finally just dumping them out to see because it was so ridiculous. I called the store to tell them that they had a ton of hair getting in their fries and the guy says "OK" and nothing more. Its really too bad we have been coming here for years as we live less than a mile away but after this we probably won't be returning. Very disgusting and disappointing. read more
