The food was terrible. Fries were ancient and in pieces. My Reuben was the 2nd worst ever eaten. Barely any dressing or kraut .The smokehouse sandwich wasn't as good as the So called Reuben according to my boyfriend who ate 1/2 mine and said it was better than his. Geez - Really?? When calling to say I'd not return. I was told that's fine and hung up on. Unconcerned about reasons why. Too sad. Calling back and speaking with the manager I at least got heard. Ordered from here thru DoorDash and had 5 chicken strips and mozzarella sticks. They for got the mozzarella sticks. Dumped the frys in the bag, and didn't have any sauces or napkins in the bag. Generally good. But don't freaking go there on the weekends if you want a flipping jamocha shake cause they will always be out of it. Oh and one time they were out of beef... at 6pm. Sesame seed bun wasn't stale and the cashier remembered my horsey and Arbq sauce. It's hit or miss but the service and food are always great. The drive thru time is relatively quicker than other choices in the area. The prices are about the same as the Popeyes next door but a but more expensive than burger king. For those that are in the military, they offer military discount on the first Monday of every month. The store is open until 10pm and their drive thru is open until 11pm. read more

The food was decent about what is to be expected but what wasn't expected was my drink being thrown away while I went to the restroom. One of the workers was sweeping floors and threw my cup away so I ask him if I could have a replacement and he said "We don't give away stuff for free". I told him it wasn't free not pointing out that drinks are way over priced as it is. In return he told me "I know I threw your drink away and we don't give stuff away for free so you can go buy another one". I didn't have time to go speak with a manager so as repayment for my drink being taken from me neither I nor any of my co-workers are stopping at this location again. P.s. I don't write reviews often and When I do it's not usually a good rating. While I give this 5 Stars.....it could have been very easily a 1 rating..., After working all day and twisting my knee, it was very painful to walk or put weight on my knee, decided to do Arbys. I LOVE Arby's. I waited in the drive thru line, asked to pull forward to wait on my order. When my food came out, 10 minutes later, I looked in the sack and asked the pretty lady if I could get 2 salt 2 arbys sauce and 4 ketchup, she told me I could come inside to pick those items up myself as she was the one that makes the sandwiches and she needs to get back in there. I explained I had twisted or done something to my knee and that it kills me to put any weight on it, she carried on about she has had broken bones and no you can just come in for your condiments. I then told her no, and was looking at my sandwiches as she was arguing with me. I then asked if she could add a small cheese cup to my condiments cause one sandwich looked very short on cheese. She got even more rude and told me to just leave. As long and much as she argued with me, she could have made several trips back into the bldg. to get my condiments. This girl definitely has a attitude problem and should not be working directly with customers. I proceeded to go back through the drive thru and when it was my turn asked for 2 salts 2 arbys sauce, 4 ketchup and a small side of cheese. I waited another 10 minutes and by the time I got up there was feeling my food is now cold, I just want my money back. When I got to the window, the original young man was not at the window but the cook was waiting on there to give me condiments. I told her I wanted my money back she told me I would have to come inside to get it as I was holding up their line. I told her no, she proceeded to argue with me and ended up saying the only reason I am acting the way I am is because she is black. That tore at my heart and made me really mad. All I wanted was 2 salt and arbys sauce and 4 ketchup, I asked about a manager and if they weren't on duty wanted a phone #. I told her I was not leaving til I got my money back. She refused, in less I come inside, so I told her I was not leaving the drive thru line but I was going to call the police. The dispatcher told me over the phone, to move from the line and wait for them to get there. Meanwhile, another employee came to my car & rescue. She was the manager and had been in the back doing inventory. She was very nice, professional, kind, and understanding. She was shaking as she approached my car, I was shaking as the other girl had treated me so rudly, and we hugged. I have not heard her name before so am not sure of the spelling or pronunciation, maybe Prizza?, sorry. I have had her wait on me before when I have eaten on the inside and she delivers! I do not like to leave bad reviews as I believe any one can have a bad day...but seriously....that one girl needs to be canned, she has no business working with the public. such a shame cause she is beautiful to look at and could be a pleasure to know but needs to get off her high horse and treat customers and fellow employees with respect. read more
