I went out to the website to see what it showed for the finger plate and was surprised to see I was charged $1.10 more!! I included my receipts to show I had no extra items. The bag receipt even shows I should have received Zax sauce. This store has been opened for a few months now so I can't accept that they are new and still working through the kinks. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. However, a simple acknowledgment or apology from management would have gone a long way.
