Here is your courtesy filthy restaurant alert. Stay away from this extremely poorly managed fast food establishment. The lobby, drink and condiment stations are not maintained. I didn't check out the restroom but I can only imagine that it had to be worse. The lobby was a mess. They also allow dogs at the tables. Why did the employees allow a dog into the lobby? I ordered a market fresh sandwich and it was on a bun with turkey and cheese no onion. the cheese was somehow stale. ordered a roast beef sand-which and it was slimy and discolored. the crinkle fries were not seasoned and you could tell they were old. Food was ok, but nothing stellar. Four people stopped for a late lunch on Thursday, June 13, 2024 for dine-in and our service was horrible. We ordered 4 sandwiches with fries and drinks. They were not busy and it took forever for our food. When we finally got our order, our fries were nowhere to be seen. When I asked about the fries, the guy behind the counter re-assured me that he would put some fresh fries in the fryer and we'd have them shortly....... we never got our fries. Finally, we decided to ask for a refund for the fries and when I asked him about our fries, he said, "Oh, I forgot about those!" I was in this jerkwater town on New Years Day. Unfortunately Oscar's Lounge and Jenny's Mexican were closed so the only options were the crappy very overpriced IHOP, very similar Country Pride, or fast food options of McDonalds, Taco Bell, or Arby's. Decided on Arby's since they have a fish sandwich. But the jerk behind the counter (I believe his name was Steve) didn't bother to turn that fryer on so no fish sandwich! Well then turn it on you stupid jerk wad! What was the difference between the fish and chicken? They had no problem dropping chicken in the fryer. For now on I'll just stick with Oscar's. Went through the drive-thru and the young girl that took my order was very sweet! My only complaint is those are definitely frozen french fries and the bun on the Arby's sandwich was dried out and the food was cold all of it. Now I know why I don't eat fast food very often only when I'm traveling and have to not good. read more

Don't eat here.......No basic body manners!!! We went to eat at this restaurant but stopped short when the manager belched out loud while wearing his mask below his chin!! Not going to lie... was traveling through and it was next "big town".. read the mixed reviews and was VERY hesitant to eat here. BUT.... it was nothing like the reviews I read!!! (First, those were very OLD reviews from 2014-15). My family and I were greeted right away by Diana (whom I believe was the manager?). She offered me coupons since she knew I wasn't local, and we saved $11 for the 5 of us. She was very friendly, helpful, and was even training a younger adult/teen to take orders, how to's, etc. The bathrooms were not as described in previous reviews about being "trashed". They were certainly clean, albeit not new, but way better than fuel stop bathrooms! No graffiti, urine on floors or seat, or paper towels on floor.. it was decent! The food is similar to any Arby's- we are from Austin, TX.. it was comparable- lateral quality from chain/franchise to chain/franchise. Hot, freshly made and got order within minutes. Restaurant was about less than 1/2 full at 1pm. Tables are clean and wiped down, trash was never full- granted this was witnessed in 30 mins stay. They have a big sign next to their drive thru menu that says they offer at this location- order it and told no - they don't have that because they don't know how to ring it up and they weren't given any information on that. There's only a couple places to stop in Limon but I have to say this Arby's cannot keep up with the customers there are napkins everywhere stuff on the floor dirty tables and tidy near the soda and catch up area there were no paper towel in the bathroom etc. etc. sad to see a national chain be in this condition read more

I wrote a bad review a year ago and must say the place has gotten much better. The bathroom is always overflowing with papertowels, the lids are always empty at the drink station, but the food quality has gotten SO MUCH BETTER. For that reason, I will change my review from 1 star to 4 stars. If I stop in next time and the bathrooms are decent and the drink station doesn't have issues, I'll give it a 5 :) Note that I'm only at this place twice a year so the chances of it being bad that rarely are low... one would think. Jamocha milkshake was delicious (440 cal for a small) and less thick than I anticipated. I didn't know that jamocha was something that Arby's invented. I originally tried the jamocha flavor at Baskin Robins when I was younger. I don't know where the prefix "ja" comes from. The crispy chicken sandwich was healthier tasting than Jack-In-the-Box's crispy chicken sandwich. The chicken here tasted less oily and this sandwich came with fresh tomato and lettuce. It also didn't have as much dripping white sauce (either mayo or some kind of ranch-style sauce) as the one at Jack-in-the-Box's. The drive-thru line took longer than normal. The cashier seemed sweet because she was saying "awww" and baby talking to the baby in the car in front of me. While that makes her a great person, it made her a slow worker and it held up the drive-thru line. I thought it was super interesting how there were a bunch of Tesla chargers outside the Wendy's. Limon is so dead but I suppose electric cars can drive thru the city and get a charge (so their car isn't as dead as the city). read more

Really nice service and clean. There are not a whole lot of places to choose from in Limon, Colorado, but Arby's is one of the better places. Sure the food is greasy, but that is just Arby's. Piss poor service and crap literally on the women's toilets. Filthy dirty and the staff act as if you are invisible. Called back to speak to the manager and her response was like it was our fault. You might be confused about this being quite possibly the lowest rated Arby's in existence but I promise you, their one and a half star rating is well deserved. My first sign that stopping here was a bad idea: their actual sign. It said open interviews every week on Thursday. That's a red flag because it usually means their employees suck. I stopped here anyways because i was on a simple mission: eat a roast beef n cheddar and destroy their bathroom. The roast beef n cheddar was fine. It's pretty hard to mess that up. When I went to the bathroom, however, I found it was not even possible to destroy their bathroom because it had been destroyed many years ago. Toilet paper, hairs of all shapes and sizes covered the floor. To top it all off there were flies harassing my as I unloaded yesterday's Chipotle. Moral of the story is don't go here. read more

I went through the drive through tonight. Got into a bit of small talk with the girl through the speaker. Found it there were only two of them working tonight. It was a young lady and the general manager. Through more conversation, I found out that the young lady was new to the job and the manager was in his second day at that store. Despite probably being overwhelmed and struggling to keep a positive attitude, both of these two were extremely pleasant to deal with. They handled their situation with great humor and wonderful positivity. Usually the quality of the food suffers under these kind of conditions. Not at the Limon, Colorado Arby's! The food was delicious and was presented just as fast as I would expect with a fully staffed store. I do hope that these two are given some kind of incentive to stay because not many people would stay under these circumstances. Please take care of these two Arby's Corporate.
