Wonderfully flavored steak, guacamole, pico de gallo, and fresh tortilla paired with some of their zanahorias en escabeche (pickled carrots), delicious medium green salsa for me and spicy hot red for my hubby. So good!! While I waited for our food (they make it fresh), I chatted with one of the workers and lamented that we didn't have a Giliberto's near us in the TC.
