At drive through repeated 4 times my name and told speaker didn't work well. Pulled up to window and then told order didn't show after being behind 5 vehicles. Drove away and placed new order in parking lot and went back through drive through again behind another 4 vehicles. Told speaker didn't work again after repeating another 4 times so I pulled to window. Told order wasn't in system and to drive around a 3rd time to which I asked for a refund. Told I needed to go through app for for my double refund. Girl looked up at screen over head and yelled my name and said I was canceling then slammed window (check your vid) Parked and contacted corporate requesting $30 refund for both orders that were showing in my Apple account and contacted cc and requested a dispute. Mobile order? Drive-thru? Doesn't matter -- this location just can't get it right…read more I've been coming to this Taco Bell for nearly 8 years, and the service has gone downhill fast. I usually order through the app to avoid confusion and mistakes, but lately, that hasn't mattered at all. Mobile orders are no longer left on the pickup rack (understandable because of theft), but instead of being efficient, food just sits on the back counter while employees stare at you. I've had to make eye contact with multiple staff members before anyone even bothered to hand me my bag. Inside, after 5 p.m., the evening crew seems totally disorganized compared to the friendly and quick daytime team. Most recently, I gave them another chance through the drive-thru around 5 p.m. I spent over $4 on an item that wasn't even in the bag. On top of that, my girlfriend's 3-Cheese Flatbread Melt was wrong -- it came with chicken and steak when she only wanted steak. Other items were lukewarm, some just flat-out disappointing. After two strikes in a row, I'm done wasting time and money here. Management needs to be replaced and the crew retrained. Until that happens, I can't see myself ever coming back to this location.

Overall, we loved our burgers and the shakes. Lots of seating area, for the most part clean. All the workers are busy making meals so I wouldn't count on any assistance. We didn't spend much time inside as we spent more time after lunch talking in the parking lot about random stuff. What I can tell you is that Super Gyros has your typical layout of a McDonald's or Hardees/Carl Jrs. There is a counter with menus up and behind the cashier. They take your order, you get a number, you grab a seat and you either have the food brought out to you or you pick it up at the counter. I am a newbie when it comes to gyros, so I had a hard time deciphering the menu. I settled on a lamb gyro combo. I know soda and I know french fries, but this was my first gyro. We grabbed a table and caught up on times while we waited for our food. It didn't take long as there wasn't too many people ordering food. I actually never see more than 1-2 people ordering from here at a time, so I am surprised it is still in busy as of late 2020. But, it's good to see they are still open. Back on track. After 10 minutes, all three of us had our food out in front of us and I was staring at my gyro like a deer in headlights. I didn't know if I should roll it up like a burrito to eat or fold it in half like a taco. I think I did a half-hearted burrito roll that left more of it on the wax paper than in my mouth. I tell you what... for never having a gyro nor lamb before, this was fantastic. The gyro wrap itself was thicker than a tortilla shell but not impossibly too thick to enjoy. It complimented the meat and toppings well. It sparked a small love in me for gyros that I didn't know was there. Going back to these niche places is hard for me for whatever reason. I've been by this place a million times in the following years but never had I returned, either solo or with someone.
