I moved to Mustang back in November and was told by a few people how bad this Arby's was. I decided to go and see for myself after living here for almost 6 months. The Arby's that was a couple blocks from my house in Las Vegas was actually really good. This one , not so much. I had a Buy One Get One Free Sandwich on my App , so I figured I would give it a shot. I ordered the French Dip with Au Jus , Chicken Cordon Bleu Sandwich , Small Crinkle Cut Fries , and a Regular Soda. I dined in and I was the only one till later 3 girls came in and sat a few tables over from me. The dining room was kind of clean , but could've been better. Several cars came through the drive thru as I was sitting next to the window facing it. One gentleman came in to get sauce that wasn't put into his drive thru order. He asked for a few and was told they could only give him 2 sauces which of course didn't make him happy since they didn't put any in his the first time and he had to come inside. Now the food. My French Dip had a proper amount of meat in it and the bread was kind of fresh. The Au Jus was just fine. The Chicken Cordon Bleu I took home to eat later and when I did heat it up for dinner the Ham tasted old , like really old. I really like the Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich too , but this was not right. My Crinkle Cut Fries were fresh and good. The Regular Size Soda Cup is a little bigger than a Childs Cup. Good thing I dined in so I could do a couple refills. The Coke dispenser wasn't working properly , but the Dr Pepper one was fine and also I tried the Root Beer and it was working properly. All in all I know fast food places have gone downhill over the years , but they should improve if they want to keep customers. I haven't been to the Arby's in Yukon yet , but I will give them a try one day. read more

To go order, so not sure on service. We had the Arby's Qs with potatoes cakes. The bun was chewy so only ate a few bites then to trash. Potatoes were not as crisp as we like. So not the same as our old Del City location. Disappointed for sure. It is so hard to adjust to food at different locations. Cooks are different . read more

Went inside to order. The staff was friendly enough, but there was one person working in the register at lunchtime and there were two rows of people lined up. Plenty of seating available, but most of the tables had crumbs all over them. The biggest issue was that we waited 15 minutes to get food and our sandwiches weren't even lukewarm! Room temperature food after a 20 minute wait to get something fresh. And I'm out 20 bucks for something that wasn't anywhere near worth it read more

Food is ok for an Arby's. Definitely not the best Arby's I have been too. I tried to come about 20 minutes before they closed a few days ago and the manager just said that they were closed. I am here again tonight and am the only person in the drive thru and there is no one on the inside and have now been waiting for 18 minutes for my food. We've been here multiple times (we live next door) and this location specifically has the coolest/kindest/ most welcoming atmosphere I've been to. They seem to work so hard and we also came here at 10? Minutes before closing and they were still the nicest drive thru I've been to. For real cool place read more

I went through the drive thru, the person helping me was so kind, and patient. I was looking over the menu and had a few questions and they were so helpful and answered my questions. I got to the window to pay and they were equally as pleasant. The food was hot and fresh! When I got home I enjoyed the hot fresh food! It was delicious and such a pleasant experience! read more

The absolute worst customer service. Lady at the window slammed the window in our face 3 times after asking us questions and not giving us even a second to answer. There is an Arby's closer to my house, but I prefer this one so I make the drive here when I want Arby's. The food is always hot and any sandwich I order is put together how it should be. Everything is even with plenty of meat and other toppings and not just slapped together. The staff are always nice. I've only had one problem here. I got a cup with literally only a few strands of cole slaw in it. I think they put the wrong cup in my bag. They had told me it would be a few extra minutes because they had to make fresh cole slaw so I'm assuming they started to put cole slaw in that cup and realized they needed fresh and after they made the fresh cole slaw, they accidentally put that cup in the bag somehow. I took it back in and got something else with no problem so it was fine. And now I'm wanting a brisket sandwich and loaded curly fries.. read more

Went to Mustang OK Arby's tonight for supper. Ordered two fish sandwiches, that were very dry, so I asked for a container of tartar sauce. Front counter help said they were out. So I said, if I ordered another fish sandwich it wouldn't have any tartar sauce on it. He said probably not. I always drink sweet tea, guess what, the sweet tea was OUT. I like to put onions on anything I order there. Guess what, the condiment bar was virtually empty of vegetables. There had been a drink spilled at the fountain. It looked like someone had just spread the water around the floor with a mop. Didn't actually mop it dry, and no sign warning of slippery floor. Right behind me was a dad and his son. The boy spilled a full drink in the seating area. Dad went to the counter and told them they spilled a drink. I sat there 30 minutes eating my dry fish sandwiches and employees came out looked at the condiment bar, looked at the fountain, looked at the spilled drink on the floor, didn't check the tea containers then just walked back behind the counter. The manager of this place needs a reprimand from the company. Clearly the customers don't mean squat to them. My family will NEVER go back. read more
