I love their food! Is so authentic and flavorful. The service is always wonderful. The atmosphere is nice at night. However once it was slow and I had to listen to a game being viewed in the background. Moved back to the area in Aug 2025. Asked a friend that had lived here 10 years if it was any good. Shockingly he never knew about it! A shame because it's good. Our go to are the pizzas but between us we're working our way through the menu. The atmosphere here is awesome. We've been a few times now. We've always been allowed to stay late, never rushed, great music, some TVs to watch sporting events. Free refills. Had the tiramisu and it was awesome but you'll pay for it (worth it to me because I don't make it nor know anyone that does). The service is impeccable but they can get a little behind just like any place if busy. Our first visit we talked with a man named Tony and as we asked questions he talked to us not only about the history of luigianos but of Mustang as well as where his family came from. The free bread with entrees is tasty. I highly recommend the garlic cheesy bread so yummy!! My fave dishes so far are the garlic cheesy bread, any pizza you'd want and baked ziti followed by the tiramisu. read more

People need to be warned that what you're getting is NOT what you're paying for here. I spent $54 on chicken parm with NO CHEESE and slimey over cooked noodles, another chicken dish with chunks of chewy frozen white chicken meat, rolls as hard as a rock, and soggy mozzarella sticks. I also asked for a side of ranch.. didn't get that. I don't usually judge an establishment based on the exterior but I really should've with this one. It's run down and grungy. More like 2.5 stars. Pre Meal Bread and oil: was really good and fresh. Appetizer: combo appetizer - $18.95 - fried jalepeons, cheesesticks, fried mushrooms, "popcorn chicken" and onion rings. ZERO STARS. It is like they went to sonic and bought everything. Very disappointing. The "popcorn chicken" was just like mcdonalds chicken nuggets (see picture). This cost $18.95. It was worth maybe at most $8. What a rip off. Main course: I had the Cannelloni and wife had the Pasta Combo. Both were delicious, fresh and hot. Wife ordered it with alfredo sauce and was rung up with alfredo sauce but came out with Red Sauce. Customer Service: Good. Waitress was fast with bread, appetizers, and food. She was very apologetic that the kitchen messed up my wife's food and fixed out check to take off the additional charge for alfredo sauce. She was fantastic Ambiance: inside looks great. First visit. It's an interesting place. There's a lot of woodwork in here, especially around the bar, made by some kid in high school carpentry class. A nice waitress brought me a menu that needed to be cleaned. Then I get a bread plate with a napkin, fork and knife. The plate also needed to be cleaned better. Tomato-looking crunch on the edge. Bread was good as an appetizer. I ordered this three thing dish with chicken Parmesan, lasagna, and some kind of Alfredo noodles. The Alfredo noodles were super bland and tasteless. Lasagna was comparable to a kit from the grocery store. Tasted OK. Chicken Parmesan was OK. All in all, it will make a turd. I never got a glass of water, or any other napkins. I thought about asking, however, the waitresses remained busy at the table behind me with a guy while texting. Restaurants need to be managed. read more

TL;DR: Just don't. Food - Mall food court Italian. Everything but the salad (which was actually pretty good) tasted frozen. The bread and chicken were super dry; the veal, sausage, and alla panna sauce were meh; and the noodles were over cooked. The shrimp and fried mushrooms were the only edible cooked food. Atmosphere - Dim and dingy with over-the-top Italian decorations. TVs with sports on mute and gangster rap playing on a stereo. Service - Best part of the experience. The waiter was very friendly and helpful without being overly attentive. Would we go back - heck no. We could barely eat the entrees. Ordered delivery through Postmates. Took forever and 2 out of the 3 entrees we ordered were unavailable so we had to quickly select alternates. The chicken fettuccini Alfredo our son said was good, the spaghetti the works was super tasty and the lobster ravioli was good but drowning in sauce. the menu offers something special for everyone. i love the italian love songs playing in the background. it's a homie feeling where we get personal attention every time. my gregg always gets the lasagna but i tell you there are so many gems. might i suggest beginning with an appetizer of garlic roasted italian sausage??? their complementary rolls are delicious and flaky. i pair it with their caesar salad. it isn't typical . it actually has a bit of a sweet finish. it's a taste and experience that's definitely crave worthy and a lOKal favorite of ours. read more

This joint needs to go through the Restaurant Impossible show. Every show on there is the same: always empty, a massive menu, and food not prepared from scratch. Luigiano's was completely empty when we came in to eat. Granted, the service was great. The menu is massive. They have lots of appetizers, pizza, pasta, desserts; the menu is a book. They should decide if they want to specialize in pizza or pasta and improve their food quality. We ordered the mozzarella sticks, and were informed that they came from a company and not made there. I ordered tortellini with a carbonate style sauce, but it tasted overwhelming of bacon. And not a good bacon, more of a processed bacon but flavor. We skipped the desserts. The were not made in house either. I can see the episode now, the master chef throwing away box after box of frozen and processed food. This is not real Italian food. They have a lot of support from the Mustang community, but they need to make some changes if they want to survive. read more

I have only been here once as of this time. My dad has come over a dozen times. My experience was alright. Came just after the lunch rush. The food was good. It took a little bit long for us to get. I can't tell you all the things I sampled since we have rarely gotten the same thing twice. I did get the eggplant parm and it was baked in a dish. I've typically had it on a plate so I thought it was too much cheese and the eggplant was too smothered. I had asked for it extra crispy. I'd rather not think of the texture if I hadn't. It was flavorful though. So the cannolis...the hubs is a cannoli snob and rightfully so. If you ever had a grainy one you'll understand. Since our first visit, we have ordered JUST the cannolis to go. Whenever I open that Togo container I say out loud...How you doin'? In my best Joey voice. Yeah it's really like that. I used to come here years ago but moved away. I believe they have to be under a new ownership because their food has gone extremely downhill since then. All the food we ordered you could tell was frozen, processed foods for example the chicken was some weird pre-cut meat. I hate to say it but the chicken Alfredo reminded me of a lean cuisine diner at best. I was equally disappointed in all the meals we had ordered in our group. I was very disappointed in this place. Everyone said that was the best pizza place around so I was excited to get some good authentic Italian pizza but it was far from it. You couldn't tell the difference between the calzone and the stromboli except for the shape of them. They tasted the same and were made the same way with the same exact ingredients and they were both burnt. They should both be a golden brown, not tan with black spots on it. I want a real stromboli that is crisp and holds its shape and maybe even braided, buttery dough, not some flimsy thin thing that's basically a crappy calzone with a few slits cut in the top. On the other hand, the pizza wasn't cooked all the way. It was gooey and raw in the middle. We had to cook it the rest of the way once we got it home. They didn't even care how the pepperoni was put on the pizza. They just threw it on there unevenly. I can see a cheap place doing something like that, but not when you pay that much for a pizza. The stuffed mushrooms in the Alla Panna sauce were ok, but definitely not worth $8 for six small mushrooms. But the calamari was surprisingly scrumptious! Most places all serve the same frozen calamari and it all tastes the same but this was different. The breading wasn't the same as the others. It almost tasted like it was fresh hand breaded. The calamari was the only part of the dinner we enjoyed. I've been seriously thinking about going back there just for a couple orders of the calamri! read more

I came back after a while. It was my second and my boyfriend's first time. The service was horrible. The table with five people, who came in after us; and was served first. Also, we waited a long time for our food. We were about to walk out is when our food arrived. My boyfriend doesn't want to go back. He said the white cheese on top was thick and didn't add taste to the pasta combo. The lasagna he didn't think was layered properly. The noodles to him tasted rubbery. I didn't mind my dish. Service: We've gotten the same waiter every time we've come and he's fantastic. He's polite and very friendly. He's very efficient and accommodating. Good timing on our part, I suppose! ---Downside, he seems to be the only friendly staff member we've encountered. My daughter accidentally tipped her soda cup over and one of the ladies behind the bar stood there watching as we scrambled to grab whatever napkins we could find. She didn't come to assist until I waved her over and even then she threw a towel down on the table and walked off. --- Another time we listened as an elderly couple near us couldn't get their waiter to fix a dish that was incorrect. He insisted they'd ordered that and he wouldn't fix it without them reordering the dish. Food: I'll admit.. for the price it's great. For its quality it's OK. I've not tried the pizza myself, I'm not a big pizza fan, but the rest of the family loves it. They say it's the best in town! As far as the pasta goes, it's almost always cooked well. Only a couple of times was it over cooked for my liking. The shrimp however is nearly always over cooked. Not uncommon unfortunately, and not inedible, just a disappointment. The Shrimp fra Diavalo is by far my favorite dish from here! Perfect amount of spicy and plenty of food to fill you up! My daughter says the alfredo sauce is nearly as great as mine homemade ;) Atmosphere: I severely dislike the layout of this restaurant. Especially when being seated at one of the tables nearest the entry. The gusts of wind that come in when the door is open are awful and blow things around on your table. If you're scooted back from the table any people often bump your chair. It's not overly complicated seating but it's not very efficient for staff and customers to get around each other. read more

My husband and I have been wanting to check this place out for a little while now and I am so glad we finally did! We ordered the garlic bread to start and our server brought out some delicious marinara with it too. The restaurant has beer and some wines but we opted for a soda and water. My husband had the Chicken Parmigiana and I got the Baked Ziti and added Meat Sauce. The portions were huge and the food was delicious! Our server was fantastic, kept our drinks filled and checked up on us a few times. This isn't a super fancy Italian place but is definitely what you'd expect for a local, mom-and-pop place. I was here with Katy C. and her family for dinner. Traditional Italian restaurant out in Mustang? Sure, count me in! The restaurant has a "mom and pop" feel, which I love. It reminded me of a family-owned Chinese restaurant that I worked at while in school. You can tell that Luigiano's takes great pride in their food and service. Katy C. tells me the food and service are always excellent as she and her family are regulars here. However, the service we experienced was not the best. The waiter did not seem to want to wait on us. He took our order and did the routine "Are you guys doing ok? Can I get you anything else?" while we ate. It's a restaurant and I get it...I don't need to get all picky about the waiter's insincerity. The food did not come out in the sequential order we expected and the plates kept piling up on the table. I even handed my dinner plate to the waiter so he can place my dessert in front of me. The waiter did not want to take my empty plate but after a couple huffs and puffs from me, he caved in and took the plate. Water was not refilled throughout dinner unless we requested the refills. Wine came out much later...I think as we were getting the entrees. The food, however, was excellent! I can see why Katy C. and her family continue to go here. I tasted everyone's entrees and was pleased. I like to think the service we received was a one-off. I'll definitely give Luigiano's another try simply for their excellent food.
