I spoke to a manger who was ruder than rude gave me the attitude of it's an app problem what do you want to do about it. What you need to do to improve the service at this location is retrain your workers and get new management that understands how the app works.

AND, if you are making bowls...You should NOT check a customer out at the register in your plastic gloves and then immediately get to work on another customer's order.
