Quesadillas are my jam, my love, and one of the few things that can keep me in a good mood. I don't know what they put in the spicy cheese sauce, but it's nice and zingy and just makes me happy- the fresher you can get to them, the better, because when you eat them hot, the cheese sauce melts into the stretchy cheese, and it's just wonderful, because it all melts together and the cheese helps to moderate the spice to pleasantly hot. It's gotten to the point where I prefer the quesadillas here to the tacos. Not to say their tacos stink- it's just one of those places where it seems the whole family can get something they like: the tacos are a hit with the whole family (my niece has been known to take one or two with her as part of her lunch for school if there are any left over), and I can usually be found with a few of my favorite things- either a box of tacos of my very own (the soft ones keep for at least two days, so you can just finish them over the next couple days as you like), the boxes (I'd do many things for a cheesy gordita crunch), and especially the chicken quesadillas. So our latest visit was actually quite nice- we got a party pack of soft tacos, and an additional one of half-soft half-hard- and two quesadillas. I repeat: get to your quesadillas while they're still hot- the fresher these are, the better they will taste- if you let them cool, the cheese sets up and while they are still really yummy, you don't get the melding of the spicy cheese sauce and the melted cheese, like I described above- not to mention the tortillas used for it have a nasty habit of drying out after a few hours. The soft tacos are the same way- they'll keep better for a few days instead of the hard ones (the hard ones tend to get all moist in the bottom after a few hours as the meat juice soaks through). But they didn't last long enough to actually make it to this point, and sometimes they have a habit of getting all smashed up if you're not careful- two of ours ended up like this, and that's where the -1 star came from- it's not like it makes them taste any worse, but it kind of makes them into little taco salads in a wrapper instead of just a taco. It's not the best Mexican food out there- but what it is is cheap, delicious, and plentiful- plus the Baja Mountain Dew just makes everything taste better. And I'm already craving more after we finished this box. Also: take advantage of their app if you haven't already! We're going to be back to this location very soon! read more

Waited 20 minutes inside while drive thru was served over and over. I only ordered 3 food items and a h20 bottle.

I order extra steak just to get 4 pieces of steak and get charged for nothing!! This has been happening to me a lot. And when I call to make explain they just leave me on hold. read more

Taco Bell has always been my favorite fast food and I'm always so super patient with the staff! They're usually so busy and worked super hard for their pay. But this taco bell has to be one of the best, always gets our order right, is very fast, and the food is always made correctly! I've had nothing but smiles and friendly gestures from the staff here! Morning to noon crew always takes care of me very quickly and respectfully being a regular customer they sometimes will be cool enough to prioritize my order. Evening and weekend crew is a different story. They seem as if they are fresh out of school and have no cares about taco Bell's rep hopefully the owner will go supervise them instead of my beloved crew. Well anyways I strongly recommend only going week days and anytime before afternoon as u will get the best experience. Noon to one is always packed in the drive thru so keep that in mind as well. The last six times I have ordered my meals have been messed up and the food has tasted old/disgusting and there has been food spilled all over the bags I have called several times and all I can be offered are coupons not even a refund and they still make the same mistakes I am very disappointed that that's how a business wants to handle their customers read more

I have came to this Taco Bell multiple times, always getting a crunch wrap supreme. Tonight I ordered one and got almost no meat on it, I went through the drive thru and told them and they remade it with the SAME amount of meat on it. I called to see what was going on and I talked to the manager, Alex, who was one of the rudest people I've ever talked to. She informed me that she made both of my crunch wraps and that she has been making them this way, weighing out this minuscule amount of meat, for over 3 years. She was very condescending and kept calling me "sweetie" and acting like I was an idiot for expecting there to be meat on my crunch wrap supreme, which has been my order from Taco Bell for as long as I can remember. After talking down to me, treating me like I was stupid, and being condescending, she did offer to give me a coupon for another one. I am not accepting it for two reasons, 1. I will never go back to this Taco Bell, I will drive 10 minutes longer to go to the next closest one rather than going here to get a meatless meal and 2. I am not going to risk her spitting in my food. Also my husband got 2 of the handheld quesadillas, they also were short on fillings but we didn't notice until we had left for the second time. After reading other reviews, I see other people have had problems with the same manager as well as getting shorted on their meat. WILL NOT be coming back. read more

Taco Bell is Taco Bell. The food itself isn't going to change much, whether you're in Seattle or South Carolina. This particular one is one I frequent on my drives between Chicago and Detroit. It's the service that's the variable. In the case of this Taco Bell, the service is friendly and the store itself is as clean as I've ever seen a Taco Bell. The only drawback is the speed of service. I've not seen a much slower Taco Bell. There doesn't seem to be a sense of urgency in their service. Taco Bell...it is what it is. read more

I've gone to this drive through multiple times and I'm done with this location because multiple times, they don't give me any meat. I'm talking a Crunchwrap supreme with no meat layer and a chicken quesadilla with no chicken. They also skimp you on the jalapeño sauce. It's as good as it gets as far as Taco Bell goes. I have been to many Taco Bells and they ALWAYS mess something up. This one hasn't messed up even my craziest orders. The lady working the drive thru during lunch hours is always super friendly no matter how busy they are. They do move a little slower but I haven't had to wait too terribly long as of yet. read more

Seems simple enough right? Hard taco with sour cream . Yet every single time i place this order, they get it wrong. Try and get them to make it right, nicely of course because i dont think anger gets you anywhere but angry, and they give attitude like i am ruining their day. Everyone makes mistakes but the way you rectify those mistakes makes a world of difference. In this case sadly, calling the main office line and sending emails to the company don't do a bit of good either. If you are heading for the border here in Paw Paw, do yourself a favor and skip this one and head for the Kalamazoo store. read more
