The GM was working the front counter. Was obviously to the dining room being filthy, the soda bar needing restocking, and let's not even talk about the bathroom. His greeting to the customer "Here to to go?, what you want?" No, Hello, no thank you, no skill!!!! We pay good money for ...filth!

It has been years since I tried Arby's but I wanted to try their burger. I ordered the new extra bacon, extra cheese burger with No onion, tomato or sauce. That should have left lettuce and pickle, right? And the too. Nope. I got a naked cheese burger.my receipt is correct. Not good.

Soggy flat bun with finger indentations.

My boyfriend and I ordered 3 classic roast beef sandwiches, two of them cheddar and one plain. We brought it home and was horrified with the plain roast beef sandwich. As you can see from the photos. The wrapper looks wrinkled and has holes as well like it had been thrown out and then re-used. You will see the pictures. The bun also is squashed and soggy with finger marks. Absolutely disgusting! This is unacceptable. We've ordered from Arby's plenty of time before and this was just a shocking. The manager needs to get this place in shape. Do not go here unless you want to eat soggy, already handled, sandwiches. ------------------ Today 10-17 you will see a response from Arby's asking me to take the time to call a number to explain the same thing that I just explained on this review. The least they can do if they want more information on the specific restaurant is give me a name and a real number to call not 1-800. Unbelievable!

The food was prepared correctly, and the portions were generous. While everything tasted fine, it wasn't quite as fresh as I had hoped.

Price doesn't match lack of quality. Frys were okay and the cheddar on the beef and cheddar tasted like vomit. Order was wrong three times.

Pastrami is a fat delivery system. That is the entire point of the cut, the cure, the smoke, and…read morethe steam. Whoever built this sandwich decided fat was a liability, trimmed the brisket down to something you'd find in a hospital cafeteria, and then served it anyway. What arrived was a stack of lean, gray-edged slices with no give and no moisture whatsoever. You could hear it more than taste it. Chewing produced no juice, no render, nothing. It just sat there getting smaller. I am not exaggerating when I say you would need a glass of water on the table to dunk it in, and even then I'm not confident it would go down. Then the rye. Somebody griddled it in butter, which coats the crumb in dairy and flattens the caraway into nothing. Rye for pastrami gets a light toast at most, and that's if it needs anything at all. Butter turns it into a grilled cheese chassis with the cheese removed. On a pastrami sandwich it's a category error. My people spent two thousand years perfecting this sandwich. Somebody in that kitchen reverse-engineered it back into jerky on a sponge. There are delis in New York that would treat this as a personal provocation. I've eaten the correct version of this sandwich. It comes carved by hand, on untoasted rye, with enough fat to shorten a life. That's the deal. You give up a few years and you get something worth eating. What this place serves takes the years and gives nothing back. Two dollars less and it's a bad lunch. At this price it's contempt. The coleslaw does not save it. One star, and that's for the plate.

We both ordered the Belgian waffle with a side of bacon. Everything was very tasty, and the bacon comes with four slices--always a win in my book! The prices are very reasonable, too. The latke was a bit burnt on the edge as you can see in the pix. It was still good with the innards being soft. It is a hefty latke especially good with applesauce. The Reuben was juicy and a meat fest of a sandwich. The eggs were light and fluffy. I was going to order a chocolate beignet and decided to try it next time. It sure looked good! Lunch was enjoyable. I first heard about this place from a friend who lives in Tucson but didn't give much thought to it until I actually saw the restaurant a few months ago while I was at another store in the shopping center. After multiple visits, I can conclude that I enjoy more of their cold sandwiches than their grilled/hot ones. My top three picks in no particular order would be the Baggin's club, high Baggin's, and the chicken rojo. All are different in their own way, but what they do have in common is that they are jam packed with ingredients and bursting in flavor. I haven't tried all their soups and sides yet but from what I've tried so far, I would say the tomato basil bisque has been my favorite. It accompanies well with many sandwiches I've had. The only thing I didn't care for much from here were any of the sandwiches with chicken. Their chicken was a bit too dry for my preferences. So far, I've yet to have a bad experience here. The staff are always warm, friendly, and patient. They try to get your orders out in a timely manner, but they do get busy at times. I usually take my food to go but they have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating options if you want to dine in.
