Ordered through Uber Eats. All three sandwiches were 7.5 instead of 8 oz. That's 1.5 oz now imagine over months of ordering. The cheddar cups are supposed to be 1.5 oz but we're not even half that with the plastic cup included. Abysmal. read more

Update 7/27/2025, it appears no progress has been made to offer healthier choices with a meal. I ordered a sandwich and small drink which cost $10 however there is still no salad offered, only deep fried options for a side item. In addition the online app cannot be used for any discounrs or coupons in the store unlike other restaurants which do allow discounts through their app. Speed of service was exceptionally slow for just one sandwich. I used to visit Arby's regularly however now once a year is really too often since they offer nothing that is as beneficial to the customer as other restaurants. It's also clear that management does not read the reviews and even attempt to address customer concerns. read more

Arby's on Tatum Blvd North of Bell ! Yesterday ( May 15th , 2024 .)awful service and quality of food . I order classic Arby's , chocolate shake and fries ! Order to go ! Took a bite of sandwich and it tasted terrible so I opened it to find the bun completely burned to black ( it barely did not crumbled in ashes )I live 1.3 mile away . I was too tired to return it but I have pics and I plan to show them to manager . Some much better supervision is needed in this location !!! The chocolate shake was watery and not blended you could see the white color ice team at bottom and light chocolate on top ...Terrible !!! My boyfriend and I ordered 3 classic roast beef sandwiches, two of them cheddar and one plain. We brought it home and was horrified with the plain roast beef sandwich. As you can see from the photos. The wrapper looks wrinkled and has holes as well like it had been thrown out and then re-used. You will see the pictures.The bun also is squashed and soggy with finger marks. Absolutely disgusting! This is unacceptable. We've ordered from Arby's plenty of time before and this was just a shocking. The manager needs to get this place in shape. Haven't had Arby's in years and it sounded really good for some reason...huge mistake. My husband went through drive through and brought home the classic roast beef sandwiches for us. Every bun was burned to black on the inside and so dried out they practically crumbled. Disgusting. If you burn your buns why not throw them away and redo instead of using them on sandwiches? Well I would like to say it was great but not. First they still have the specials 2 for 6 but I had the beef and cheddar they were just so so. The red arby's sauce they used was all in the bun and I had to add more. But at least they only charged me $6.00 this time instead of full price like last time here. He is quite knowledgeable about the business, and routinely informs us about new products that we should try. Mike treats his customers like family, and because of him, my wife and I always recommend "Mike's Arby's" (as we call it) to all of our friends and business associates. You can't teach people to like customers - it's a "behavior," and not a "skill." If every store had a "Mike" at the helm, "fast food" would certainly be considered an upgrade for consumers. I've lived in this area for 19 years and have gone to this Arby's often. I've noticed them going downhill in the last couple years, but today was the worst. I ordered through DoorDash, who told me Arby's was very backed up. She left and came back and they were still backed up. When I finally got my order, all of it was lukewarm, the Reuben sandwich wasn't cut in half and tasted weird, the "roast beef" sandwich looked and tasted like lukewarm mystery meat (even my dog rejected it) and the curly fries were barely warm. They should just call it quits, sell the business and make room for a new restaurant, just like the former Burger King down the street did. They were pretty bad, as well. read more

Horrible customer service. If there was an option for 0 stars I would choose that. I was greeted by a young wonan who stared at me like I was from Mars. I then recieved a scoff when I asked for a handful of Arby's sauce. I was offered 4 packets so I went over to the self serve to load up. The employee proceeded to tattle on me to co-workers or mangement on how I had the audacity to ask for a handful. Someone said well that's not free.......really because I just paid $11 for this crappy meal, I think I paid for those packets as a consumer. If I could give this a zero as a star I would. Horrible customer service! I definitely wouldn't recommend this location at all. I pull up to the drive-thru sitting for a solid 5min for someone to greet, seeing there was no response I figure they were closed early or the info was wrong. Once I was driving off they answered I went back and ordered. The lady's voice had a tone of annoying that I pull up to order. After I finished ordering she didn't give me my total therefore I drove up to the window. She gave me a disgusting look and still not knowing what was the total of what I was paying for. She told me to pull up in front of the store and my order will be taken out front. Didn't even get a receipt. We had a bad experience with customer service at this location. The guy at the drive thru window couldn't make change. His coworker tried to give me less than what I was owed, I refused his offer and explanation. He calls over a manager, the manager comes over with an attitude. She asked me what my problem was, I said I wanted my correct change. I asked her what my total was again, I told her what amount of money I had given the first guy. Visited Arby's at 17031 N Tatum Blvd Phoenix, AZ 85032 I tried to pre-order my meal and go to pick it up. I wanted to pay in cash but there was no option over the web to pay cash at the restaurant. I arrived at the restaurant and all the doors to the lobby were locked. The drive through was working and the line was extremely long. I was a bit upset that the website did not say it was drive through only. It did clearly state "Dine In" was available. I got in line at the drive through and waited 15 minutes to order. I could barely understand the employee over the loud speaker. English was not their first language. I ordered 2 Prime Rib Cheese Steaks and a large Curly Fries. I paid for my meal at the drive through window and the girl started to usher me away. She forgot that she did not give me my meal. The fries were half full and contained half curly and half regular. Not what I ordered. The Prime Rib Cheese Steaks were very small with very little meat. There was no flavor at all to the Cheese steaks and no seasoning. All I could taste is the cheese sauce. I was very disappointed with the service and the meal. I will never go to this Arby's location again. I suggest others do the same. Arby's should consider hiring a more responsible manager and removing the Prime Rib Cheese Steak from the menu. read more
