The gentleman named Brian at the drive through was delightful. He complimented me and provided excellent service.

We got all our food and we hashed for a McFlurry that was on the screen. When we ordered it they put it in. They said that we are going to get it and whatever on the thing on the board where like you see all your mirrors we read through it said on the board we said we are about to pull away and then we are like oh can we have our McFlurry they said. Can I see the receipt? And we said yeah whatever like here like whatever and then come to find out is that they say it's not on here and we're like what can we have one and then he's like too lazy. He gives us a dirty look. I'm so glad that we took our time and we're paying them and all they all. The person how to do is give us our food but they're too lazy. So happy I'm never going to this McDonald's in Pulaski worser experience ever it's they give you not even they give you soggy french fries like seriously who gives you soggy french fries. You not going to pay. It's always so expensive. You're not going to pay all this money this soggy french fries and chicken like we can make that at home. We went to pay you so you can work there but you're too lazy. You don't want to make new food like we are paying you so you can have a job. Do your job do not go there

Online reviews are all over the map, so we wanted to see for ourselves. We visited recently with our 7- and 8-year-old nephews, hoping to soak up the tradition. The reality was more transactional. The hostess took our order while sipping her own beverage likely why we were shorted an order of fries. Nice enough, but not especially professional or welcoming. The whole operation moves fast; the staff is determined and task-focused rather than friendly. You get a buzzer and wait. The interior was renovated in 2025, and it shows but not in a good way. The bright white walls and green banquettes feel sterile, more fast-casual chain than 80-year-old lakeside institution. In modernizing, they stripped out whatever nostalgia the old space had and put nothing back. Some local artwork, vintage photos, or lake history on those fresh white walls would go a long way. The food: the boys enjoyed their cheeseburgers, and the fries are genuinely good. The fish sandwich was generously sized but bland the batter had little flavor, and the tartar sauce didn't rescue it. For a place with an 80-year reputation built on fish, I expected more. The lobster mac and cheese left a lot to be desired. The tab: four drinks, two cheeseburgers with fries, lobster mac, and a fish sandwich with fries came to nearly $70 steep for a lakeside stand where fries alone run $5.25. The setting is lovely and the legacy is real. But sometimes generational ownership slips down a slick slope and making money starts to matter more than making memories.

This place is amazing! I almost didn't come today because I saw that there was only three reviews…read moreon Yelp and luckily I hopped over to Google and realized they had nearly 300 at 4+ stars. Which considering even some of my favorite places in Oswego are barely 3s figured we needed to try. Holy crap! This is actually one of the best chicken tender sandwiches I've ever had. I got the buffalo chicken. The bun was extremely soft, chicken perfect crispy outside but very juicy chicken not dry at all. My kids got chicken tenders and fries. I don't know. It was just crazy. The fries were perfectly crispy. They were not soggy, they were not overcooked. The tenders were amazing. We only make it back a couple times a year to visit family and even my son after the meal mentioned this has to be a place that we visit every time we come back it was that good. I question why we even went to Rudy's yesterday to get them fingers and fries definitely not doing that again. Sticking to the fish and dogs out there from now on. Staff was super friendly and even came around to ask how everything was?! Never get that at McDonalds. It's not even fair to compare this place to fast food. Inside is also nice and clean and appreciated the Buccaneers graphics on the wall, mmm OHS Not to mention a little nostalgia from one of my favorite locations growing up here when it was Friendly's.

Members of…read morethe Giamartino family had operated the Carroll's franchise there, which was one of the last in the country. With several locations all over CNY, Tullys has become best known for their self-proclaimed "Best Chicken Tenders on Earth". The "quick service" fast food style location opened in 2021, simply known as Tully's Tenders, and occupies the former Friendly's Ice Cream location on Bridge Street. This location only serves Tullys famous fried chicken options, both tenders and sandwiches, as meals, salads even mac and cheese bowls. I think most people who have lived in CNY for any amount of time have been to a Tullys at some point. They are a CNY staple, and everyone's had their tenders. My wife and I stopped into Tullys Tenders recently honestly as a last resort. We were in Oswego, hungry, and there wasn't much open at the time by way of food options. As someone's who's been going to Tullys for over a decade, I've felt the restaurants had slipped quality wise over the last couple years, and the frequency I've gone has definitely slowed. But....this location pleasantly surprised me. I dunno what it was, but the tenders were just so much better here than at the full restaurants, and my wife agreed. Perhaps it's just the fact that a smaller, concentrated menu is resulting in more consistent, better quality food coming out, but we both definitely noticed a difference. Employees were very friendly and helpful, even after we had to cancel our original order because my wife panic ordered and changed her mind. This location is a stark contrast from the full restaurants, which have always been dark and dimly lit, but here the inside was bright and clean. They even had a drive through if you just wanna pick up and take it home. I do feel the prices have gotten a little high, but what hasn't over the past couple years? Overall, I'd recommend going for some fresh made, quick serve food and I'd go again if we were in the area. I'd definitely prefer it over the full restaurants.
