First off I'd like to say we love Arby's as a restaurant BUT NOT THIS ONE. Every single time we place an online order it turns into having to go back and get what was forgotten or having the item and it being the wrong variety. Today's order we had to go back to get three different items that were forgotten then to finally open dessert and have the wrong flavor. The only "solution" they have is a free fry/drink coupon and frankly that doesn't fix the multitude of issues. Simply implementing drug test would fix almost all of the issues with this location. read more

Today we stopped by for lunch and when I got my food I opened it up and it clearly was the wrong item.. I wrapped it back up and went to who I think may have been a manager and I opened it back up and showed her that I got the wrong item and she acknowledged it was wrong and said she put the wrong one in our bag.. She gave me the right item and I watched her talking with the drive thru person and she gave it to her and she put it in the bag for the drive thru order.. Mind you, I handled the sandwich and it should have been thrown away but it went to the drive thru customer.. Wow! I am simply appalled. Doubtful I will be back. read more

Ordered last week. No milkshakes, said the machine was broken, couldn't give me a refund because it was an online order. Was told I could get them next time. Ordered again tonight. Milkshake machine down again. Offered a coupon for a small milkshake; even though I paid for 2 lathes. Fries cold both orders. Also ordered fish and cheddars, Called store because no cheese was on any of my 3 sandwiches, was told I could drive them back and they'll re make them. No apology. What happened to this place. I moved to Troy, Ohio almost 2 years ago. It was my go to place, food was always hot and fresh. Service was beyond reproach. So now scratch all that, cold fries, cold Kings Hawaiian Fish Deluxe, the cheese wasn't even semi melted. I don't know about anyone else but cold food that's supposed to be hot is disgusting. It's raining, you walk in the door and almost land on your behind because there are no mats to give traction on the wet tile floor. There are two people leaning over the counter, one customer and one employee, both engrossed in their phones. It takes them a bit to acknowledge your presence, and the employee seems irritated by your intrusion. Then you look at the picture of the store manager on the wall and realize this is the person you've interrupted. You think "I should leave now", but against your better judgment, you order your food and a shake. Your order is filled by a blonde woman wearing a fleece jacket that is covered with her hair all over the back. Gross. The food is okay, not good or great. If I could give this a negative rating - I would. This was the dumbest experience I've EVER had at any fast food restaurant. My order was so easy. Not only did we get cut off MULTIPLE times, a female and male continued to constantly get on the speaker and ask the same exact questions that we just answered to the other person. My fiancé didn't even get to order his own food after ordering mine and they cut him off once again and gave him our total and told us to pull around. Arby's should rename themselves SLOWBEE's because you could call the order in and drive there and still be waiting on your order (hey maybe that is an idea???). No matter where I have gone to get roast beef sandwiches from this place it has taken anywhere from 15 minutes to (and I am not kidding) 45 minutes to get my order. Okay, so it's not a steak house and yes their drive through time is a little slower than most but the one especially on main street in Troy is ran by really nice people and they can't help how slow their machines are. Slow service on the Drive-Thru. We had hair in our food. The customer service was horrible. We never received an apology for the hair in our food or a replacement (not that we would want a replacement). We actually had to ask for a refund. Would not recommended this location to anyone! read more
