With practically zero customers in the dining room it took my oldest grandson and me thirty minutes to get two family sized fries! The nice fellow who took our order told us to take a seat and he'd bring our order to us. Guess what? He forgot about it. After about twenty five minutes I got impatient and went to the food pickup area. I saw a tray with two big orders of fries just sitting there. He noticed me and pointed to the tray and said here's your order. The fries had gotten fairly cold and I asked my grandson if he wanted me to ask for some hot ones. He was hungry too and said no. They were still edible but were beginning to get greasy. There was a manager onsite but he had a scowl on his face which spelled: Do Not Approach! I respectfully request that the owner of this franchise correct this problem.

The lady at the counter provided great customer service and food came out in 3-4 minutes. Considering how busy it was then, I like how efficient they are like Chick-Fil-A. Unfortunately that's where the compliments end. Pricing for the combos are slightly above what you would pay for at a fast food burger spot. In addition, the menu when ordering will make you feel like you're being nickel and dimed. I didn't mind paying for the queso, but paying extra for each of their sauces felt extra. There's only so few fast food restaurants that charge for extra sauce. The food portions were surprisingly small. Yes sliders are small, but the fries portion felt very sparse. It might have been the smallest side portion I've received at a fast food restaurant. The food is good for what it is. I'd prefer this over your typical fast food burgers, but by only so much. All orders are packaged to go, regardless if you choose to dine in or not. There are outdoor tables that you can sit there and eat if you'd like to. If you're looking for something quick in the area, good service, and a small burger meal, this in my opinion would be a good place to go. Otherwise, I can't suggest going here unless you really want to try it. I'd like to be wrong and try it again with some sort of change.
