They literally had 4 orders on the screen and they fumbled every step of the way, even arguing with customers. I watched every one of the 8 people working there scratch themselves multiple times and never once washed their hands. Also, it took 8 people 20 minutes to get orders together because they'd rather fight amongst themselves and give chit looks to the customers than actually do their job. In the 30 minutes it took to get my order, I watched almost every drive through customer come in because they' we're missing something in their order and 2 groups of walk in customers leave without being recognized. Absolutely no customer service and zero food handling training. Do better Popeyes...
