We live very close to the store and come here often. The store is always clean, well staffed, friendly, and the food always comes out quick, hot and delicious. The quality is always great and we are never missing any items. This is one of the best fast food locations we have ever been to. Went through the drive-in today and BEST service I have ever experienced. The person on the speaker was excellent, the gentleman taking my money was the most polite, jovial person ever, the person handing me the food was super polite and even though the drinks were left out of the order I phoned the restaurant and Deston answered the phone and apologized profusely and said, "Just bring the receipt in and ask for me." He was super duper apologetic (not his fault), extremely pleasant and went out of his way to just make everything right even though it was no big deal anyway. Devastated at finding a white powder all over my classic roast beef sandwich. I have already eaten the other one, was so hungry on my way home I sadly didn't triple check to see if my sandwich may have been tainted. Got home and started eating the second 2for$6 classic, only to discover this disturbing stuff all over the bottom. Remember to ask for NO WHITE MYSTERY POWDER on your Arbys sandwich...god help me I pray this is just flour...but I don't think they bake their bread. I hope the cops find this if I die tonight after being poisoned by this food. I attempted to fill out a survey for this but Arby's corporate doesn't recognize this store number and if you search by the address it won't admit it's an Arby's. When I entered the zip code it said there were no stores in that zip code. Shady and odd that Corporate won't verify that this is actually an Arby's. Even if this is clean, fresh flour...this is wrong. Just wrong. A NOTE for the person who wrote me claiming I'd also find a thick layer of RAW flour on buns at McDonalds nearby...nope! I eat there, and have never gotten a tablespoon of raw flour on anything. This is above average for the brand. Still drive through only but they moved through pretty quickly. Order was taken correctly but there were communication issues. Also, they need to have their outdoor screen repaired so customers could confirm order. Food was prepared correctly and priced was fair. We were in the area shopping and suddenly got a craving for one of their sandwiches. We ordered a turkey and roast beef gyro for the first time and it is now our favorite sandwich from Arby's. The pita bread was perfectly wrapped around the thinly sliced turkey and roast beef with lettuce, tomatoes, and just the right amount of Greek seasoning. It was actually hard to believe this sandwich came from a fast food joint. They didn't skimp on the meat which is a huge plus but also the employees here were super courteous which made stopping by here a great experience!! When your hungry, and driving past the plethora of fast food joints up and down Third Avenue, this is the best fast food selection. This Arby's is clean, new, and relaxing. This restaurant is the cleanest joint on Third Avenue. The tables are cleared quickly and wiped clean. The dining area is bright and filled with sunbeams. If you stay in Spokane you will really grow to appreciate this. The artificial light is well done too. The whole eating area is very modern and new. The overhead muzak is calming. The only thing I would change would be the artwork. The paintings are a mixture of Children of the Damned, and Huckleberry Finn. The food is just like like any other Arby's. Arby's specializes in roast beef sandwiches. I usually order the Beef N' Cheddar. The sandwich contains sliced beef, Arby Sauce(Catalina dressing), cheese sauce placed on a onion bun. It's tasty. So I love Arby's, my entire family loves Arby's. The Sammie's are great, sauces are great, it really is our spoil ourselves fast food since it's spendy. My issue is the one downtown. The people talk to you like you're dumb... I get this, I work downtown too and a lot of our customers are of the homeless population, you have to help them along with their order without speeding through or talking down. The facility is well kept and clean. It is also fairly large compared to other Arby's I have visited. The reason for the average rating goes to the Brisket sandwich which is being advertised on TV showing thick sliced brisket. In reality, the meat is thin sliced just like their roast beef. in fact, the brisket appeared to be roast beef flavored as brisket. Pretty disappointing. I was treated very rudely at Arby's recently there was a worker named Kendrick he acted like he did not want to touch me to take my change fee through my change back to me the boss did not help his name is Chris treating me like I was scammed because I ordered and I had to count out change I felt very embarrassed and belittled in front of a lot of customers when I went back and asked for a refund they took my food I said 30 minutes in there with these people that we're not in any Rush at that time to be sent home hungry and treated like scum I have always been a loyal customer to Arby's have always loved the treatment I received I was very shocked and appalled I do not recommend getting saved by these people because the tremendous amount of disrespect I received at the downtown facility read more
