I came in with a pen/ink memorial art project, 11"x7", was going to do it on cardstock and was…read morehoping to run like 20 of them. spoke with the main operator there and I assumed my project was too small for a company that can obviously handle substantial commercial print jobs; they do anything from corporate brochures to huge signs for outdoor gear stores. they said they would do it, though. they also suggested switching from cardstock to foamcore, and they can print directly onto the foamcore, and cut to size automatically. they even helped clean up my artwork! it came out fantastic. the ink is like, 3D embossed on the foamcore, and the colors are absolutely spot on. I took a closeup photo to show off the detail but Yelp couldn't handle it. they must be broke and out of server space. super helpful folks! if you have print jobs, big or small, give them a call. (sorry didn't mean that to rhyme)

The thing is as big as a freakin' train but is run by only one dude. Marissa gave us an impromptu tour of the production space on the press check and the warehouse is huge! There was enough space to park a 747 jumbo jet inside. They have been putting a lot of effort into upgrading all the machines to Heidelberg models and they are very proud of them. I can't argue with the quality because the color and layered cover images came out very well. I was most impressed with their willingness and ability to answer our gazillion questions and requests to make sure this project went smooth. From short timeline to shipping to custom gate fold, it went well. Client is happy, we are happy.

I uploaded artwork for four 11x14 prints and…read morespecifically noted in my order that I was concerned the image resolution might not be high enough for quality printing. I even said not to print them if they thought the files wouldn't turn out well because I could provide higher-resolution versions. To make sure there was no confusion, I actually went into the store in person and asked an employee to review the files before printing. I was told they would be totally fine. Unfortunately, when I got the prints home, they looked terrible -- blurry and low quality exactly like I had been worried about from the start. I then uploaded improved versions of the images and, still trying to be careful, uploaded yet another set afterward because I was worried about quality again. When I arrived to pick them up, they had already printed both sets, including the clearly bad version that I immediately asked them to throw away on the spot. Even though they were discarded right in front of me, I was still charged for them. In the end, I paid over $80 for four paper prints after all the reprints and confusion, which feels pretty excessive considering the circumstances. I understand they technically printed what I uploaded, and I'm not expecting them to call every customer about every order, but I made my concerns very clear multiple times and specifically asked for guidance beforehand. That's the part that's frustrating. To their credit, after I called and explained why I was unhappy, they did offer me store credit for a future order. However I'd have preferred a refund. I appreciate that gesture, but I still left feeling disappointed overall.

I was desperate so I put in an order online and called immediately after I sent it in to see if I could get the flyers asap. They turned them around in 4 hours and called me as soon as they were ready. I needed a a digital file from surveyors printed to a large sheet, 3'x4'. Most people don't have…read morethat size printer at home. The shop easily did it from the AutoCAD file for a reasonable price. (If you have a survey done, get the files, and know how to get them from the surveyor again if you loose your copy) I used to go through convolutions at Kinko's to do it, but it is very difficult even if you bring your own software on your laptop, or even convert it to a .pdf before hand. Installing the Kinko's printing software on your own machine is a nightmare now, especially getting it off afterwards. This shop is the pro shop, and the staff is helpful to non-pros, and interactive at proposing solutions for large format printing.

Never had an issue getting them the same day before or kind service, I got a quote recently that included a strangely rude reply from the new owner, someone named "Sara Monster", about why their charges and new turnaround time tripled. Its like they put a teenager in charge of the front desk who doesn't want return customers. I would have paid the extra cash but I'm not going to reward entitlement. Their customer service just tanked. We try to support local businesses but when they take customers for granted, they deserve to close.

They were excellent in all ways, but one: Instead of shrinking some of the images to the size I requested and then print them, they printed them and then cut some of them down to size. This took a lot of the image of each piece of art away. This cost me $100.00 for something I can not use. Note: I absolutely abhor giving bad reviews. I wish they had called me to okay the cutting before they did it, but they didn't. I would rate how they treated me with five stars along with their effort for good communication. I would rate the end result with a single star. but I gave them two instead. I'm sorry to post this negative review. I'm glad to know that there are many five star reviews.
