Beware, they may tell you they have had no rate increases, but that is because they have just created a slew of other new charges to their bill that were not there 12 months ago...... They have introduced a 'Transportation Zone" fee as well as a 'Fuel Surcharge' (along with the 'Paper Recycling' fee and the original 'Console Fee') If they just had better management perhaps they wouldn't need so many fees. As an example, the title company next door to us uses their services, but Iron Mountain doesn't pick both at the same time. They will drive the 1/2 hour trip on 2 separate occasions: one to pick up the neighbors 50' away and then come back a day or so later to pick mine up. If you just look at their website you'll find a confusing mess... the MO transcends the entire organization. Crappy company run by crappy managers. Do yourself a favor like I did: go spend $500 on a good shredder and save your time (and money).

I received a call back a few months later. It was the same marketing approach as before. I reminded or informed (I didn't know if it was the same salesperson or not) that I only wanted to be contacted again if there was a different approach. He rudely said, "Well, you are not the type of attorney we want to be working with" and he hung up. Very rude and unprofessional. If we aren't a good fit, it's ok. But, don't talk to me like that.
