Funniest parts of the evening were, when my friend was filling out my waiver, she asked me if I wanted a helmet and I gave her a look... "what?! A helmet!! No!" We were supposed to go in at 3:30, we did not go in until 3:45 according to staff it was due to the previous party taking long to leave... we were the second ones to arrive but our party was the the last one to get seated and that's only because my sister asked one of the girls. Once in there everything was fine until they brought the pizza. The pizza was cold! We were never told the do not make the pizza there! The package we got came with 4 pizzas and we were told on the phone that if we needed more we could just let them know the day of but it would take a little longer. Once the pizza arrived besides being cold we realized it was from little Caesars. I don't mind the pizza being from there BUT at least make sure it's hot! The young lady who was helping us with the pizza and drinks would just take things without asking. When it was time to clean she didn't ask if people were done, she just started taking off the plastic table cover with everything still on the table and rolling it getting ready to throw everything away until we told her that there was personal stuff on there! That's just rude! You ask if people are done not just assume everything on the table is trash. Then she took the pitchers with soda without letting anyone know and people were still drinking specially when they were done skating. When it was time the security starts staring you down by your table and starts saying you need to hurry up and get all your things, my husband told him oh you guys want us to hurry but didn't mind letting us in late well now we're going to take our time. Overall this place needs a lot of improvement when it comes to organizing parties. Train your employees to always ask the people on their tables if they are done with something before throwing it away or taking it away. So, I primarily come here for lessons. I don't particularly dislike the place, but it also isn't…read morethe best. Reason being is that, there's a huge lack of safety when lessons are conducted. I don't feel comfortable taking lessons when it's too crowded. It mostly feels like that almost 90% of the time. When I mean crowded, crowded as in, in a line of 20+ students, the instructors prompt the class to skate across the ice, and you're too busy looking over your shoulder trying to not trip and crash into another person. You ever drive and see other people driving and swerving in and out of their lanes? This is a similar scenario, but with literal blades on your feet. Not a bad thing entirely, but the lessons are nerve wracking because of this. The quality of lessons are okay. Most of the instructors are much younger junior coaches, and they are friendly. However I feel like there is no direction and curriculum when the junior coaches teach. There are also senior coaches in some of the classes and I much preferred the senior coaches as they had a better sense of what to do in what level. In comparison to the other rinks I go to for lessons, the ones that require you to be enrolled in the Learn to Skate association before enrolling had better curriculum and I actually learned more stuff there than I did here. Now for the public sessions.... I normally go on the weekends. Public session hours are only available during certain hours on the weekdays but not really ideal for working adults, so I go on the weekends. But it. is. so. crowded. Crowded as in, too much traffic on the ice, and the ice is always melting! The ice doesn't stay solid and is really slippery, and I found myself always tripping and wreaking havoc to my knees. I think that experience alone makes me never want to use my free public session passes at all. If they had opened their public session hours more during the evening hours, I probably would go here more.

Recently, two of my friends found out that I wanted to learn, so we all went out on a Sunday evening. Sundays, Skateworld closes at 8:30. We arrived at 6:30 which gave us plenty of time. Open skate and skate rental costs $25 per person. It felt a bit steep to me, but I realize that they don't make money on much else so it's really not bad. They offer lockers at a price. There is free filtered water. It was a bit odd when my friends brought me a gift bag with knee pads, that they said no gift bags of any kind were allowed. It seemed odd as I thought children had roller skating birthday parties at places like this. At least they let us take out the knee pads and carry in the empty bag. Anyway, the space wasn't too crowded on Sunday, so it was easy to practice. I also rented one of those little wheeled walkers so I didn't fall all over the place. I was a bit bummed to learn that they didn't offer lessons, outside of their monthly "academy". I would have loved to drop in for a single session. All in all, it was a pretty good time. I would return to skate again.

I reported it immediately to Gena Trepte, who was and is the manager of Skateworld and was on site the entire night. Owner Brett Stang did not permanently ban that person. The only action described to me was that we were told not to interact. I spoke with Gena Trepte (manager) twice that night, including a second conversation of about 10 minutes while the same person stood behind her mocking the situation. There is absolutely no security guard or security representative at Skateworld at any session, including adult skate nights Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 PM to 11:00 PM. Fountain Valley, Holiday Skate Center, and Cal Skate GT all have security inside and outside. A San Diego Police incident was created (26029566). I stopped going. Skateworld is NOT in the safe location and all patrons should be very cautious about attending.

This park has a number of soccer fields that are well maintained. It's fun to see these young players learn good sportsmanship, engage in physical activity & develop their athletic skills while having fun. We're fortunate that Temecula has a robust parks & recreation program. We are also grateful to the coaches, who volunteer & dedicate their time to the youth soccer program. This park has held many other community events and is in a great location. Parking can be a bit tight so the game times are staggered. There are playgrounds and bridges as well as pickle ball courts. Overall it's a lovely park.
