Attended last night: Pros: pizza was good, arcade games were great( loved the idea of not having to refill a card)- price wasn't too bad considering you get to play and stay as long as you would like. Most areas were clean. Cons: Staff was extremely rude and dismissive. They acted extremely annoyed when I had questions as it was our first time. Most were on their phones paying no mind to customers. One girl was brushing her extremely long hair and hair was flying everywhere while she was working the front. The attire was nasty and provacutive. An evening with my ten old turned in to me making sure he wasn't seeing employees butt cheeks and thongs. Employees were wearing devil horns and just looked trashy. Employees were seen hanging out in the parking lot, corners of the building, and in the back near the food stand. No one was at the food cart for a while- I stood waiting while i watched several employees walk by without even an acknowledgement of "let me get someone to come help you." The bar hadn't been wiped down once the entire time we were there. It was sticky and nasty. All in all- was extremely disappointed. I didn't mind having to pay for myself to go in even if I wasn't skating and playing, considering what all the kids got to do for hours- I didn't mind the price, however the vibe and not being a kid appropriate scene I will not be back. Before arriving I thought it could be a great place for a birthday party- but that idea went out the door as soon as I arrived. No thank you. We will not be back. read more

Before I left I brought my concerns up to management and was offered a phone call with the general manager who spoke with understanding, empathy and compassion. If it were not for the general manager that I spoke with this review score would be much lower. The good: I booked the Trick or Treat party room online. Booking was easy and you pay the deposit online. Received a confirmation email shortly after. I booked the first party time of the day at 10am. The food itself was not terrible the wings were well coated with sauces. I ordered BBQ, buffalo, garlic parm wings as well as regular and spicy chicken tenders. The pizza was also not bad the kids and parents liked it. I ordered cheese and pepperoni. The not so good: We arrived at 945 in hopes of checking in, paying for our group of 23, setting up our party supplies and ordering food so it would be ready around 11. The women who was at the front was not very friendly and kind of unprofessional. She didn't seem to know what to do so she walked away and I didnt see her again until I went to order food. After a while another woman came over and was able to take our payment and point us to our room. Upon entry the option for tip is on the kiosk, there is also a note that says 2.2% surcharge for card orders on all purchases. I left a tip since we had a large group, silly me for assuming we would get any help. Won't make that mistake again. You don't get much when booking a party room. No helper, no food delivery or deals on group entry or large food orders. You get the room for how ever many hours you purchase at $20/hr. This needs to change, offer a deal or something, bare minimum someone to help set up and deliver food. Also they need to get pitchers of soda/water or drinks for parties, having to order individual soda at 3$ each then having to carry them back in a plastic bag was very off putting. At the food counter I ordered food for the party, it was around 1030ish and I knew it would take a while since this kitchen is not speedy at all. I ordered 4 pizzas and 4 orders of wings and tenders. I paid and tipped, once the order went in I heard the kitchen staff yell out some not so nice things and complain about how early it was. I asked the lady at the counter if they knew a party was coming in today. They didn't respond. I brushed it off and put on my happy face for the party. As expected it took a while for the food to be ready but once it was I carried all the food back (again not offered any help). We spent the remainder of our day there and had fun skating, playing pinball and bowling. Before I left I had to express my concerns to management, the only available manager was the kitchen manager. I told her about my concerns and asked for an email or some kind of contact information to share my experience and provide feedback. She went into the back office and came out with the general manager on the phone. I told her my experience from the day and provided my feedback. She profusely apologized and said she would be emailing me. Overall we had fun, but customer service and party offerings need a major overhaul. read more

For now 3.5 rounded up to 4. Mixed feelings after our recent first visit. The place is large, and they have plenty of video games if you like them. My wife and daughter roller skated while I hung out with the boys in the arcade. The price we paid ($26 to get in) is reasonable for the fun they had. While the price is okay, the fact that I have to pay to get in to watch my kids when I don't skate or play games kinda sucks, but honestly I can't think of a way to prevent someone from claiming to just watch their kids and then play just like everyone else. Plus, I had to pay for my drinks on top of it and the prices weren't exactly cheap. So it cost me over $200 for a family of 4 for just a couple of hours, and we really didn't drink much. If you can get past those issues, you'll have a good time like we did. read more

We went there for end of season baseball party with my son's team. I really like the idea of the place however it's very expensive. They do not allow entrance even for parents who were just accompanying their kids so it was $100 for three of us. I didn't play games at all because I was watching over my kids so felt that was unnecessary. It was also extremely hot. I'm not sure if they're having AC problems or if they don't have AC but I was very uncomfortable the entire time we were there. And it wasn't even hot outside. Summer I imagine will be terrible. This is a neat place and the art in the walls was cool but I don't know that we would go back. Also, one of the security guards who stands at the door had weird vibes and made me uncomfortable as well. read more

This place is dope! I was able to drop our daughter off and her friend and wait in the parking lot while they enjoyed their time hanging out for her birthday! I had to come inside and use the restroom while we waited and the security guard Eddie was very nice and understanding, showed me where the restroom was and trusted i wasn't trying to get in free but when walking in and asking, he still took the security of the place seriously. Also, the girl named Zoey at the front was very sweet and all the girls look super cute. Most places you go to like this the young girls are rude and don't care. Appreciate the friendliness here! And you can't beat arcade games, bowling and roller skating all in one place. read more

I spent my new years here and it was a great time. Staff were friendly but I think they were overwhelmed. I only gave 4 stars but I hope they improve a few items to make it an even better place. 1. The AC was not on or it was struggling. It was overly hot in there and it's winter time. 2, Have a line just for drinks. There's nothing worse than waiting in a family ordering food while you only want a beer. 3. Staff needs to clear tables. Several families waiting on a table to eat and only a sweater or someone's old pizza is sitting on the table. Staff clear the tables so people can eat. 4. This one should be number 1. Nobody want to watch TV with no volume. Same concept here, several arcades had no sound or the volume was so low it became boring. The is especially for pinballs. They need to be loud and make noise. The sound is a portion of the entertainment. 5. On several games your gaming is limited with no option to continue. I get you need keep people moving but come on at least give them a chance to get some levels in. 6. Have Monthly or VIP package. I would drop several hundreds a month here if they had it. At $29.99 per person, it might sound reasonable, but for a family of four it adds up fast--especially if not everyone is skating or using the arcade. There should absolutely be a lower-priced option for those who aren't participating. The worst part of the experience was the food service. The girls taking orders were flat-out rude and completely uninterested in doing their jobs. No greeting, no friendliness--just attitude. After waiting over 30 minutes for our food, we asked for an update and were treated like we were bothering them. They showed zero urgency or care, which is unacceptable in any customer-facing role. On a positive note, the lockers were free to use, which was convenient and a nice touch. The skate rental staff were also helpful and efficient. Unfortunately, those positives weren't enough to make up for how bad the food service was. read more

I'm giving this place 4 out of 5 stars only because the downside is no party package if you have a party there and rent one of the rooms and no drink refills, it's can soda! It was a super fun night! I just spent my 46th birthday there with family and friends. We rented the pumpkin room which holds up to 50 people. It was perfect because it overlooked the staking rink! Decided to hit this place up for my 43rd birthday instead of beach day with the kids and I'm so glad we did. The greatest arcade I've ever been to, I actually teared up when I saw Primal Rage and Power Stone 2. The murals are amazing, the staff is rad, AC was cranking and the food cart/ bar was perfect. We were there for 5 hours and I didn't even play all the games I wanted to play because I was cutting it up on the skating rink. Pinball machines for days! I can't wait to go back, absolutely worth the price of admission. If we spent $30 on Dave n Busters cards for all of us, we would have been out of credits in 20 minutes. Take me back! read more

We were SO excited for this place because we loved Epic Rollertainment before it. Unfortunately, this was a huge disappointment. It was over $60 for me and my child just to get in, plus extra if you want re-entry. A regular soda was over $6, the food was overpriced frozen garbage, and the overall vibe felt more sticky San Bernardino nightclub meets Chuck E. Cheese than a murrieta family roller rink. The security guards were unnecessarily intense, the staff was mostly unfriendly, I sat in something wet, and my Icee had weird hard blue chunks in it that I thought were plastic. They also took away skating in the arcade area and the "mini bowling" is basically just a video game. Worst part: both of the skates were in terrible shape -- completely untied, frayed, and poorly maintained. That's kind of the bare minimum at a skating rink. We used to come to Rollertainment multiple times a month, but this place completely lost the fun, welcoming vibe the old rink had. Also to those complaining about parent admission fees, This place is not Chucky Cheese where you sit around and watch your kids play. If you want to sit on your butt stay home.
