First time at this location and it's closer to where we live--yay! We came for lunch and loved it. We split the fired chicken sandwich because it is huge. We ordered a side of fries that look like they were cut from fresh potatoes. Our first batch came out cold, but they quickly apologized and brought us a new basket with even more fries! The fans with mist on the golf courses make playing in the Florida heat bearable. If you join you can go to any PopStroke around the country too. That's a nice bonus.

The course is decent but the extremely limited shade will make this place totally unbearable in summer. The server on the course was fantastic, but the bartenders were hit or miss. My friend and I both shared a nacho plate, and ordered a margarita flight and the bartender complained about having to make them which was discouraging. Nachos were good! Overall an underwhelming experience and probably would not return.

Such a fun spot! Great drinks &'daily specials, fun atmosphere, and the playground setup for littles makes it easy for parents to actually relax a bit. We didn't try the food this time, but loved the vibe.

My family and I came here on a Sunday afternoon. We ate, played golf and then enjoyed some ice cream. We had a lovely time. I'm taking a star away because of the wait times to get to the next course. Yesterday was packed so there was a lot of waiting time between each hole which took away from our experience. I also ordered 3 Dasani waters when we were at course 9 and they didn't bring it out to us until course 13, which was very long given the heat outside. But overall, fun experience.

Love this place! Pretty good food, fantastic ice cream, and friendly staff. The Mahi tacos were a little dry, but I loved the Korean ones. It was $25 a person to play the $18 holes. This was better than Top Golf. You can even order drinks while playing, just let them know which hole you're on. We had a great time, and I've already been recommending it to my local friends.

Glorified. As a resident of Hamlin since 2017, I think I speak for a lot of residents when I say, we're hungry for interesting and fun things to do with our family outside of Disney. So many of us were excited when Popstroke broke ground and was planning to come. I know there's other locations, but we were waiting for Hamlin to open. We waited for the first week to pass to let the hype die down a bit. I guess we didn't wait long enough. We went in about 730 on a Friday night. He wanted to celebrate the first complete week of school so we thought let's try Popstroke. Our party of five came out to about $130 for a "day-pass" and we went in to have dinner there too. After crowded game, we went to the hostess stand to get food. We wanted to gauge prices versus the options in the area. The menu the hostess handed us had no prices. I asked for another menu with prices and the hostess walked away. Maybe she didn't hear me, but the restaurant was not to capacity and we stood there thinking she would bring back another menu. Don't know what I was really expecting. But Popstroke is a glorified puttputt golf with drink delivery running thru the course randomly as you're trying to play. I recommend going during off peak hours or if your family wants to do puttputt, Disney offers a more imaginative course for less.

Let me start this review by saying that we came on a Sunday at the end of the two week holiday time period and that they were incredibly busy and there were tons of kids just running around everywhere. I say this as the ambience definitely was a factor in how we felt about the location. This new mini golf location is a great location for families. There's playground areas, there's foosball tables and there's a very large putt putt green. Now this is not your little cutie mini golf with the fake windmills. This is a traditional mini golf course that feels like a real golf course. They have seating inside as well as outside patios with tons of TVs, including a huge movie screen size that is outside while you're playing mini golf you can definitely catch a game. Now being that was Sunday they had multiple games on and the volume on the TV was incredibly high for the one game that they were showing outside. There were also a ton of families there with a lot of kids and what we noticed was that the kids were basically just kind of running around. They occasionally would check in with parents, but really they were just running a muck. It was incredibly loud so we had a really hard time having conversations with our friends that we were dining with for lunch. And please keep in mind this was roughly around 2 o'clock in the afternoon. For food, you do order off of a QR code and basically order online, which is nice but in the same token I didn't like that there wasn't really a lot of space for us to put substitutions into our order. For example, we typically like our beverages with no ice, but even when I went to complete the order, there was nowhere for me to put that request in, and we didn't have anybody who came to our table to service us until they were bringing food out. I got an Arnold Palmer and my husband got a Mr. Pibb. For entrées I got the steak wrap and my husband chose the chicken finger combo. The chicken fingers comes with two sides and he chose a side salad, which was an additional three dollars and french fries those were free. My steak wrap came with just one side and I got the pub fries which were free. They have a lot of other options that you can add as sides, but you have to be careful because most of them come at an added cost. I got a refill of my Arnold Palmer and was charged an additional four dollars. It was a little disappointing in that as they encourage you to order off the app, but when you go to request it again, it charges you for another beverage. The steak wrap was OK. It definitely is mostly lettuce and filling versus the actual steak. The steak is chopped so finally and I would guess that there's probably no more than maybe 4 tablespoons worth of steak actually in there. Didn't feel like for $20 that it was a great value. My husband's chicken tenders were decent. He said they tasted basically like chicken tenders you get anywhere. French fries are OK - decently seasoned. Definitely need to think about what you're spending here as for just the two entrées, 2 Arnold palmers, 1 Mr. Pibb and my husband got a whiskey business cocktail ($15), our total came to about $70. That was just food. Because it was so busy and so loud we opted not to do the golf activity, but that's an additional cost on top of it.

Great vibes $25 all you can play for the Month and 20% off for food and drinks anytime 50% drinks 3-5 Monday through Friday and nice fun bartenders. Have a full restaurant. Drinks get delivered to you directly and have two full mini golf courses. You can keep track of score on their all.

Solid beverages. I swapped out vodka for the liquor and was perfect. So good, I forgot to snap a picture before I drank half of it!

Went there for a relaxing afternoon. Food was amazing. Great recommendations from the staff. Sat at the bar and Jimmy was phenomenal. We will def be back.

This place has a wonderful ambience. It has indoors and outdoors seating. The staff is very friendly. I came around 2 o'clock and is actually very peaceful. We are in the middle of the summer where it rains and is very hot, today and we are able to accommodate Inside while still having a nice breeze. They have a food menu and choice of alcohol and not alcoholic beverages. This place is a kids and service dog animal friendly. I love that this place is new in the area which we don't have any mini golfing or entertainment like this around here in Windermere or Winter Garden. Definitely I recommend to come to come here. You can acquire at membership or a day pass, which is the same price which I believe is worth it.

Grand opening of the PopStroke in Hamlin was a success! The course is way more challenging than the Orlando location! They unveiled their new score tracking system which adds a digital screen at every hole that keeps score for you! The food is delicious as always and we thoroughly enjoyed our Korean steak tacos and Miso Salmon. We warned this all down with multiple MANGO MEZGARITAS (which are amazing by the way!) Signed up for the $25 monthly membership which gives you unlimited play and 25% off food and drink!!! That literally paid for itself in our first outing as we saved over $25 on the bill!

Made it to the Leader Board!

Upscale and adulting put put golf. Came here for the first time (to any Popstroke). Location is near the main hub in Hamlin near all the other major staples like UrbanAir, Cenolpis, Walmart and many other restaurants. We started dinner which you can sit anywhere at the bar but other locations that are outside require a hostess to seat you. We really wanted the Ruben eggrolls but they were out, so we had the pretzels instead. Not a bad choice overall but would also like a side of honey mustard or another sauce. For dinner we had a wrap and salad, both came out in a decent amount of time and were fantastic. On to the golf. We noticed while eating dinner it became slowly busier which I'm assuming is from it starting to cool down. We were able to get right on a course but was a little slow from families ahead of us....no worries I understood. You can order drinks from anywhere on the course and they will be brought to you. We took our time, played the holes and make sure you keep score in the app....leaders will show up on the huge digital board! I don't think I'll opt-in for the monthly service, mostly because I'm not a huge golfer but I will for sure be back! I love that I can bring or meet family and friends here.....finally something in my little Hamlin/Winter Garden!

My husband and I are returned last night to PopStoke for our second time, and I figured it was finally time to write a review. Upon entering the establishment, you arrive at the check-in desk where they attempt to sell you a membership for the month, the monthly membership is $30 for unlimited play, while the daily pass is $25. My husband and I are local, so we decided to upgrade to the monthly membership. With this membership, you receive 20% off of food, drinks, and events. With the membership, you are also able to upgrade your clubs to TaylorMade. We started out by trying the golf, which is more challenging than your standard mini golf. They have two courses, the black course which is slightly easier, and the Blue course, which is a little bit more challenging. Both courses are extremely fun to play, and if you keep track of your score on the app and are doing well, you may make your way to the leaderboard on the Jumbotron! The best thing about the golfing experience is that each hole has a QR code that you can scan to have drinks delivered to you on the course. We stopped by the bar to try the food, the vibe is very casual but great for a bite to eat before or after golfing. I tried the Reuben egg rolls, which were delicious! My husband had the hot bbq chicken tacos, which were also very good. We can't wait to come back soon!

Well that all changed over the years as more places opened and competition got stiffer. When the original owner, Derelict Dave, sold to Luis & Gio a few years ago the place got going again. But when the "Bridges Brothers" bought the place it was awful timing as decades of neglect to the plumbing and equipment made the place an Inspection review nightmare! They pumped some money into revamping the motif of the place but all they did was just raise prices it seemed. The quality and choices of food went downhill and the staff was subpar. The initial training of the employees was minimal and it showed in the operational inefficiency. 10 months after opening they bite the bullet and close the doors to stop the hemorrhaging of cash. Another big problem is the landlord is notoriously, cheap, and impossible to deal with so good luck to anyone else who tries to lease out that spot as they will pay through the nose with a zero Tennant improvement!

First off, let me sing the praises of Nick, the bartender. The man isn't just pouring drinks -- he's orchestrating symphonies. Think less "guy behind the counter" and more "liquid therapist with Jedi reflexes." He's got that Bourdain-level wit, too. You come in for a drink, you leave with a story. Speaking of drinks: the chocolate margarita. Yeah, I said it. At first I thought it was Disney sorcery gone wrong. Chocolate and tequila? Madness. But one sip in, and I was ready to sign adoption papers. It's smooth, decadent, and mischievous in a way Walt probably never intended. If Hershey's and Jose Cuervo had a love child, Nick is the godfather. The vibe here? Perfect. Quiet enough to escape the chaos below, but lively enough that you don't feel like you've accidentally stumbled into a hotel lobby AA meeting. Sit by the window, order whatever Nick recommends, and toast to the fact that somehow Disney still knows how to make magic for grown-ups. Outer Rim isn't just a bar -- it's proof that sometimes the best ride at Disney doesn't even have a wait time.

Even after moving to Florida, I've had some great ones... but I'm always chasing that next "ohhh yeah" bite. That chase led us to Josie's Pizza and Wings -- and let me tell you, this was not a casual wing experience. This was a commitment to flavor. I went with the Citrus Chipotle. My wife stayed loyal to her signature BBQ (she doesn't mess around when she finds her flavor). The wings came out glistening like they knew they were about to be talked about on Yelp. First surprise? The onion rings. Dare I say... elite. Crispy, golden, not greasy, actual crunch in every bite. And the spicy dipping sauce they paired with them? Game changer. I would order those alone and be completely satisfied. Now the wings. Top. Tier. That crunch when you bite in? Immediate validation. The Citrus Chipotle brought the sweet heat balance perfectly -- not overpowering, just enough kick to keep you going back for "one more." The BBQ was bold, classic, exactly what a BBQ wing should be without tasting bottled and basic. You can taste when a kitchen cares about texture and execution.
