Arcade monsters is great. We went for valentines, which was a Thursday and that falls on college night and it cost $19 for the 2 of us and it's unlimited play! I think it's regularly $12 each. They have a lot of old classic games and a lot of new things so they definitely have something for everyone! We played smash and Mario kart projected on a giant wall and they also had VR upstairs. They offer beer, wine, and food here. They had a DJ playing really great music, it gets pretty loud in there but this place is really fun, I can't wait to come again. read more

This place was a lot of fun and a perfect addition to growing Oviedo. The arcade is much bigger than what it looks like on the outside including an upstairs room with VR. I had so much fun with a group of friends as we roamed around and found all of our favorite games from the past. I did have some issues with DDR not working but was easily distracted again by guitar hero right behind it. The price for a wristband was extremely fair as you pay a flat rate for unlimited games for the entire night. Beer prices are were also decent and they had quite more variety than I expected at an arcade. Highly recommend for any gamer or group of friends looking for something fun to do without breaking the bank or trekking all the way to downtown Orlando. read more

Really cool place. Many old retro machines for people our age ( late 50s), blended in with more modern and anime games . Two levels of coolness. The only draw back was it was absolutely packed. You are shoulder to shoulder. We played free games after paying $19.00 each for free play. It was hard to get on anything. Thankfully my favorite Centipede was open, most of the crowd is under 30 and much younger. Cool vibes though. read more

This place is the best. I am not big into video games, but my son is. When we come here, they let me sit at the bar area and work while my son plays (only seat with a power outlet). The food is decent and the service is awesome. Hanna is the best. My son loves her and she went out off her way the last time we were here to make him a special hot dog with cheese sauce. For just $20, he can play here for hours on tons of video games. You would only get about 45 minutes at D&B for that. read more

great arcade, food was MID i don't recommend the chicken nuggets. great place to have a party or just hangout. service is good all the workers are dressed up in fun outfits. the ambiance is amazing!! not too loud, and there are super cool neon lights and art everywhere. some areas are louder than others so be aware of that. read more

This place is the coolest! We are here with my 14yo daughter for her birthday with 3 friends and I'm the one having a moment! It's all the games from my childhood... Tetris, Donkey Kong, Centipede, Dr Mario (my absolute favorite), Dug Dug, Both Pacman's, Tempest, Asteroids, Air Hockey, lots of Pinball, Foosball, etc. It's a great atmosphere, the lighting is lots of neon with paintings on the wall that light up. A good hot dog, soda, beer and wine and tons of retro candy. A super cool place for all ages and it's $12.99 pp all you can play... no quarters! We liked this places very much! It's great that you don't have rush out in a limited time! Analisse, the host, was very sweet and helpful.

I took my kids here during spring break since I had to work through it and we couldn't go on vacation. This place is definitely a kid's version of heaven. You pay $20 for a wrist band and have access to almost every game in the place. The facility itself is about three strip mall stores big with an upstairs loft area. There are lots of games, skee ball, arcade games, games from Asia, a revamped Atari pong game (my husband's favorite) so many choices I couldn't possibly list them all!! The food was quite good but not exactly on budget BUT it's not like you have to eat there, so if you wanted a cheaper thing to do with the kids, eat before you go. We really enjoyed our time and absolutely plan to be back. I would suggest getting there first thing when they open, as at about 1:00 we saw a pretty big uptick in guests and we were told that after 8pm, the college crowd goes to their bar. Arcade monsters was so awesome. it's the best arcade I've been to in Central Florida. I went on a Friday so was pretty packed but it didn't feel over packed. You have the option of paying one price and you can play all the games as much as you want as long as you're there. They have vintage stand-up arcade units, the newest fighting games they have a driving game (intia l d) they have Guitar Hero they have a lot of music based games, a pinball room. They have a couple Dance Dance Revolution units. there VR units you can rent and the have an PlayStation VR . They have consoles and they have tons of Japanese import video games .The prices are reasonable to play the games.The empanadas where delicious and they also have a giant candy section. Ice cream too. I really like the theming of this place it is like a retro arcade meets a horror convention they have it Pennywise statues everywhere. there's games projected on the on the wall.If you're into any kind of video game you should definitely check out arcade monsters. Sorry didn't take any pictures I was too busy playing all the games and having a great time while I was there but next time I go I definitely will take a bunch of pictures. Oh and if you get a chance you have to play the pong game in the pinball room it is so weird but it is very worth it. read more

Truly one of the greatest arcades in the country, and one of the best things to do in Seminole County. It's got an incredible atmosphere, and an even better game selection. They have retro games, newer games, foreign games, VR, pinball, and more! Everything feels straight out of the 80's, and it features original local retro-style artwork covering the entire arcade. Went on Friday night and it was packed but fun. The reason I'm giving one star is because it was absolutely nauseating with the smell of spray paint. They kept the front door opened but that didn't help. A worker was spray painting a remodeled area of the arcade for hours. We left earlier than we would have because my boyfriend was feeling sick from the fumes. They need to spray paint before it opens and not while customers are there. Pretty sure it's a health code violation. read more

Really bummed out that the majority of their pinball machines are broken in some way. Lights are out, broken plastics preventing shots from qualifying. Brand new games also with issues. This place looks amazing online. I decided to take my girl here to try and impress her with my top tier gaming skills. Upon walking in with her the place is well designed and has a great selection of games. As we pass the bar we decide that the only way to start is with a quick game of Mario Kart DX. This is where the excitement quickly faded. The machines don't work in co op mode so I couldn't show her that I'm the boss I claimed to be. We decide to turn our attention to one of the two air hockey tables and quickly found out why nobody was on the empty table. That too did not work. With our first two attempts at having fun quickly thwarted, I decide to walk around and see what else there is to offer. Turns out, not much. After a few fighting games and a little House of the dead we head to the bar to play some Mario kart on switch. Guess what? No Mario kart, only smash. Now as much as I love to smash, it turns out their controllers are just as wonky as their arcade machines. At this point, I'm writing this review so I can get my free shot of alcohol and heading out. Huge waste of $40 but really beautiful if you want to go have a nice acid trip. Sakura however was awesome and made it up to us. read more

I wish I could get my money back! The place is not like advertised online. Super nice staff & really cool place but just not what I expected. I was there for not even 15 minutes trying to find a game we liked and was available to play. It's overcrowded & not clean. All the hand sanitizers were empty. Also people weren't considerate & kept on play while we were waiting in line to play. I've called to get a refund but I can't only credit to come back & honestly we don't we to go back. The best arcade ever. Very aesthetic and cozy. The worker sky helped with all of our questions and the vibes are so amazing. I love how it's not super huge like Dave and busters. I also love how it a nice hang out. The lights and art everywhere are so freaking cool! I brought my camera and my friend and we had a blast. I've never been here before today. I've never even heard of this place before today. My nephew did know about this place and decided to celebrate his birthday at Arcade Monsters. I'm glad he did because this place is incredible. Imagine just about any old school arcade game that you may have played as a kid. This place has it and more. From "Fix it Felix" and "Pac-Man", to "Galaga" and "Tapper", they've got all of the solid classic games. There is a room with several pin ball machines and they also have a lot of the newest gaming systems if you don't happen to be feeling nostalgic. I personally enjoy the pin ball games, so I spent much of my time on those. There are also tables with board games. When it comes to gaming, this place really does have it going on. Something else that I noticed is that all of the games work perfectly. Every little light, every button, every joystick and even the gaming artwork were all in great condition and working well. You can certainly tell that the owner takes pride in what they have going on. You can reserve a table for a party, order food from their menu and they also offer gaming wristbands for an hour or unlimited time. All of the games are free play, so you simply press start and away you go! I could honestly play here for hours. With my son's birthday just around the corner, I think he's already eyeing this place for his party. I wouldn't talk him out of it. Check this place out! read more
