On the way back home yesterday, a car behind my car bumped into my car when I was making a right turn, that driver didn't stop or pulled over but drove away...it was a hit and run...anyway I came to this shop for estimates to fix the scratches at left rear bumper, hoping the repair is lower than my $1000 deductible if going through insurance...Richard was very nicely nd professionally checking the damage on the paint and honestly told me that he would do the best to do the touch up...20 minutes later he came back with my car...Wow, yes a couple of thg them were still visible because they were too deep but it was more than expected and won't even notice it if not looking closely...good enough for me...the best part, Richard did not even charge a dime for it, which cost him the touch up material and labor...that was far beyond my expectation and thank you so much Richard!  I strongly recommend this body shop in this neighborhood. I was blown away by the quality of the work and customer service (not to mention the price as well). I brought my car in after backing up into an iron gate and scratching/denting the back bumper rather awkwardly. I was convinced they would have to replace the entire bumper and a side panel, but they fixed everything PERFECTLY without replacing anything. It took them two days, called me both days to update me, and honored their estimate. Their price was more than reasonable and really straight forward. They also washed and waxed my car to make it look like new! I have never written a review for a business unless I was asked to, but the experience was so wonderful that I want to help them in any way that I can. Dropped off my car after getting rear-ended on a Friday morning. Nick welcomed me into the shop and told me he'd help me take care of everything. He was right, Arcadia Body Shop does take care of EVERYTHING. They helped me by dealing with insurance companies, speedy repairs, and even drove my car over to another local shop to get the wheels aligned. Another nice bonus was that they arranged a pick-up with a local Enterprise, so I would be able to get a rental car for the time I would be car-less. The repairs on my car look phenomenal, and you can't even tell the car was in an accident! They also washed the car, so that it looked BRAND NEW when I picked it up. The whole repair process only took a few days, and the car was ready to be picked up on Tuesday! Had my car window smashed and came to this body shop for help. Joey immediately offered to help me vacuum up the glass so I didn't have to sit on glass anymore. Robert (manager) went to get me an estimate on how much it would cost me to get the glass replaced with factory glass ($250) and how much the expedited shipping would be ($30). I also had a quote from Safelite Repair, and they were more and the timeframe was 3 days to get the glass. What I appreciated about Robert's quote is that he quoted me a fair price upfront and I didn't need to give him another quote to beat to get his price down. He is honest and was helpful! I brought my car in the next day and they drove me to work. I had made it clear that I needed my car back to pick up my son from school. They said they will try, but they would take me to pick up my son if need be. When my car was not complete by the time I needed to go pick up my son from school, Robert personally drove me to pick up my son and was able to come with me to drop him off at home. We came back to the shop and they were finishing up with getting the glass grinding sound out of the motor when the glass rolled up and down. Robert spent extra time to blow the glass out and Joey calibrated the window so it would go all the way up. Both Robert and Joey exhibited great customer care and service with a smile. I'm very happy with the service I received and I would recommend Robert, Joey and Arcadia Body Shop for auto repair. My glass appears to be working like the original. :). My husband got into a car accident I thought about this place because my family has taken their cars here before. The end result has always been great! When we took our car in Chuck was so helpful! He helped us with how to deal with the insurance company as well as getting a rental for the time we wouldn't have a car. He explained thoroughly where they would get the parts for the damage. I got some scratches on my new car. I searched for information on how to fix them. Looked on line and saw directions on how to do it myself. Yeah right.Too smart to try it, I continued my search and came across reviews for Arcadia Body Shop and decided to give them a try. My interactions with them were excellent from my initial call where I connected with Curt, to the in person meeting, to the final results. Curt greeted me, looked at the car, gave me some feedback and personally assisted me. I watched the scratches disappeared with the exception of one or two that needs a little extra something. Curt told me what needed to be done and what I needed to purchase from the dealer in order to fix these. He then volunteered to assist me with this repair if I chose to purchase the items. I flew to the dealership and ordered the required item for about $13. Which was what Curt told me it would cost. What more could I ask for? Not one thing. I was treated with respect. I received excellent service. My car looks outstanding. And, I can follow up with Curt, free of charge, to address the small matter, once I get my item from the dealer. I am so grateful to Curt and appreciate his help and outstanding customer service. Not only do I highly recommend this service provider on Yelp, I am going to share the information with my students and college community. People are always searching for good car service providers. I spoke to Nick about having my truck repair through insurance. Nick was very nice and patient, explained a lot of questions and professional. and he was willing to stand out for customers, but not the insurance company like some other body shops where they only follow what insurance asks them to do. My truck came back as total loss, but when Nick called me to follow up, he also answered my questions for total loss, which is not part of his duties, but he still tried to help me.
