Keep your receipt with the Work Order Number on it! I was selling my car and the only part of the body paint in question was where they had done work eight years ago. We had moved a few times and I no longer had the original receipt. When I called Seidners to hold them to their Lifetime Guarantee claim they said they had updated their computer system seven years ago losing all computer records before that and since I didn't have my original that they were under no obligation to honor the "lifetime guarantee". They asked me if I had a body shop in mind and I mentioned Seidners since they are local. Within a few hours, a person from Seidners called me to set up an appointment. When I showed up to the appointment, the receptionist was nice and the car inspector was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to answer all my questions. The front end of my Ford Raptor was damaged and I was referred to Seidner's through my insurance company. Right off the bat, dropping off the truck was a breeze and I was given very frequent updates as to the status of the repair. Brie and the manager (I apologize for forgetting his name) were amazing in updating me at every step! They worked tirelessly to ensure that each part was OEM or as close to OEM specifications as possible. On the day I went to pick it the team spent extra time trying to clean the truck and make it absolutely spotless.
