She and Carlos were incredibly kind and were flexible for me to come a little late/close to closing hours as I was coming from work a bit far away. Carlos greeted me with a warm smile as I drove in and he and his team member went to work quickly on my car. Natalie also came out to greet me and keep me company. It was so nice to get to know a local auto shop and learning about this sweet family owned business. I'm so relieved my bumper was able to be fixed and not needed to be replaced, they were quick and speedy and careful with my car AND were able to still chat with me. They also helped guide me safely out of the driveway and watched out for traffic. I've always felt uneasy going to autoshops, especially as a girl with a sports car. My wheel bearing fell apart on my way home to San Jose (350 miles away). I got to the shop at 4:50pm, by 5:10pm Luis diagnosed the issue and ordered parts ASAP and was super transparent about the part and labor costs. He started working on the fix immediately after receiving expedited parts and he had us on my way home by 8pm!! He was so hospitable and made me and my girlfriend feel super welcome.
