Had a minor hit on my car front bumper and was looking for a repair shop nearby. I ended up finding joeys and shocked about all the raving reviews. & I can confirm they are real. I ended up bringing in my car on a Monday and was able to get it back by the Friday. Although the damage looked surface level, Ryan walked me through the possibility that there may be underlying issues, which there were. I had my the bumper and sensors and metal baring inside replaced and he sent daily update texts on the progress. Although my insurance covered most of the repairs, I would still come back regardless if I have future issues because of the amazing service! Thank you Ryan and Joey for the help! read more

I have to say Joe went out of his way for a PDR(Paintless Dent Removal) job for my Acura TLX. I had bought a warranty when I first purchased my car over a year ago and it included PDR repairs. Unfortunately, something stuck my car while I was on the freeway. Luckily, the PPF film that I got from G5 tint took most of the damage. After the section of PPF was removed, it left a small paint chip and golf ball size dent. I took it Joe's shop and he was going back and forth with the insurance that provided the warranty. Finally, got it all resolved. For admin work he did just to schedule his PDR guy , he went above and beyond what he needed to do. He even applied the touch up paint for me after his PDR guy left. He could have just rejected the work because his prior experience with the warranty insurance companies by still stuck through it. Bravo Joe! read more

I ended up selecting Joey's Autosquare Collision to repair my car after it was hit by another car that veered into my passenger's side. I typically like to pick my own auto collision shop, but I was willing to take a risk with Joey's because I've heard only high praise from others about his shop. Joey and his shop did such an amazing job on my car!!!! Not only that, but they were so on top of things the whole way through. They were very prompt when it came to communication. The whole process was completely seamless and they did the repair very promptly. I've had really good experiences with other great auto repair shops in the past. However, I witnessed how Joey went all out with his service. He made sure that everything was perfect. Joey's made my car look brand new again and he even used OEM parts(my insurance was only willing to pay for non-official OEM parts). He even helped to replace my damaged driver's side mirror, in which I supplied him with the replacement part. The paint match and finish was absolutely perfect. Joeys was a recommended shop by my insurance company and I can see why. Fair and reasonable quote and outstanding work! They even detailed out my Tesla after repairing it. I brought it in and next day they were already working with the insurance to get me a quote and order parts before prices went up and then repairs everything in just over a week which was super fast for Tesla body repair. WOW. I am very impressed. I had a couple of, although small, fairly deep marks on my car door. I stupidly made circle swirls trying to clean the marks with a napkin. I've never brought my car to a body shop so I was nervous, but they took great care of me-- buffed my door and made it look like new. The price was great and they did it same day. Joey's was recommended to me by the service department at Sierra Chevrolet (Monrovia). I needed a new rear passenger door (which I personally mangled) and Romero was very helpful with establishing the baseline for the repairs as I had envisioned them. I was also advised that there was an interior, and therefore invisible, issue having to do with structural safety, so I took the higher estimate. I dropped off the car on a Monday morning and it was ready by Thursday afternoon. The paint job is a perfect match to my eye and it's all as good as new. I was able to pay out of pocket as I hoped. Joey is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond to help me. I needed to fix a small dent on the upper lift cage of my car. Joey gave me a good estimate. Then I went to another highly rated body shop recommended by a friend. That body shop gave me an estimate almost twice as Joey's. I told them Joey's estimate is much cheaper. They claimed that my car has a special white color, and they needed to work on the lower piece as well thus twice the labor, which is a rip off. I went back to Joey's and told him about the car color and lower piece. Joey told me not to worry about it and he would take care of everything for the price he offered with the same color and without working on the lower piece. Yes, they did an awesome job of restoring my car to the original look! After my car was repaired, I could not drive the rental car back on the same day due to busy schedules.
