This office has absolutely no regard for their patients time. I called ahead of time to ask for an appointment, gave the associate the exact codes and exam needed to take, and was told what I needed to get done was "walk in basis only" Imagine my disbelief when I go in and I'm turned away because I need an appointment???? The staff obviously needs better training. And the fact that they couldn't accommodate me after THEY gave me false information. You guys are awful. read more

Parking: They share a lot with multiple medical centers and imaging labs. Drive slowly because there are a lot of people walking and a lot of reckless drivers zooming down the parking lot. When you go in, check in with the receptionist. Be sure to have your insurance card and ID ready. They are fairly quick if you have all your paperwork in hand. The staff is extremely friendly and informative. This place can get crowded. I recommend double masking or waiting in the lobby but if they call your name, they don't usually go to the lobby to check for the person. read more

Came here for a same day CT Scan. Was super easy to get scheduled when referred. They provided the yummy CT juice and did the normal wait time for it. Was on schedule and the wait to get scanned was not long. The tech was friendly and the scan was quick. In and out faster then I expected. My dr ordered a breast ultrasound and I was refused service because I was 40 days late on my yearly mammogram. A policy my doctor and all other radnet locations have never heard of. Worst service ever. Came here today with my young son, filled out the forms, gave the co-pay, changed into a gown, just to have the wrong doctor's order. The tech said that I would need a mammogram also in addition to the ordered ultrasound. That my ultrasound would be useless without the mammogram. I spent all this time and energy getting off work for this appointment for nothing. The office did not take any accountability and kept blaming someone else for the issue. If someone in the office would have just looked at the incomplete order, all this could have been avoided. But no one cares about patient care. Worst medical service I have ever received. I schedule an appointment online for my daughter at the Arcadia location. My appointment was at 4:25. Scheduled it online. On my way there. I get a phone call at 4:19 asking me what time I'm arriving. I was telling them that I'm almost there and I should be there less than three minutes When I arrive to the place. I gave him my daughter's name that had an appointment at 4:25 and I was told that their department was close after I had already received a phone call letting them know. I was on my way. I was never told that they're leaving. They said I was there waiting for me although online it says they close at seven not very professional at all. read more

I had many of my imaging done here before. I had a bad experience recently at Arcadia Imaging with customer service and billing issues. I originally had my MRI appt with another imaging center and was told my co-pay was $200. I called AMI and provided my insurance info; the rep told me I have no copay based on my insurance. The employee was very helpful and also advised me to call back one week before the MRI to finalize everything. I called again and spoke with another employee who confirmed that there is no co-pay. So, I canceled my appt with another center and made an appointment with AMI. Two weeks after my MRI, I received a bill of $380 for the MRI. I called AMI, and the rep told me that it was my co-pay. I asked if she could transfer me to the billing dept to double check, and she said no billing dept & that is the cash price. She insisted:" That is your cash price." When asked, Did you bill the insurance? How much is my deductible and copay? Then she could not give me a clear answer. That is very rude and unprofessional. I have had my exams done yearly for the past 15 years, and this is the first time I have asked to pay the cash price for the imaging service. I wish they could tell me that upfront or straightforwardly before my MRI, then I probably would go to the other imaging center or schedule it for next year or so, as the MRI is nonurgent. I had to come in a couple times to do some medical imaging, which is never fun but a necessity. The front desk & back office techs have all been very pleasant & caring. It makes a difference since we have to get undressed & feel pretty vulnerable. The check in process is simple. They also have advance forms you can complete via text before you get there which is super convenient. I just had to sign a couple of times instead of completing full forms. Next, you go to the interior lobby to wait for your tech which also has the changing stalls. Inside the stalls, the have medium sized lockers that you may put personal items in and it's locked by code so it is secure. Everything seems very clean & tidy. At each seat, there were 2 empty seats designated as spacers during this Covid-19 social distancing. The imaging rooms are fairly big & comfortable so one doesn't feel claustrophobic. Overall, I'd recommend coming here as I had a couple of pleasant experiences. read more

My appointment was 9:35am. The confirmation text asked me to show up 30 minutes prior. I showed up at 9:15am. I was not seen until 10:35am. The X-ray technicians were great. I was done in 5 minutes. I had to go for my first mammogram (yay-- the joys of hitting your 40s!). I didn't have any expectations except the usual annoyance and dread of visiting a medical office and wasting your time waiting to be seen. I received a text message the day before to confirm my appointment and fill out paperwork online, upload docs, etc. I was told I had to show up 20 minutes before my appointment time, so I did that. When I got to the window and gave my info, the receptionist was pleasantly surprised that I had completed everything already when she looked me up (I guess most people don't and that's why you're told to show up 20 minutes earlier). It was an extremely quick process after that. I sat down for maybe two minutes before I was called and led to a dressing room to change. Then the rad tech got me immediately after that. She was so warm and friendly. It was an uncomfortable but quick process and I was out of there in what felt like 15 minutes. Everything was so smooth and efficient with no wasting of time. Made an appointment a month in advance. Upon arriving a sign indicating "short staffed." Waited 50 minutes for a 3 min chest x-ray. After inquiring was told there is. Only One x-ray technician and then finally when getting the x-ray... no gowns available. I had to go to work and was a bit stressed out and annoyed and was asked to take off my bra.... Slammed my arm in the doorway due to being rushed. X-ray taken and no time for me to actually re-dress myself. I was speaking with another patient who had been waiting 1.5 hours for an MRI and she requested Manager telephone number, so I obtained it as well. Tried to call Ava and she did not answer after being transferred to her extension. Horrible experience. Will NEVER go there again. If they are short staffed to this extent they should send out a text message or email so that you can reschedule or be prepared to wait "inordinate lengthy" wait times. read more

this clinic seems to have no control over the service they offer, I made an appointment two weeks in advance and they booked me for the MRI. They send me a reminder message with the date and time for the process, and also one to my wife also, the same day hours before I went, I answered and they told me that it was confirmed and I have to be there at 2:55 pm. I asked permission at work to leave early, also my wife left early her job to go with me for safety drive. I went without eating or drinking anything for 5 hours and it was a extremely super hot day. And what happened !!!, Upon arrival they said that they could not do the MRI because they did not have authorization from the insurance company. Ok they don't want to deal with billing collections of course they want be paid for the service. But why they make me go and take my time and lost money without being they sure of have an authorization from the insurance. They were colder than ice. When a patient does not attend an appointment, they apply a financial charge (fine). Well in this my case they crossed their arms and literally kicked me in the butt because getting all the information before they booked me an appointment. Shouldn't be fair for me, or other patients to compensate for the time and money due to their negligent unprofessional service. Avoid this place for breast cancer screening. The technician at 612 was horrible on 11/25. I never had such a painful experience. Then after ripping and squeezing me, the radiologist wanted a redo with an ultrasound. Of course I am never returning so I went to Huntington Hill breast imaging. Nice tech and easy to make appointments. All normal results. My breasts were not in pain for a week. I previously went to 622 and service was better in prior years and never felt such pain and violated. Maybe new corporate owners? read more

This place is poorly managed. When they set appointment times, it's clear there's very little care implemented into their protocol. On two separate occasions we were quoted incorrect appointment times. I set these appointments for my elderly mother. The wait doesn't bother me personally but when my mom is forced to wait an extra hour after being told not to eat for 10+ hours. They'll say our appointment time is 10:00 AM, but when we get there the story changes. Our appointment time was actually 9:00 AM, so my mother has to sit hungry and uncomfortable for upwards of 90 minutes. If they tell us our 10:00 AM and we get there on time, I'm told by the front dear that were an hour early. If you unfortunately find yourself at this place, make sure to ask for the name of the person who provided you the appointment time. They seem to have zero regard for accountability. read more

There was a ton of disorganization at the front desk. People talking about appts that were scheduled for the wrong days, or they had two procedures and were told they were both that day and the front desk person tells them they have to come back another day for the second one. It was pretty messy. Not sure what the issue was. Maybe someone new in scheduling made those appts. I didn't personally experience these issues myself thankfully, but I witnessed a few others who did. The staff here in the back were great. Everyone was so kind and friendly. Honestly getting this CT scan was sort of an amazing experience. I felt like I just hung out with friends and was in a fantastic mood afterwards. Even though I had to pee bad every 15 mins because of the two bottles of contrast lemonade I had to drink, lol. I wasn't wearing metal so they didn't make me put on a gown which I really appreciated very much. Bugs me when you don't need to remove your clothes because you're not wearing anything that will interfere with a test but they make you do it anyway. This place is a joke. First stop, inconclusive mammogram. That led to ultrasound done by a very kind but apparently VERY incompetent tech. Next stop, a biopsy that I had to wait over a month for and with my family history, that was no easy task. Day of biopsy...NOTHING THERE And the new tech and doctor both discussed how incompetent the first tech was right in front of me. Fast forward a bit to getting an MRI for a baseline....the machine would've made a toddler feel claustrophobic. But the kicker.....they told me I could reschedule at a different location anytime. ANYTIME! But the only other available appointment was in Beverly Hills. Just left Beverly Hills where they inserted the IV but then refused to perform the scan because Arcadia gave me false information. I've taken two days off of work for this chaos. Sorry this is long, but it covers three locations in three days. For three days I have been getting the run around from RadNet. On Wednesday I walked into Arcadia Radiology to inquire about a referral from my doctor. I did a walk in because it is impossible to get anyone on the phone. *The young lady I spoke to told me the procedure is not covered by insurance and it would cost $200. *I call to schedule the appointment with the intention of paying out of pocket. *I am told this procedure, Coranary Artery Calcium Scoring, is not done at Arcaid. I have to go to Glendale (700 N. Central Ave.) *I try to make an appointment there and am told they do not do this procedure at Glendale. The nearest place is Pasadena (630 S. Raymond). *I call Pasadena and cannot reach anyone, just a recording that they will call back, but they do not call back. *Thursday evening I call Arcadia Radiology and get an actual person, John. Wonderful employee! Took the time to talk to me and understood the frustration I was going through in trying to make an appointment. *John strongly believes this procedure is covered by my insurance. It just needs pre-approval. * Friday I call my insurance. The representative from my insurance called the Pasadena RadNet and talked with Carl. Yes, my insurance does cover this test. It will take about 14 days for the pre-approval. He even got the CPT, 75571. *I call the Pasadena office and all I can get is a message that everyone is busy and to leave my number for a call back. *I call three or four times, and no call back. *Friday night I call Arcadia Radiology and once again I reach John; he is so very helpful. He needs to train everybody else on customer service. He is the best thing about RadNet. *John believes the procedure is done at Arcadia Radiology. On Tuesday he will check with his supervisor and confirm, since I have already been told the ony place is if I can have it done at is Pasadena. He will also put in a request for pre-approval. *If I had been given the right infomration when I walked in on Tuesday I would not be waiting a full week before the pre-approval request is submitted. I have used Arcadia Radiology for over forty years, at a time when custoemr service meant something and the ladies at reception knew who you were. I do not understand now why RadNet has made simple things, such as scheduling approintments so very difficult. Or why wrong information is given. read more

At this age I've developed degenerative disc disease. My lower back causes me so much pain that I'll finally have to face the music and get surgical repair. With that in mind my neurosurgeon sent me a gazillion orders for tests. I chose the Arcadia office because online scheduling was more open than the nearby RadNet facilities. The drive was worth it x100. They saw my orders and the desperation of having to come back three times so they condensed all of the procedures into one day! The technicians are very nice, they each explained the individual tests, answered my questions and got me through them very efficiently. Everyone at the front desk was so helpful. To top it off the parking is free! This is a big deal for someone who's accustomed to paying for parking, which IMHO is a ridiculous cash grab. read more

I've been here more times than I can remember, and they are always perfect! I went in today for an abdomen CT, and my provider didn't add that I needed a CT of my pelvis too. I'm not 100% sure of the names of the two people that helped me, but the receptionist said the man was Luigi. He was awesome! He actually called my doctor to make sure I got the pelvis CT, which is very kind of him. He was just the kindest person. The lady who administered the tests was so kind too. She said she'd only been there for a short time, but I'd swear she'd been doing her job for years. Arcadia Radiology really is the best. Thanks for being so awesome, AR! read more

Horrible Service. On July 29 I received the referral authorization letter and called for an appointment. I had a 2 part SCAN, 1st for my brain, 2nd for my hip. Received call close to end of day at 4:30PM from the Imaging today on August 26, claiming the one for my Hip was not authorized, because my primary doctor has made an error on the description, and they have been trying to get hold of my primary but no reply, and I may have to reschedule the HIP part. Let me explain to you how CT Scans work. I need to drink LOTS of WATER. More than normal amount, 24 hours prior. I can't eat 4 hours before my appoint, scheduled on 9:15AM. That means I need to eat breakfast before 5:15AM. How do I know that? Not from this IMAGING. No one from them ever tell me. My co-worker, a cancer survivor heard about my appointment and advised me. So when I brought this up on the phone with the IMAGING, she goes "Oh Yeah, you need to drink LOTS of WATER, blah blah blah." What have you been doing for the last one month? You had to wait until the last day before my appointment to cancel one of them out? The Imaging is going to inject some dye into my system for the SCAN, and now I need to do it twice? Also since they don't operate on weekends and I need to take my work off to see them. It takes a great deal of effort to find someone who is willing to take my shift to do this and I don't get paid, on top of that I need to pay $100 for this visit as my copay. OK so I called my primary and the nurse (Another 1 Star, Another Review) was able to confirm with Imaging and assure me both SCANS were confirmed at 5PM. Received another call from IMAGING at 6:30PM, claiming my appointment for HIP is authorized, but my appointment for my Brain is not certain, and may have to be rescheduled, opposite from their earlier claim. I was going in for BRAIN scan because for possible disease, but not because I am stupid. I do have research document online indicating working closely with Radiology equipment for a long time, the radiation may impair your ability to function normally. read more

She ONLY give a friendly smiles and help American people. But she is TOTALLY OPPOSITE when she give help for Asian customers. She is not helpful at all and she is very rude!!! It has been a good service until the company's management was taken over by Radnet. It came from the leader of the company when the staff system suddenly showed rudeness in the service. I had a dispute with the front desk just because one of the staffs demanded me to pay upfront and threatened me that I would not get the service for my pelvic and abdomen C-Scan. I demanded to pay only half and I found out that it's actually still overcharges on my account when I checked and called through my insurance company. Back in the past, there are many incidents that hospital had overcharged me and therefore the Insurance company has advised me to tell the medical facility to bill my Health Insurance. especially since I paid for Platinum member for my Health Insurance. read more
