Worst Experience I've ever had regarding trying to book an appointment. The lady "Chloe" is the worst person to answer phones and the rudest. I was trying to make an appointment and instead of her trying to help me make an appointment, she was almost mocking me over the phone and she was almost acting like she doesn't want to help me or doesn't like her job. I don't appreciate how unprofessional she was on the phone. The owner or manager should listen or monitor those answering the phone to learn how awful she treated me and probably treats others the same. When I was late 15 minutes they rejected me but when I am here on time I had to wait more than 40 minutes - Appointments are both ways - don't let a patient wait for more than half hour especially when we are fasting. If you can't handle that many patients then don't make that many appointments!!!!!! read more

This office is located across the street from SinBala. They have their own private parking lot. The office itself is located on the first floor of the medical building. I came here on a Saturday morning. My doctor refer me to this location for a MRI. The nurses/receptionist were cheerful. Even though I was running 10 minutes late, I didn't have to wait long before I went in. They were doing some renovations when I stepped into the back of the office. Guess they were remodeling some of the exam rooms. A bunch of construction guys wearing hard hats were moving supplies in and out. The technician that did my MRI was a serious fellow. He was very informative of what was going to happen during an MRI. (This was my first time!) He was also kind enough to offer me a blanket, in case I got cold during my MRI. However, I got a bit freaked out by his comment when I couldn't remove my metal bracelet: "Let me know if it starts burning you." YIKES! Luckily that didn't happen... For those that never had this procedure done, having a MRI wasn't so bad. It's similar to what you see on TV. Once youre in the machine, you hear a series of clicks and buzzing. At times it was very rhythmic. While some of the other sounds heard was like an alarm going off. Overall, this place was alright. Opened on a Saturday and friendly staff. Came in for an ultrasound. The appointment process was easy to arrange over the phone. When I checked in the receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. I was called in a few minutes after my check in. Karen, the ultrasound tech, was just wonderful! She was friendly, communicative & understanding. I've been here a few times for X-Rays. Each time it has been insanely crowded. One time I had an appointment: I had to leave work 2 hours early to ensure I made my appointment on time. I arrived on time, and waited in the waiting room for 1.5 hours before being taken to the back. It was irritating because people that came after me were being taken in, and because I had to leave work early. I really could have just left work a bit later. Another time I didn't have an appointment, and arrived at 9:30 am. I waited 2 hours for X-Ray. The staff is as professional as they can be given the chaotic environment. read more

Came here with my mom since this was her first time here and she isn't a good English speaker. Thankfully, there was a staff member who spoke Chinese (Cantonese), so no need for me to be there to translate. Excellent service, plus the staff member was very helpful; she even helped my mom set up a same-day appointment for a mammogram (also runned by Arcadia Radiology, just in a different building across the parking lot) so she wouldn't have to drive here again on a different day. My mom was very pleased with the scanning (she came to get tested for osteoporosis) and professionalism of the staff. Waiting room was very nice and clean too; lots of chairs and well air-conditioned (important for hot summer days). Although my mom waited past her appointment time, the wait wasn't anything ridiculous; I think it was about 10 mins past her appointment time until she got called to get scanned. read more

I have been here twice. Once for myself and once for my daughter. Both times there was a small wait even tho we had appointments. But I have always been treated with kindness. Once you get called in you are usually in and out quickly. Was really caught off guard by the negative reviews, since there has been nothing wrong with either of our appointments. Getting MRI and a biopsy is never fun. You never know what kind of news until they get the results. The center is in a nicer area in Arcadia and there were lots of parking - so big plus. The office facility is up to date and they have the best technology. The technicians and staff are well dressed and articulate. They smile and are already well versed in calming the patients who are already anxious about their tests. Finding out if you have cancer or any type of carcinoma related illness is never easy but their staff knows what to say and how to get you to relax throughout the process. read more

I was referred for a CT Scan and the experience was good from beginning to end. Scheduling my appointment was a breeze. Nice location with free parking is great. The sign in rep, Luigi, is very pleasant and nice. Steve and Clody were great in getting me set up for and performing the scan. When I requested a copy of the CT report I spoke with Margaret who was very pleasant and helpful. In fact, when I first called to request the report I had to leave a voice message, and yes, Margaret returned my call and provided all the details. don't go this place for testing. from personal experience i was told i was a dead man alking. they did my x=ray over another patients x-ray. that patient wa the dead man walking. had to have all this tests even had to be prep for a biopsy. the doctor doing the biospsy was the one who said there was nothing wrong with me. went through 3 weeks of hell!!!!!!!!!! be very careful!!! read more

I came here for an x-ray and it was a good experience. There is plenty of parking and it is easy to find. The lobby area has lots of seating and it is very clean. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. There is also a free gift when you check in-- woot woot!! I'll let the gift remain a surprise! :) After filling out the standard paperwork, my wait time was only about 10minutes with an appointment. I booked my appointment the day before, so it was very easy and convenient. When I went in the back, the x-ray technician guided me to a changing room and gave me a locker for my belongings. He was very friendly and professional. I then went and got all my x-rays. He was great and gave me clear instructions for the x-rays and wanted to make sure I was comfortable the whole time. After checking me in and taking my $ for a routine scan, they had me waiting for 45 minutes. After I asked how much longer the wait would be, they informed me that they did not have a doctor's order for the scan. I was never told that I needed an order prior to this. I was told to drink 32 ounces of water an hour before the appointment and don't void the bladder. I did so. It was 30 minutes passed the appointment (1.5 hrs passed since chucking down all that water) when I was called in. It was 10-15 minutes after that, When I was told that I can use the bathroom. My bladder was full and I was in pain and agony. I talked to the front desk several times and I felt like they can't care less. Cynthia, please don't comment and apologize for the experience I had. Not enough help- where is your back-up team? I had an appointment for an x-ray last Monday. After sitting there 45 minutes, I was told that the x-ray technician called in sick. They could not reschedule me at that time, because they didn't know if the person would be in the next day. (You only have one x-ray technician??) While I had been sitting in the lobby, I heard one of your clients working with your staff, say, "What do you mean that I have to reschedule? This is the THIRD time that I am being told that I need to reschedule." [I don't know what kind of test they were talking about, but I know that the client in the lobby was very upset.] When I walked out of your lobby, there was a line out the door. I announced, 'Well if you are here for x-rays, there is no technician today." TWO different ladies in line, spoke up and said how they had their appointments cancelled in the past. 2. Bad communication I happened to meet a friend of mine that was waiting in your lobby for some kind of test. She had arrived at your office before me, so I told her, 'I am going home, there is no x-ray technician'. She then got up and went to the receptionist and said, 'What about me?' He told her, 'Well you need to have dye in your test, so we cannot do that today.' (She had never been told that she needed to prep or do anything other than fast.) She was not happy as we left together, as she had been waiting over an hour. (She got to her appointment early). That is a total of FIVE clients that I am reporting to you that have negative things to say about the service you provide. 3. Making an appointment Trying to book an appointment is a screwed-up mess. It takes forever to make an appointment waiting on the phone. I needed an ultrasound. When I finally got through, they scheduled me SIX WEEKS out!!! Then you have this AWFUL thing that calls you the next day, and says, "Hold the line, Arcadia Radiology wants to talk to you about your appointment." THEN YOU ARE PUT ON HOLD FOR TWENTY MINUTES!!!!! You are afraid to hang up, because maybe they cancelled or changed your appointment. After twenty minutes on hold, I find out they just wanted to reconfirm my appointment. This was NOT a one-time occurrence. [It reminded me that in the past, I was called back similarly to do the same thing, 'confirm my appointment'.] 4. Arcadia Radiology has gone down the toilet. I'm wondering why you only had one x ray technician? It makes me wonder if you are paying a good wage? You have lousy service and the next time I need to get any tests done, I will ask my doctor to send me anywhere but to Arcadia Radiology. In the past it was so easy and seamless to go there. Very efficient. If I had to give you a grade, I would give you a D or F. Horrible! 5. Your office staff: Your present office staff acting as receptionists are wonderful. They are very helpful and empathetic and they go out of their way to accommodate. (When I had the test done, I told the girl that I needed the results to the doctor by Tuesday at 8am. She said the results s/b back by Friday 9/3.) The doctor and I waited longer, and evidently when it did not come, the doctor told me that he would call me later to discuss what it showed. I had scheduled a simple CT scan with Arcadia Radiology and it was the worst experience I've ever had. These people are not only incompetent but extremely rude. They called me one hour prior to my appointment to reschedule. So I rescheduled just to have them do the same exact thing two weeks later. I spoke to a supervisor named Luigi. Don't know how he this person is qualified to supervise anything. Horrible rude person. He scheduled a third appointment which was useless because he scheduled it for after the surgery I needed this imaging for. So I had to have the surgery without the proper imaging which caused a huge problem. Instead of it being a 2 hour surgery it took 8 hours and I had to stay in the hospital for a week instead of overnight. If you have to get imaging done DO NOT GO TO ARCADIA RADIOLOGY!! They are incompetent, rude, inconsiderate, and they simply do not care about your well being at all. They hire and promote idiots like Luigi who I wouldn't trust to make a ham sandwich. I took my son for an xray on Thursday 8 am for his wrist and forearm. Friday morning we received x-ray results and although they said 2 days, it is now Monday afternoon and the radiologist still hasn't read his forearm image- although both done at same time. I called all day and left multiple messages only to call again and after 45 minutes on hold, Angelica said she would tell the supervisor; all in a very condescending tone. Multiple people told me two days (and I realize the weekend which I am not counting). She continued to be dismissive and kept saying goodbye. She told me results are in 3-5 business days and I told her that was not what I was told by multiple people or else I would have gone somewhere else. The doctor was told on Friday that on Monday the report would be ready but now I'm told it hasn't even been read. Her tone was not empathetic as I told her his arm is swollen and most likely fractured. I'm confused how they read one report and not the n other of the same patient done at the same time. If they showed an ounce of empathy it would have been appreciated. read more

If you want incompetent service, this is the place for you. This days events started three weeks earlier with a call to the radnet call center to book a bone density scan and a CT SCAN with and without "contrast". Since my usual "go to" location could not perform both tests they sent me to the 612 Duarte Road location for "my convenience" to do both tests in back to back appointments. I followed the directions seriously of no calcium for 2 days prior and fasting for 12 hours. They gave me the CT SCAN FIRST and Eric was nice enough and even confirmed I had the bone density scan scheduled immediately after. He goes about his routine injecting "contrast" into my veins so that he can scan me "before and after", then sits me in a waiting room for bone density tech to come get me. After a short wait the tech comes to get me, confirms who I am then goes about putting me on a table and tying my feet to a molded block that goes under my feet. She never introduces herself so I have to ask. She is Jessica. Which would have been easy for me to remember since my own name is Jesse! After the first scan she looks worried and asks if I had a CT SCAN RECENTLY! I replied yes, just now, moments ago. She excuses herself and leaves the room leaving me bound to the table. She comes back later and explains that the "contrast" is showing up in my bladder making the density scan useless. She then tries to cover up for the obvious mistake of scheduling the bone density scan after the CT SCAN saying the contrast shows up "sometimes". Now, I'm thinking "it's me" there must me a leak from my blood stream into my bladder?!? I'm alarmed so I ask her about this and she doesn't know the answer so she has to go ask Eric the CT SCAN tech. The answer is the "contrast" is immediately filtered by the kidneys and excreted into the bladder! So this doesn't just "happen sometimes" as Jessica first said. This happens every time as that's how the human body works! So, let's review, the person who scheduled me couldn't figure this out, Luigi at the front desk had no clue about what order these tests should have been given. Eric, who knew I had the bone density scan planned next didn't give it a thought and Jessica had to ask Eric about what had happened. So, none of these people knew what was happening. Keep in mind that x-rays, CT Scans and imaging is all these people do. Also imagine if there had been reason to evacuate while Jessica was out of the room trying to figure it out, I would have been dead out of luck as I was tied to the table. All this and I still had to pay $445 for the "pleasure" of now having to schedule another appointment and going through the routine again. Between all the people who should have known enough to prevent this from happening, the being left tied in the room and even the lack of human courtesy of introducing oneself before being tied to a table like a slab of beef, I cannot recommend this medical practice. Imagine this service being given to your elderly parent or the autistic adult son. Their lives have enough hardship as it is. No body needs to be treated with this degree of incompetence. No body! BTW, I also left a similar review on the Google app and received a message to leave another reply so that they can contact me. THEY HAVE ALL MY CONTACT INFORMATION! Horrible. They canceled my appointment, even if the appointment was confirmed- they just canceled it without notifying me. I filled in my medical history and other required documents, but they just canceled my appointment. When i called to ask about my appointment, they said they canceled my appointment. I told them there was no reason for them to cancel my confirmed appointment because they had my insurance on file and the doctor's order sent electronically. They just brushed me off and said they will reschedule. Later, they rescheduled my appointment without confirming the appointment time with me. There is no sign outside pointing you to the imaging place, so I googled the address and it has a similar name to a nearby place, went there, came back, waited in line but they took too long processing patients and by the time all this happened I was now "fifteen minutes late" and too late to do my appointment. Last week the front desk was doing a good job of very courtesly juggling a number of patients at once. If only they gave better directions because there are two other street facing imaging centers with similar names and if you're me it's easy to get confused. When I encounter a business that has a great deal of impact over people's health, and it is nothing short of a RAGING DUMPSTER FIRE... I feel the social obligation to WARN OTHERS. This is one of those businesses. I'd take being doused in honey and then covered in fire ants over ever going back here! This was the WORST experience I've ever had with a medical test!! The techs were clueless. The wait is unbelievably long. The waiting room is so overly crowded people are waiting all over the property. This business has few, if any, covid safety protocols in place. Every employee I came in contact with seemed miserable. I felt sorry for them in their home made cloth masks. But I felt equally sorry for myself being exposed to this negligence. I could have overlooked all the inconveniences if... THE TEST THEMSELVES were good... but NO. They failed on the most important part of the equation. The reports and first set of results available on their online system WERE NOT COMPLETE. The pathology lab they work with is excruciating SLOW and their staff is incapable of providing any updates as to where your tissue samples have gone. At the time of my biopsy appointment the first thing they said is that it takes 3 to 5 days to get biopsy results. The techs said it. The doctor said it. Then the techs said it again. And each of them repeated it. I tried calling the medical records department on day 4 and they scoffed at the idea of getting results that quickly. The staff is not in sync here. Once they send something to the pathologist they claim to have NO CLUE and no responsibility for where it went or if your doctor will get a response. If they don't know where the sample went, how do they know it was received? This type of stupidity and illogical explanations to patients should not be allowed. So after waiting a week for an update on my biopsy, and after they sent the results to the WRONG doctor.... they said they DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH TISSUE to MAKE A CONCLUSION. I waited a week for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Could they not have told me this on DAY ONE... or DAY TWO...or DAY THREE.... that they DIDN'T GET AN ADEQUATE TISSUE SAMPLE???? Making patients wait a week to find out they failed to get a proper sample is a terrible policy. They are dealing with sick people and biopsies are a serious matter. They should confirm they can complete a test before they make you wait a week for the results that never come. Now I have to start over with a new biopsy. And it certainly won't be with them. Never again. I wasted over a week waiting for the appointment and another week waiting for the results..... not to mention the pain of the biopsy itself... all for NOTHING!! They were a 100% fail from every aspect. If you have the option to go someplace else.... be kind to yourself and avoid this poor excuse for a health care business. They don't care about you or your health. They are a money making machine. If you have no choice but to go here... my condolences. At least you'll know what to expect. Had ultrasound here in beginning of December. My first time here and will absolutely my last time. Arrived at 8:15am for an 8:30 appointment. Sit on the chair for 1 hr and 30 minutes before they checked me in. And another 25 minutes before the tech (probably just woke up) for the procedure. Their "link" to my insurance shows totally different deductible amount that I used, and they insist on charging me the amount for deductible regardless I brought my insurance statement to show them that my deductible has been reached. The staff is super nice. But the wait time is insane. About 2 weeks ago I had to have an X-ray on my hand and waited a total of 2 hours and 15 minutes. Today I unfortunately had to come back with another injury and today's wait was exactly 2 hours. You cannot make an appointment for X-rays. This place used to have nice people and better times service. I've been here more times than I'd like to admit in the past so I'm familiar with how it has worked in the past. This place is located in Arcadia. Cleanliness wise, during Covid, it felt more clean compared to other businesses. When they scheduled my appt, they said it was for 6:00 pm. When I got there, they said it was 6:30. I felt it was unfair, that I could've left early. If I knew the actual appt was for 6:30, I would not have booked it. MRI- was very loud, and they didn't provide anything to protect my ears. Also, could've told me ahead of time not to move during MRI. Overall, I thought the tech was inexperienced, and unprofessional. I had a better experience the last time I was there. They need to have better staff retention, and better service. Prompt service at the front desk but had to wait a little over 20 minutes past my appointment time. Staffs were definitely on the friendlier and helpful side. MRI room was a bit cold and the claustrophobic tunnel was very breezy and cold. They did provide me with with a blanket to counter the coldness a bit but it was still very cold nonetheless. I would definitely recommend this place... besides the good service level, their equipment looked new and well maintained as well. read more
