The installing craftsmen were friendly and very skilled. We had a few questions after the job was done and a craftsman came out within a couple days to address each and every spot. The owner seemed a bit annoyed and rushed whenever we met- not sure if we were a small job to him or if I would have been treated differently if my husband had been available for meetings too. He didn't seem happy that we questioned some of those spots after the job was done (perhaps this is not part of their normal process, but it has always been my experience with large-scale home renovations). He had a wide variety of high quality carpet options and was patient while we looked at various choices. There was no pressure to make a decision that day, but we reached out a few days after to confirm our choice and book an install date. He texted me with a reminder a few days out from the install, and he and his team showed up on time. Within a few hours, the carpet was beautifully installed. We had considered doing this project ourselves, but it's clear that we would not have been able to achieve the level of craftsmanship of Marty's team.
