I had Delta come out to give us a bid and we tackled the biggest safety items first - our hot tub. We needed a GFCI outlet to make our hot tub safe and Delta provided a reasonable quote, and they did it in a short amount of time. Their customer service level is amazing and they really go the extra mile. I will use them again when we tackle the next items on our list of home improvements. Ricardo saved our kitchen remodeling…read more We were on a tight schedule when the electrician we used for years didn't show up for couple scheduled appointments (the same day rescheduling) and after which he stopped responding to our messages. I reached out to Ricardo (the day after Christmas) by text message and he responded to us within minutes and came to our house later the same day. After explaining him the urgency, he scheduled us for the next day, even though he was already fully booked and worked for the next 3 days from 4-8/9pm to complete all the work and keep our remodeling on schedule. After the new cabinets were put in, we hired Ricardo for the range hood installation and relocation/addition of couple outlets in our master bedroom. I am extremely satisfied with all the work Ricardo did on our house. He is responsive, punctual, a good communicator on explaining the needed work and while doing the work (I was shadowing him while he was working and learned a lot from him), detailed oriented and affordable. I wasn't going to complain because they had a plumber come out to fix this, however, there was zero communication between the administration here and it's contractors and/or employees. The plumber tried to charge me for the fix until I insisted this was on Innovative Solar Power to correct. They spoke on the phone after I insisted and it was taken care of. A week later I finally had an employee come out to restore the electricity to the outlet and do the drywall fix. When the employee got here, he had literally no idea why he was at our house. Nobody communicated to him what the job was, it was very much an afterthought. So now, he restored the electrical and does a mediocre job with the drywall because "he's not a drywall guy". Now, I am going to have to spackle this wall, texturize it and paint it. The only reason I am now leaving this review is because of lack of thought and effort around doing quality work for a mistake this company made. I absolutely do not trust them to do quality work now and won't be using them next year for our projects as a result. I am likely going to have a new electrician come out just to re-examine the work done in my office. This whole experience was asinine.

He found the outlet to be defective (20 years after installation) and then checked the remaining kitchen outlets. At our request, he replace all three outlets. We also had Adam examine a porch outlet which would switch off when our Weber electric grill was plugged in. Had that replaced as well. We had purchased a new smoke alarm from Home Depot, and we Adam replace the old one since he had time available before his next appointment. I was delighted with Adam's willingness to deal with all of the items on my electrical "to do" list. While we have had a home warranty service since we purchased for our home, we have not always found the service people sent out for repairs to be the highest quality. We have been searching for an electrician that we could call to handle non-warranty repairs and home improvements. Adam has become our new go-to electrician and we have already talked with him about upgrading our under-counter kitchen lighting to LED units. We found Adam very professional, explained things in simple terms, and found the cost of the service call reasonable given all of the work done. I Had Hani GORGIS company install a mini split. When I started using it, it continued to burn out…read morethe outlets because he spliced an ext. cord to connect instead of connecting to my breaker box. I'm not a licensed electrician nor have any knowledge of how this job is suppose to be completed. So after having another electrician look at the job he was shocked to see the fire hazard of how it was connected for power. And mentioned how it was supposed to be connected to the breaker box. And to call them back in to complete the installation job correctly. I was to provide the materials and the technician, Najah Gorgis, was to install the mini split. but instead of explaining what he might need to connect the mini split to the breaker box (which the other electrician who advised me said was suppose to happen) Najah Gorgis asked for an extension cord and wired the unit together hap hazard resulting in outlets burning up when plugged in and causing a potential fire rather than letting me know if additional materials were needed to connect to the breaker box like it's suppose to be. Because of my lack of knowledge in this field, I'm still not sure what all was needed to do the job correctly & safely, but for the record the mini split is only 8 feet from the breaker box and would have gladly ordered or picked up whatever was needed. So in short, if you're looking for a job to be done correctly and safe, these aren't the guys. They don't have your back and will put you at risk for a fire nor will they tell you what is needed to do the job correctly. When I called them back they asked for double the amount of money initially paid for the installation to correct the problem. I'm a single woman and a disabled veteran and it's hard enough surviving in San Diego but I suppose It's a hustle and I fell in it. So not AC for the summer. Choose a better company than these guys if you want a job done safe and correct.
