My regular electrician was unavailable on short notice and Ramon saved the day. I received an estimate from Ramon on Monday, November 25th for converting six 4-prong CFL to LED lights in our kitchen to match our living room and dining room. I informed him that I already bought the matching LED lights (from Costco) so he lowered his estimate which was about the same as my regular electrician's estimate. He was able to come to our house on Wednesday, November 27th right before Thanksgiving. I received a text on November 26th to confirm the appointment window 10am-12pm and another text on November 27th at 10:12am informing he was on the way. Ramon first covered our kitchen table and counters with plastic in case any debris fell from the ceiling. Ramon was able to convert the lights in about 1.5 hours and he also swept the floor. I used Rampad Electric to do several electrical projects at my house, including fixing wiring for hardwired smoke alarms, installing recessed lighting, changing some switch types, adding electrical outlets to my garage for the opener as well as a convenience outlet, and bringing my house up to code for some electrical outlets. At the initial consultation, I could tell Ramon was very detail oriented and had unique ideas on how to solve my challenges. While other electricians wanted to run conduit in my garage to get power to the garage opener, Ramon came up with a way to run the power to the garage from an upstairs bedroom which made the outlet look seamless instead of being an eyesore.
