Started out great: Got a yelp quote within 24hrs; quote was reasonable, so I called to make an appointment on Monday the 25th for a mobile replacement at my workplace, which is much closer to their office than my home. I asked if they could do Wednesday afternoon and was told they could only do between 10a-11a on Wednesday. Though I normally don't get into work until 11am, I said sure since I really need this replacement done for work purposes so I said okay. I had been told it takes an hour to replace and an hour to set, so I'm thinking the 10-11 was the hour to replace - why would I think anything else?. It was NOT specified that it was a 10-11a "window", which still would be okay as long as they didn't need me anymore by 11am due to a meeting which I would have specified by phone if I knew that was the deal. At any rate, fast forward to today. At 10:15 I hadn't heard from/seen anyone. I tried calling to check but received a vm which #1 did not identify the company and #2 In order to leave a vm I needed know the vm box of the person I was trying to reach. No directory, no general mailbox. WTF? I tried #1 but that was invalid. Tried #20 just for the hell of it - also invalid. 5 min later in my unhappy state, I received a call from the technician stating he was leaving Littleton and should be there by 10:50am. I voiced my displeasure and said if he could not need me anymore (paperwork, payment, etc) by 11am thats fine but otherwise it wouldn't work because I have a mtg at 11am. He said, "Fine you should hire someone else then". Thanks, I will. And you should too. read more

I'd been putting off getting quotes for my windshield replacement as it's always such a tiring experience but alas, I called several places and ARCH was one of them. Due to my work schedule it's hard to call during normal business hours but even calling after 6pm I was able to speak to Art to obtain a quote. He was really friendly and helpful and his quote which included taxes and no extra fee for mobile service, was perfect price - no too high and not too low. I was able to schedule the repair when it was convenient for me, which was about a week later. Art kept in touch the entire day of the work, and even provided me an accurate time frame of when I should expect them. He was professional, friendly and did the work in under 30 mins! Terrible experience and very unprofessional. I called him to let him know that I made a mistake on the car. It was a 2 door and not a 4 door. I called and made this appointment for my daughter. I am not familiar with the car till I called to add her to my insurance. So, I messaged him that I made a mistake and he called me. What he said over the phone was very unprofessional and I cancelled the appointment. It was not even about having to pay a higher price for the back window, it was about how he talked down to me. As a professional woman, I would never make my clients think that a mistake they made was an inconvenience to me. He said to me, "I TOLD YOU 4 or 5 TIMES, IF THIS WAS A 2 DOOR or 4DOOR" He asked me twice and I corrected myself in the text message conversation. Then made a comment about how getting this window inconvenience him to have breakfast with his family. Then proceeded to say, "YOU'RE NEVER GOING TO FIND A BETTER PRICE". I already did and made a new appointment. Had he handled this call in a more professional manner I would have kept the appointment because it was my fault I told him it was a 4 door and not a 2 door. read more
