Let me start off by saying I'm skeptical to try to new places. That being said I decided to give this place a try since my usual spot is in mesquite and I didn't want to make the trip. I got a flier in the mail and decided to give them a try. The lady with color contacts threaded my brows. At first she started off fine but two people walked in and she started to rush. It felt like it hurt more but I figured I'm just not used to her. It wasn't until later that day I realized she had cut me on both sides! Now the cuts are scabbing. Now I do have sensitive skin which sometimes breaks out and I'm not blaming her for that. I however had never had cuts on my eyes from threading. I stopped by to see if they were willing to rectify the situation but she dismissed it by saying it happens all the time! Funny how it's never happened to me. Needless to say I'll be taking my business to mesquite lesson learned! Don't come here ladies unless you want cuts on your eyes! read more

Okay they charge $10 for eye brows threading. I think it's pricey considering other places in the area charges $5 but it didn't hurt. You get what you pay for. They use thicker thread here so it hurt less. She took her time and it was also a plus because when they do it too fast, they tend to miss the lines and mess up your brows. Marisha did my brows and she was great and gentle. They also offer other facials and services also. Update, I'm knocking off a star because it's been a week and my brows are growing back. I've been looking for a new place to torture me every other wee and have heard good things about the Arch Brows chains. I was able to go over on my lunch and get to threading immediately. Super clean! The lady was nice and very detailed. They offer lots of different services and I even signed up for a "package" deal which is 4 threading's for $29 (they're normally $10 a piece) and she even gave me my threading from today for free for being a new customer! any package you purchase can be utilize at all of their locations which is nice. so i'll be going back at least 4 more times to get my money's worth! read more

Let me preface this review by saying that I don't often write reviews unless the service is really worth commenting on - So I've gone to this place quite a few times. Enough to have purchased three packages over the last year (eyebrow threading, tinting, full face threading) and spent at least $150 here over that time period. The service has always been kind of eh but today really upset me. As I was getting my face done she comments on my eyebrows because I've had microblading done a few months back and says something along the lines of "uh you really need to get it done again". So I told her I've been looking, I just didn't want to go back to the same place I did before. Later on in the service she makes another comment about how I've "waited too long" to come back and get it done again. Now on this comment I just told her "I know". But to be quite honest I've realized why I don't come back as frequently as I used to, because I get heckled when I do! I work full time while going to school so I don't have the time or money to be having several hundreds of dollars spent on beauty services like microblading, hair cuts/color, nail services, or anything like that. And to be insulted during my service that I'm paying good money for is really frustrating and I can't say I'll be returning without checking out other places first- and I still have 7 more services with this place that I've already paid for, so I think that says something. Manisha is the name of the lady who did my threading today, just in case anyone decides to try this place anyways. Oh and they've raised their prices too! read more

I came here once, with my friend and they were threading her eyebrows and the lady that did hers, Did not do a good job at all! When it was done, there was a bald spot on the end of her right brow, and her brows were not even cleaned up, and her brows were both un even! When we asked to fix it, she was very rude about it and, did not even give a refund. read more

Sam is very good. She has a very 'gentle' hand for threading and you hardly feel any pain at all.

I had a groupon for a 60 minutes facial and decided to try it out. My appointment was at 2pm, I had some wait time, she could only start around after 2:20 and the facial was done by 3pm. It was not even 45 mins. This was supposed to be a facial for a Glo Rejuvenating and I do not believe that was what I got, it was probably just the Express facial for 30 mins. She didn't even do the steamer for the whitehead/blackhead removal, which I thought was pretty basic with every facial. For the Express facial probably not bad overall but I felt like I got ripped off because I purchased the groupon that was a facial worth 60 mins but only got a quickie 30 min facial. I won't come back here for this service, have had better facials that were more worth my buck other places. Clean place and good facility, just wish they had better service, especially when you are a first time customer. Update on 4/10: The owner of the salon reached out to me and scheduled a complimentary Glo facial to make up for my not so positive experience. Love this place. My eyebrows have been over waxed (not by them) and looked horrible. I went in to try threading which I had tried before elsewhere and hated. I had them thread and tint and they looked great. I bought the package. The next time I went they suggested I wait a little bit to let them grow more.....I was impressed. I decided to try another service and had a gold facial and microdermabrasion. It was awesome. 4 days later and my face still feels like it does not need moisturizer. Terrible experience. I never write reviews, but I felt like others should know what I experienced at this place. I went in for a leg wax-- the technician did not introduce herself or tell me her name, so I can't even say who it was. She did not wipe down/disinfect my legs before she began. At the end of the wax, I saw some spots that weren't waxed and she seemed annoyed that I was pointing them out to her. She finally just starting telling me that it was "just my legs" and she had waxed the spot over and over but the hair wouldn't come off. She tried one more time, so I guess it wasn't just my legs after all; she just kept missing the spots. After five minutes of spot checking and finding places with hair, she threw some oil on my legs as to indicate that she was done listening to my concerns. She then proceeded to open the door and walk out as I was still putting clothes on, leaving me exposed with minimal clothing on and the door wide open. I got home to still find hair all over my legs, which is extremely frustrating. Worst part is I emailed the manager, (or owner?) Nadia, to discuss this as I felt she should know about my poor experience at her business. She never emailed back. Further, we set up a phone appointment at the recommendation of one of her employees and she did not answer and never called me back to discuss it despite our agreed upon phone call time.
