Great service great employees a great Dentist and would recommend anybody to go there Top notch?

Don't go!! It's a hazard!! These people fucked up my teeth, one of the Dentist that did it mysteriously vanished. Now they refuse to see me, I make appointments to see if they'll right their wrongs but every single time they either send me a text or call to tell me something unexpectedly happened to cancel the appointment. And if anyone cares for proof, I recorded the dentist taking me into the back wrong and offer free dental work in order for me to keep quite. But now they refuse to see me. read more

If you want subpar customer service, time consuming waiting gaps per visit, delayed clinical work, and underachieving billing representatives who's only concern is exhausting your benefits to the max with a high volume of co-pay badgering and minimal results...this is definitely the place for you to visit. However, if you want expedient and profound service, in addition to guaranteed callbacks... seek elsewhere. I don't know how this facility got 3-4 stars, but you just might become mislead and disappointed. read more

I suffer with high anxiety..I really thought I found a dentist that could have helped me but it wasn't to be. I have two more deep cleanings left and they cut me off like this is the tv show your fired..i found it unprofessional.. I know I spoke to the young lady recently because I was upset I felt she was questioning my ability to pay or ability regarding my income she didn't know what I wanted to do. But assumed.. I felt upset because I felt she judged me right away. I feel all this happened because of a comment on this yelp app. Its sad how this business take things so personal to the point they actually tell the patients to never come back to the office again. From the front desk to the dentist chair the experience is always great. It's always a great feeling when they know your name or voice without you saying anything( or causes issues) The dentist usually makes me very anxious but since coming to Archer Dental that is a thing of the past. I went yesterday to get a wisdom tooth extracted. Although the front staff was sweet, professional and helpful, This morning I noticed that the stitch became undone so I called to see if they can see me today. I called before business hours and left a voicemail. I called again after opening hours and still no awnser. Since then I've called 10 times and still no awnser. I'm very concerned with it due to the fact that the stitch is pocking the inside of my mouth and feels uncomfortable. I'm worried that they won't awnser my phone call today and have an open cut in my mouth that could possibly get infected. One thing that did make me uncomfortable was the doctor and assistant were looking at me strange when we were discussing the treatment plan. I asked why they were looking at me funny. It was a very odd situation that make me feel uncomfortable, uneasy and uninvited. I hope to get a call back eventually to get it sorted out. read more

This office has been recently renovated therefore it makes it a pleasant experience. What makes it even more pleasant is the staff. They are friendly, compassionate and responsible even though look young. My mom needed implant repair that was placed abroad and Dr Tony took care of it while the task was not easy and by doing so he saved us tons of time and efforts. We are happy and thankful. I'm a current patient at this location and I would like to say that the staff here is very professional and very skilled in this place. The receptionist with braces is the best here. Her customer service is beyond great. I'm currently in my first year of having braces and I'll be done soon. The orthodontist is very passionate about his craft! The whole staff is awesome! I have sent 2 of my family members here that's how good they are. I don't refer people places unless it's good and this place rocks! read more

I have been going to Archer Dental since 1996 and moved an hour away but continue to go to this office for their outstanding professionalism and excellent care. I have had post braces services and a root canal and wisdom teeth removed and recently had minor oral surgery and could not be more pleased. My husband & I are currently both patients here, going to a dentist is always nerve racking and gives us both anxiety- but I will say All those nerves go out the window here at Archer Dental. This isn't a place that's only great at their practice, but customer services is amazing as well. Starting from Mara the receptionist, when you walk through the door has the most welcoming , positive attitude a person can have. Someone who loves their job but most importantly her clients. Then there's two dental assistants Karla and Candy I trust just as I would a dentist. They are very knowledgeable and care about the comfort of their clients. Last but not least Dr. Anton Z- I love a doctor who doesn't beat around a bush, targets the issue without sugar coating. He's a doctor who excellent at his practice, I had to get 5 teeth pulled and braces as embarrassed and terrified as I was with this procedure- I gave all my trust in him and have no regrets. I still have braces but I see tremendous progress with my teeth in a matter of 3 months. I can smile without any insecurities and i owe it all to him. I love this place and so thankful to find a place worth coming to. read more

The Dentist I seen was ok ! I really had a bad experience with the dental assistant, after they pull my tooth out she did not explain anything all she said was you cannot spit they didn't go through no instructions with me ! Didn't even say goodbye thank you for coming nothing was very cold and very bland very unprofessional then like a day after I've been trying to call because I've been in a lot of pain since I left the dentist on Tuesday and these ladies never answer the phone as a matter fact they kept hanging up the phone when I kept calling in the morning I called more than 20 times and they would not answer their calls the dentist need to hire people that are really professional and take this serious you cannot treat your patients like that! They assured me that they call the pharmacy to put in a prescription for me and they left the office or they didn't want to pick up their phone calls no more so here I have to suffer another night with pain because these ladies in the front did not do their job and make sure that my prescription was called into the pharmacy therefore this is why give it one star because you treat your patient and your customers good and that has a lot to do with the service and the recommendation I would never recommend nobody here read more

The staff really make this location enjoyable. Mara, the receptionist, is always exceptionally nice and informative. The couple of times that I've been here she has always let me know that I will be informed if my insurance isn't going to cover something before anything gets done, to avoid being charged. The assistants are nice and friendly as well, explaining what will be done during the appointment, as well as instructing me as the procedure goes along. Dr. Tony is really nice and professional. If I had any concerns with pain, he would work with me to at least explain what he is about to do, that way I can brace myself and it eases my nerves. He also gives me suggestions and tips on ways to better my dental health and habits. The place is very neat and modern. Smart TVs in the rooms that provide Netflix during visits. There's a lot that can be done here besides the general exam and cleaning. I wish I would have gotten my wisdom teeth removed at this location, but for sure I will be coming here for my braces.
