Star assured me that I would be okay (and she was right!) She told me that the doctor would take me step by step and reminded me that he does this everyday. Her smile and chill personality instantly calmed my anxiety. Dr. Vladimir Tismensky talked to me through the entire procedure- always ensuring I was pain free (which I was). At the end (which was crazy quick), he made sure I had his cell number in case of any issues (none). The hospitality was on point. I couldn't ask for a better experience! My dentist told me it should cost about $1,600 for everything after I insurance. Once at this center while in extreme pain from my tooth this place told me it would be more like closer to $3k!!! I said OMG thats double was what my dentist told me but I said fine with a down payment of $1885! So they do the surgery that took all of 20 mins and sent me on my way in even more pain but with a bunch of meds that helped a lot but I'm still in pain today and this was over 6 months ago. So about a couples weeks after the surgery I get a notice of a bill for almost 2K!!!! And I said oh now this has to be wrong and was told no its correct my total bill was just under 4k! I said no I was told it would be under 3k total for everything and that was before what the insurance took out and they responded and called me a liar and stated they told me the ESTIMATED cost would be $3771.41!!! So you telling me you told me before you even looked at my tooth that the total would be $3771.41 thats really amazing that you had that number down to the cents! Wow! This is false!!! And not they are holding my tooth hostage so I can't get my crown and also I'm still in pain and they won't do anything to help until I pay the balance! Dr. Fiorenza and his staff are lifesavers (teeth savers?)!!…read more To keep it short, I hadn't seen a dentist since my horrible experiences as a kid with an unnecessarily cruel 'pediatric' dentist. Naturally, the condition of my teeth reflected this. I hadn't seen a dentist in roughly eight or so years, and it had been even longer than that since I'd had any sort of cleaning, so naturally I finally needed to get a couple root canals. After that was done, my endodontist recommended me to Dr. Fiorenza. So, I'm a huge baby with pain, but miraculously, after two crowns (one of which was built up from basically nothing!), my first deep cleaning in over a decade, and now several fillings, I've been totally fine. My smile is becoming one that I'm happy to show off now and my oral health is improving every day. His staff are extremely friendly and personable, and will always strike up a conversation. Dr. Fiorenza is very gentle and always tells you what he is going to do, and how he will do it. I've been going to him since January and I've already referred my mom and sister. I cannot recommend him enough. Even if you haven't seen a dentist in years; if I can do it, anybody can, and Dr. Fiorenza is definitely the guy to see!

She was really nice, and understood I was a little nervous. She did a really great job. Dr. Fiorenza was great also. He didn't poke my teeth or scare me into getting unnecessary procedures.
