I can't speak on every salesman that works there but I can tell you about Cody Bushman. He was absolutely excellent. Worked with me on my trade in and getting a vehicle I was excited about at a fair price. The most important thing to me when buying a car is working with someone who is not trying to take advantage of you and overly pushy. If you go here, ask for Cody, he is excellent and will treat you fairly. Full disclosure: can't speak on service or other salesmen because I have no experiences in that department

Which already seemed excessive but I assumed they knew what they were doing. Wrong. I just had my oil changed at home and asked them to check the battery (nearly 12 months later on a car that's not even 4 years old) and they said it was no where near needing to be replaced. When I called to ask them why there was a huge discrepancy, and why my oil change cost less than 1/2 ($60) what they'd been charging me the last 2 years; I was belittled and condescended by Brady and Kendall who clearly have no professionalism or respect for their customers. I've called Subaru's American office and sent an email to their boss. I have a friend from Billings who drove an outback that said these guys were a bunch of con artists. I assumed he was being an alarmist, but he's absolutely right. Stay away and go to someone who is more than capable of changing the oil for less. These guys are a bunch of clowns and should be ashamed of themselves, but I'm sure they're not because they get to keep taking advantage of grandma and grandpa.

The new dealership is gorgeous and most of the people are VERY friendly and professional. My only issue is them trying to charge more than Mercedes Publishes Nationally for their Star-Service. I didn't buy it at first because it looked suspicious to me. I went home after the purchase and found I was correct. They were overcharging for their labor agreements. The next day I called numerous Mercedes Benz dealers around the country and all of them gave me pricing exactly what was advertised and published by Mercedes. So why is the Billings Dealership trying to mark this service up 25%? Anyway, it turns out you can add the Star Service up to a year after you purchase the car and can buy it at any dealership.... not just the one you purchased your car at. You can also service your car at ANY MB Dealership after you have purchased the Star Service. I'm going back in 5 months for a company vehicle and will amend this review if they've stopped this outrageous practice.

Since I didn't want to fly back and drive the distance to the East coast again I decided to sell the vehicle remotely. Initially we went back and forth over the price. I was offered more using the Edmunds site brokering the deal elsewhere however Carmart360 was closer to the shop doing the work and they did come up on their offer based on the Edmunds offer. We started discussing the sale price March 24, 2021. we agreed on a price and they took possession of the vehicle April 9, 2021. As I'm remotely doing this they sent the paperwork and I signed and returned it April 14th, 2021. They paid the lender next day, and the deductible to the autoshop from the sale price. Which was super great and so convenient. I was told they would send the remaining payout to me once they received the lien release from my lender. So I waited..... called and was told it's policy and their hands are tied. So I waited..... and I waited some more. I have contacted my lender and the dealership multiple times. Lender informed me they need a fed ex acct number to overnight and a letter from the dealer stating they would not cancel payment if title was released early. I sent the sales guy a text notifying of this. Asking to expedite the matter, I planned to use the payment as the down on my replacement. Today May 7th On star notified me the account on my truck has been cancelled in my name. Someone has purchased the truck. Yeah!!!! I called the dealership since I would assume they had the title as they sold the truck. Nope I was wrong and informed so. Here is where my 1 star comes in. 1.) They took possession of the truck almost a month ago. 2.) The attitude I got a month after they took the truck and I finally called to say I would like my money. 3.) I left both sets of keys in my truck and was informed only one was in there and I would need to pay out 250 to replace the second set. I was warned by other dealerships they pay slow but had I known I would have sold else where or picked up my truck. I also would not have suggested their buying services to 2 people. If I were ever to return To the area based off the conversation and attitude from Daniel, I would purchase elsewhere. However if you don't need the money within the next month and a half, and you want to deal with a whole lot of back and forth then it's maybe 3 stars. If you enjoy getting attitude from a used car sales manager when you call to figure out Why how They can buy and sell a vehicle before you are even paid out this is the place for you. ‍

I started looking at cars about a week ago, maybe two and have had a really crazy schedule with work, the military, and life in general. She put ZERO pressure on me and even after test driving two cars and not getting back with her for a few days. Most dealerships text and call over and over and over again. When I was finally available to come in and make a decision she was so patient with me. I had them bring another vehicle up from a different dealership they work and they had it ready to go the day after. That night I sat down with their finance guy and decided that I wanted to wait one more night to make sure this was the car I wanted. It was a little more than I had anticipated spending so I just wanted to sleep on it more night. Everyone in the facility was so kind and did not make me feel pressured AT ALL. I came in the next morning, test drove one more car to make sure I knew the one I was buying would be worth spending the extra money. The process was fast and easy. I felt that this was the most honest and reasonable dealership I had dealt with. Their document fee is only $199 where most are $299-$800. The extended warranty was a steal and the whole team was so great to work with. When I'm ready to get a new vehicle again I will definitely be coming here.

They went to a reputable mechanic shop and was told that the fuel pump is bad. They reached out to this dealership and was informed that he would take care of it. Once they got it done he went back on his word stating that they got ripped off on the total and that he can get the fuel pump for $100 and that's all he will give them. I checked with multiple parts houses and nowhere has it for $100 let alone the cost of the labor to install it. Stay far away from this dealership as his word is not worth the time he took to say it. Before I decided to purchase a car from this dealership, I should have read the comments. I don't…read morewant to delve into the entire story because it was a complete disaster. In short, I've had better experiences buying secondhand cars at Randash. We were persuaded by Nathan's assurance that we could return the car if anything went wrong, so his mechanic could inspect it. He led us into a false sense of security by claiming that generations of families have bought cars from him. Interestingly, one of the comments mentioned that the dealership has been family-run for over 50 years. However, Nathan is nowhere near 50, so he can't take credit for any success the dealership had before his tenure. Unfortunately, within 24 hours of driving off the lot, the car started having problems. When we contacted Nathan, he brushed it off, made a guess at what the issue might be, looked up the repair cost, and told us it wasn't something his mechanic checks for. We ended up taking it to a different mechanic and paid more to fix it. You might think that smaller lots that have been around for a while would know what they're doing. But I advise you to avoid this place and save yourself the headache. My engine failed in less than a year (an $8000 issue). I can already anticipate Nathan's responses: - 'You declined the warranty.' Yes, because I had already secured a warranty through my bank, which I later discovered didn't cover pre-existing conditions due to previous owners' neglect. - 'How do I know you didn't cause the damage? It's been a year.' I have receipts proving that we maintained the vehicle properly. - 'Why didn't you bring it back?' I admit, I don't know much about cars. I naively thought that since he works with a 'well respected' mechanic, the problem must be on my end. Plus, after our first conversation about the car's issues, I lost faith in his willingness to help. - 'That's the risk you take with a used car.' While I understand this, it feels like a cop-out. As a businessman and a human being, Nathan made no effort to rectify the situation. Basically, telling a customer who spent nearly $10k at your establishment 'Oh well, what do you want me to do about it, can't help you' is simply bad business practice. Judging by the comments, I'm not the only one who feels this way. And regardless of his respose to my personal opinion and experience as a first (and last) time customer. My advice would be to find another lot... it's just not worth the risk with this place.
