Every time I come here to buy food the manager Lily always has an attitude. I went Tuesday to get snacks and she was yelling at a costumer. (As a manager you DONT do that) well after the guy left the store, she came out after him telling Not to come back because she would call the cops, then called him a Nergo and a bitch in Spanish. The owner of the store should probably talk to her, I'm a manager and I've never in my life done this because I Know better. Such bad costumer service here. read more

This Arco, in particular, is my favorite gas station in Fremont. The staff is very friendly and the gas prices are consistently the lowest around me (next to Costco of course, but who can compete with that?) I always come here for gas. This is one of those gas stations that has a loud TV blaring at you while you're filling up your gas tank. They charge extra for using your credit card. I won't come back here again for fuel. read more

We ALWAYS go here to fill up our RV, Jet Skis, SUVs since our RV/Boat storage is right down the street. The manager happened to notice us filling up all our vehicles at once (spent over $400 that time) and offered us a free soda for each of us. Now that is service! Thanks Am/Pm Arco! read more

Clearly the cheapest gas station around the Fremont area. I come here about once per week and finally decided to add a review. They always have food ready and warm. Refreshments are always stocked and the restroom is clean. There is a chase atm inside. The patrons that come here seem to mind their own business. I haven't bumped into any panhandlers. There's always about 2-4 staff working here to keep the place running legit. read more

Went here innocently to get a breakfast snack today. Was really happy to hear that they had egg sandwiches and whole wheat! So bought it and was confident it would be fresh as it stated that it was made daily. Well, first of all the sandwich was sealed air tight that you would need a pen knife to open it. I then finally tore it open and took a bite. It tasted off and it made me want to get sick! I promptly threw it out and made a vow never to get "fresh" sandwiches from there again!! read more

Huge gas station & mini mart. Always doing midnight runs for snacks because they're open 24 hours. Only bad is they don't accept credit card, so make sure to bring cash or a debit card! read more

I would give this place one star if it wasn't for the one employee that is reasonable. To anyone reading this: this place will take credit cards for items that are purchased within the station. Most of the employees that aren't the older guy with gray hair will yell you the truth. The fact that the employees will LIE TO YOUR FACE really makes me hate this place. I know this is just a gas station/convenience store, but the two girls here this evening had the worst customer service I've experienced in awhile. There was at least 4 people in line after I walked into the store, both registers were closed and the two girls behind the counter looked like they were counting out tills or something along those lines. what bothered me was that we all stood there at least 5 minutes without either girl bothering to say ANYTHING or even look up. The least I'd expect was for them to say "give us just one second" or "someone will be here to help you out in a minute" but nothing. I find this to be incredibly rude. finally a gentleman came from the back who was refilling the coffee and he had to rush over to the third register to help us all out. but those first two girls just kept right on with what they were doing, still never having said a word to any of the customers. read more

I LOVE AMPM!! I go to school across the street and that's where I go on break. As a working student on a budget AM PM always has good deals. 2 for $3 sandwiches, 2 for $2.50 king size candy and they have my favorite Coca-Cola slurpee. I went this morning to purchase gas to this gas station, I needed to purchase a car charger for my phone and there was a big line and asked the the manager she was at the cash register if she can ask any of his employee to show me the car charge accessories there were two other employee available to help me she answered with a bad attitude you need to get in line like everyone else I said "really" I need to get in a big line just to buy a phone charger, when she could just ask one of his employee to show me, unfortunately I could't get her name but one employee told me she was the manager when I ask I needed to talk to a manager. I told the lady I can't believe person like like you with bad attitude are granted to be managers.She reply back to me and said if you don't like to buy gas here,you can go somewhere else, I got so mad at this lady, and I told her to shut up, because she was acting like she owns the store,and no-one telling her nothing. That was my worst Saturday bad experience I ever had anywhere else, I will never buy gas again at this place until this manager still working her this incident happened on 1/6/2018 in the morning. I can't believe how far this station has dropped in quality in the last 6 months. Several pumps don't work. I can find a pump that either the card swipe, keypad, receipt printer, card reader, etc. doesn't work dependably on each side of every island. Today I found three pumps not operational on two sides of one island. The windshield wash fluid is always very dirty to a point it stains light colored paint until the car is washed. I have found pumps that overfill, pumps that seem to have cost calculation errors, pumps that shut off far too early. I really liked this station about a year ago, but they stopped caring. Driveway is not cleaned - even the gas spills. The place is always busy even at 4:30am. read more
