This is a pathetic Arco. I was treated so rudely with imnsense disrespectfulness by a female working the register! I paid cash. She gave me a minute or two to get back to my car. By the time I inserted the hose, she put the cash amount of 4.29 to the credit price of $4.39! When I returned to the register for a reset, she treated me so rude and refused to put back to the cash price! What an angry cheater trying to take advantage of a customer! Terrible services. Two lady at the cash register chatting. I needed help with the whip cream because it appeared empty when I pumped a couple times. I asked the ladies to change it and it seems like a hassle to her based on their facial expressions. One lady name Alberta mumbles in Spanish under her breath. When she was done adjusting it, she rushed me over by saying "go,go!" Bad customer services ever. I asked for the owner or manager's name, I was questioned as to why I am asking. After paying, I asked Alberta to stamp my coffee card and she still didn't get it. She stared at me and wonder why I haven't leave yet....again, I asked her to stamp the card and reminded her it's the 3rd times, I have to ask her. I do not live in Huntington Beach but. because I drive UBER and LYFT throughout So, Call need to fill up both my gas for my car and food and drink for my body! So; I googled the closest Arco AM PM to my UBER drop in Seal Beach and it led me directly to this one.I am writing this YELP review because I am very impressed with this station and food Mart! First off...the lot on which it is..Is extraordinarily large!Also there are 6 two sided gas pumps and there is the most space between each pump that even when this station gets crowded there is more than adequate space for cars to maneuver around other cars if pumps are occupied...But in addition if customers choose to not fill up gas...There are two separate areas for which St least 4 cars each can park securely and in between each there is air and water if needed for ones' cars!! And one of the greatest features esp as I am typing this is; and the ads are at the pumps...If one happens to love Arco AM PM' s Jumbo Hot dogs..As I do..This Arco A M PM is currently running a price special...Buy one Jumbo Hot dog at the reg price..And the second one costs only $1.00!!!!!!!!!!!! And in addition the inside staff are very friendly and they have very clean bathrooms for customers!!!!! This store is remodeled now looks alot better its always clean when I come in. My go to spot for everything from coffee and the food is fresh every time. They also have great deals on beer I usually get the 2 twenty-four oz modelo for $5.50. Gas is always a good price recommend this place to anyone 100/10 great customer service. read more

Tonight I went to this arco to purchase alto pods as I always do at this location. I had asked the clerk if they still had the device for 99 cents as advertised and he had stated there was not anymore of that model at that price. I had told him I would skip on the device but I would still like to purchase the pods. That is when things got interesting. I had my us passport out to show him, and he physically shooed me away and said I need an id. I said this is an id, and as he continually shooed me away & told me he needs something to swipe. That is not a problem, every company has policies. The only concerns for me are why was he overly rude to me for denying the device and also why was this companies policies NOT in place THREE days ago on Tuesday when I purchased the pods with the same identification. I'm less disappointed in the fact I couldn't purchase the pods, but majorly upset that this man thinks it's okay to treat a returning customer with so much disrespect. October 23, at 6:20 am. The older Hispanic lady with redish orange curly hairy was extremely rude about my card not working with your system. Sarcastic attitute, why would you want that to be your customer service during your prime for morning revenue? People are just waking up going to work and they get the pleasure of dealing with that. As for her, if someone is paying you to stand at a register and just talk to customers, you should probably not talking to them as if you don't even want there buissness. I agree with the other reviewer. Gas is definitely cheap at this AM/PM and so are the drinks. They usually have a deal on Monster's or Gatorades to get me through the day. I don't know what the reviewer was complaining about the credit card situation. I've been going to this location for 20 years and they have never offered credit cards. The "very HB guy" did tell me they were thinking of using Square (iphone app that accepts Credit Cards) soon and offer credit card purchases for grocery items. He said they couldn't do gas cause it kills any little margin they make. Overall, the gas is cheap, the store is big and has lots of items, service is friendly, and the bathrooms are clean. My review pertains to a situation I had. Since I have had fraudulent activity at various gas stations (3 times), I am sensitive to when the machines are not giving receipts and direct me to the clerk. This happened today and I asked if the machine was out of paper. It was not. I therefore contacted the 800 number on the receipt to discuss with Arco/Tesoro my concerns. They ended up contacting the station. I received a text from someone named Sean claiming to be the manager. He sent me a text wanting to know what my issue was since Tesoro had filed a complaint (which was done without my approval). I asked him to call and he refused. Instead he texted a reply of "Good Luck" and a thumb up emoji. I ended up calling the station and spoke with Sean. Sean said he was the manager. I explained the situation and told him it was unprofessional of him to text me and screen shot the complaint without calling to discuss. I am not convinced Sean is the manager. I do not think this is a professional way to do business. I for one am skeptical of any gas station which does not print receipts at the pump, especially when that pump is NOT out of paper. My first question to the clerk was whether or not he needed to change paper. He said that there was no "out of paper" message. I'm not comfortable buying gas here and then receiving unwelcome ambiguous texts from a "manager" who won't bother calling me. Something is wrong here. read more

Gas is considerably cheaper here. There is a big AM/PM. I generally pump & go but on one occasion, I didn't realize the machines ONLY take ATM cards. The last time I paid with a credit card, so that particular instance must have been a fluke. In any case, I had to go inside and ask the guy about it. The guy was friendly: he greeted me with a "Hey, dude. What's up?" and explained the ATM/debit card situation. He was nice enough and acknowledged my leaving with a, "Later, dude." The guy was very, VERY HB. Like 1980's surfin HB. There's a debit card fee of 45 cents and hit the green yes button, not the number pad. Thanks, brah. read more

I am only giving them one star because I have to. Came to this station because it is advertised as being open 24 hours. When we showed up at 10 pm, we were told by Circula that she was closed because it was shift change and her replacement hadn't shown up yet. She had her "things" to do. When we inquired about being open 24 hours, she was very rude. In fact, she had ear plugs in and didn't even care to have a conversation with us. Stay away if you have other options. read more

Great prices for gasoline in the OC. Avoid Jennifer inside the AM/PM - Rude, Rude and did I mention that she's Rude !?!?!?!?! Other employees are fine, but avoid her like the plague. This is my first review on yelp and I just had to start an account after this guy was so helpful. I am assuming I dealt with the same guy as the other ladies post bc he was very laid back. I ran out of gas about 1 mile away on the street at the worst time bc I was running late to pick up my kids. I walked to this store and tried to buy a gas can and a gallon of gas, but was unable to bc apparently Arco does not takes Credit Cards. Understanding I was upset and stressed out this laid back guy gave me a gas can from his car and paid for a gallon of gas for me out of his own pocket. He also helped me fill it up bc I was unable to (probably bc I am a moron) get the nozzle to pump into the can. Not only that -the guy gave me a ride to my car bc he knew I was running late. Things could have gone a lot worse that day and luckily I went to this place instead the other gas stations I googled in my phone to walk to.
