After Lowes, Home Depot, Ace Hardware told me they could not cut my ebike key blank because they…read moreonly cut keys purchased from them, I needed a locksmith. Hence Yelp. Johnny replied promptly. At his shop he immediately identified the 2 key blanks from Lectric ebikes were WRONG blanks for my original key and pointed out why. He would look for a substitute in his own inventory. After about 30 minutes he presented me with 2 different freshly cut copies. I did not have my bike with me to test whether they worked. Without charge he said go home, test them and call with results. One of the 2 new blank cuts WORKED! I called to give him the good news and a credit card. In spite of my insistence to pay him, he DECLINED to charge me?! Huh??? This man was so friendly and so knowledgeable. I put him in my contacts and will always use this man for any future locksmithing needs.

Previously we had somebody else from another company out and they did not do the job properly. I explained the situation to Response Crew and I was relieved to receive reassurances from the manager of Response Crew that he'd send one of his best door guys out and that we would not be disappointed. The manager also called back twice to make sure we were happy with the job. Although I missed those voice messages I figure posting about my experience here will make up for that. It's always tough when you are trying to hang a new door on an old frame that may not be perfectly straight anymore. And yes only time will tell if the fit holds. But I will say that even if we do have another problem in the future, I know where to go - Response Crew is a no brainer and for sure I'll be a repeat customer for future needs!

I can see why there are #1 in Arizona. Great work AND servicer. ARCO went above and beyond for me today. Brent was my tech and he did a fantastic job re-keying the townhome I recently bought in Gilbert. Very friendly, courteous, and professional. Re-Key done in 20 - 30 minutes. Also impressive - ARCO completely went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. I was coming out from California today and half-way to Arizona I realized I forgot the keys to my Arizona townhome in California (brilliant). I couldn't turn around and drive 3 hours back to California. I called ARCO from the road. My townhome re-key with ARCO was supposed to be tomorrow (Friday), but I have other vendors coming to the townhome and I had to get into it today (Thursday)- I asked ARCO if there was anyway they could fit me in today (Thursday). ARCO understood, worked with their techs, got in touch with Brent, and Brent was outside arriving at the townhome right when I was arriving from California today, Thursday. I just got finished having our home re-keyed. We called our home warranty company who uses CopperStar Security as their contract company. CopperStar called us within about 2 hours to schedule. Joey was our technician and arrived well within the 2 hour window given to us and called about 30 minutes before his arrival so we knew exactly when he would arrive. I told Joey what we needed done and within 20-30 minutes, he was finished and tested out his work. We are very satisfied. He also suggested (very professionally, not at all pushy) some extra home security items we might consider in the future. I would definitely recommend this company and if we need anything in the future, I'm also requesting Joey as our tech! Very satisfied. read more

Horrible service and overcharges. Changed WiFi and could not tell me how to update the information at home and charged $50 come out. Moving out of country and although they cannot provide continues service, thinks I should continue to pay for services, the cannot provide. Would think very carefully before going with this company. Adam- I have attempted to obtain a copy of my contract and your company has not responded. As with my phone company and cable company, I have returned equipment and cancelled contracts with them, without the issues I am encountering with your company. Please respond to my emails and provide my contract and the address I have requested. I hope no one has to deal with this incompetence in the future read more

We just had our new house rekeyed and used our Home Warranty to make this happen and they connected us with ARCO Lock and Security. Joey was the technician who provided our service and he was very professional; arrived on time, professional dressed, and provided quick and quality service. We needed 2 additional keys made and he was able to make those at a very reasonable price (and I didn't have to go to a hardware store and stand in line). He also reprogrammed our garage key pad for a great price. He definitely knew what he was doing and was didn't waste my time to get the job done. ARCO was awesome. They came out the same day I called. I had someone enter my newly purchased home without my notice. Someone still had keys. Arco 1st only had an appointment a few days away which I understood but then called back and said they spoke to the tech and he was willing to fit it into his day. Josh arrived and was all about it. Took a tally of the locks I needed re-keyed, told me the price so I understood and could make any changes to my request. He was done within an hour for 11 locks. Complete professional and all my locks for every exterior door are keyed the same...all for less than the price of one complete lock at a hardware store. 100% worth it! read more

A great experience from start to finish. Technician Kevin did an excellent job, all I had to do was show him where the locks were and he was off to the races. Extremely polite and knowledgeable and he also took the time to inform me that they offered Home Security Systems for my house. Went to his truck, got me the brochure, and explained to me all the benefits of having their system in regards to others. I agree with him 100%, only wish I had known a few months ago, because I'm locked into a Security System currently for 2 years. Time will pass and I'll be back to sign up. I purchased a home and wanted the doors rekeyed, Luis from ARCO Locksmiths arrived on time, we walked through the house and I showed him all the doors that I wanted to have rekeyed, he explained what he needed to do and gave me a time frame for completing his work. Luis was very friendly and professional - he not only completed his work early but provided me with information on this to do and places to find other things I needed in the local area. Beforehand, they were very accommodating and helpful in determining what additional items I wanted to add to the alarm system. These guys really are quite awesome. I had them come and rekey the entire house which had different lock brands and deadbolts to just one key for all and they all work great. Other companies said this was impossible and wanted to charge a small fortune to change everything. But Luis from Arco came and said he would take care of it exactly as I wanted and sure enough, quickly, quietly and efficiently, he did the job perfectly. I scheduled to have my locks re-keyed with ARCO Lock & Security online, believe it was a Sunday evening, and by Tuesday it was done. Very easy to schedule online if you're the type of person who has more free time to arrange appointments in the evenings versus calling. Josh was my locksmith who came out. He gave me a courtesy call about 15 minutes before his arrival, was friendly and efficient. I'm a realtor and ARCO has definitely earned my business as I will refer them to my clients. Kevin Fehlen again did a superb job. I sent pictures ahead so he had exactly the correct double-dead bolt lock that I needed to replace in my screen door that faces the afternoon sun. He also explained why one of the keys I had was a tad too wide and WOULD NOT FIT into the lock. He insured that the keys he left me would fit (and explained that some blanks he's purchased in the past had about 50 of 100 that were too wide!) Kevin is friendly quick and smart. We just bought a house and all the locks needed to be rekeyed. In addition, I wanted an keypad-style lock for the front. When the technician arrived, he quickly evaluated the variety of locks and keys currently in play, came up with a strategy to make them all as uniform as possible, and then got to work. He replaced or repaired about 10 total locks and got the keypad installed in less than a two hours. Our home warranty company set us up with ARCO to rekey the locks on our new house. Our technician's name was Josh, and he was very friendly and helpful. He took the time to explain things that weren't covered by the warranty and gave us the option of including them in the service without pushing us one way or another. Josh called ahead of time to tell me he'd be at our house around 3:30pm and he was right on time. He did a thorough walk through our house on which locks needed to be done, and also reprogrammed our garage remotes. Josh at ARCO did a fantastic job on my rekey job. There was a lot of cylinders that need to be completed along with some locks that were a bit stuck. This was a new home so I was commuting from Glendale to Mesa in rush-hour. I have a Ring and was able to communicate with Josh and let him know I was running a few minutes behind. Louis called in advance to announce when he would arrive and did so according to the time he predicted. He arrived wearing a mask which was appreciated. We discussed the project at hand and Louis completed 13 rekeys including the repair of 2 locks that were sticking. Kevin at ARCO arrived on time, called to let me know when he was coming and did a great job despite a few obstacles that I threw his way accidently...like not being home to open the door for him and show him where the keys were for the locks. Still he pulled off a complete home re-key and contacted me for a client and contacted me when the job was finished. Received confusing text message on Thursday 12/5 about moving my tomorrow (12/5) appointment later. I then informed them that my appointment was on Friday 12/13, NOT Friday 12/5. Texted today,12/10 about moving my 10am appointment on Friday to a little later in the day, and was told they have no information on me and to give them a call. I sent a screenshot of our previous conversation and was then told that they could do that for me and to send my name and address. He genuinely wants to solve your problem and get you taken care of. George helped me get back into my car and also made me a copy of my car key. He also chopped the lock on my shed that had never worked properly and fixed the mechanism. I thought we were going to have to rip the whole thing apart and replace everything, which I was pretty stressed about because the door was so old and I didn't want to mess with it. George came out, looked at everything, and actually figured out a way to fix it instead of just throwing parts and labor at the problem and running up the bill. I'm sure he saved me a lot of money and a lot of wasted time. Other locksmiths gave me very low upfront quotes, and I've had that happen before--then when they show up, the price ends up being many times higher. George gave me a really reasonable price over the phone, and when he arrived, the final price lined up with what he had quoted. It wasn't anywhere close to being a bait-and-switch. He also went the extra mile with the security of my doors. He backed out the old, short screws and installed much longer screws, giving my family a more secure setup and a little more protection if someone ever tried to kick the door in. I also had him replace a deadbolt and install it below the existing lock on another old door. The door sits pretty high off the ground and has a huge step-up, so this non-standard placement made more sense for the way I use the door. I asked George to do it that way, and he didn't hesitate--he just did exactly what I asked. George is a good guy, does excellent work, and always tries to go the extra mile to help. I highly recommend him and Premium KeyLock Locksmith.
