I bought car wash from them and they said only use touch free one because the soft touch is not…read moreworking. Unfortunately a gentleman entered the car wash before me and selected soft touch. Then he stood there confused for 5 minutes straight because it slathered his car with soap but no water or brush. I had to get out of my car and go tell the gentleman. And what do you know, it didn't work for me either even though I was careful to select touch free. Went inside the station to get a credit and the woman there is rude as hell. She tells me she can't give me credit because the manager isn't here. I asked for the manager's phone number and she says I can't give you that! So they basically just took my money for a service that they didn't provide. I also saw the other gentleman driving away with his car still covered in soap and he got no credit either. When I asked her to print me another code so I can use it another day, she scoffed at it and told me she won't do that for me now since I had asked for a refund earlier. Not that she can't, but that she won't! When I expressed that this is not ok to take my money and not provide the service that I had paid for, then she laughs hysterically at my face and gestures aggressively at me. I walked off in anger as I didn't want to get more angry. Please avoid this gas station! Save your money and dignity and take your business elsewhere!

It should be gas station and convenience store (c-store). My job finished up in Morgan Hill, so I stopped here to get some gas. Wow, gas prices are high here! But it is right next to the freeway and near an "In-and-Out" burger place and a Denny's. The station has three islands, w/ 3 pumps each. The carwash was closed at 8pm. I went inside the market to use the restroom. They have MEN and WOMEN restrooms, no ALL GENDER. The mens room was relatively clean. The market itself had a little bit of everything, including: Wine, Beer, and a small coffee shop. The cashier always seemed to keep an eye on the pumps and what was happening outside. Overall, a good experience. Wish the gas prices were a little lower, but I would stop here again.

I went inside to the store and showed employee Armando my bank app amount and the actual receipt. All I wanted was the correct amount on the Chevron end to reflect on my bank app and refund the difference. Mr. Armando refused to provide the proper customer service I received profanity statements 3 different times. Armando quote"You need to shut the fuck up twice" the next was "shut fuck up " I said so now your cussing at me , Armando replied" Im not scared and I dont care I already have another job lined up" Armando refused to do the refund the difference and that I have to call my bank and come back tomorrow. I requested to speak to a manager in the mean time he refused to do so and set me aside to help the other 2 customers behind me making me wait even longer. Finally Armando called the Manager I asked to put the Manager on his speaker phone so I could speak directly to her. Armando refused to to do that. Then I requested the first and last name of the Manger and phone number in writing and he verbally gave it to me I then requested a 2nd time . After a 3rd customer Armando decided to help ignoring my situation he finally wrote it down. I even helped a customer on the lottery scratchers the he had to take it to Sacramento to get his winnings of $1,400 that the cashier couldnt give anything over a certain amount. If it wasnt for profanity used torwards me and just correct the mistake I would have been a satissfied customer. Since Mr. Armando already has another job lined up that the manager of extramile store should immediately fire him and look in the pump#11#12 situation by having weights and measure s recertfy these pumps so no other customer has to through what I experienced tonight. After arrivng home checking my bank app that the proper charge was corrected and the difference put back into my account. Mr. Armandos behavior and profanity aboslutely unacceptable does not excuse his accountabilty. Signed Concerned Customer
