I know they're busy but don't tell me it will be ready at 10.30am & more than 4 hrs later you come in and they're just working on it. I still had to wait another 10-15 minutes before the prescription was fillled. My wife had surgery & needed her medications. Im not sure if this is their standard response time but it's one thing when you're getting a refill and you probably have some of your meds in reserve but this was something that shouldn't have taken this long. I won't be going back to this location.

The parking here is more congested and usually more crowded than the Des Plaines location. All Walgreens have a great Senior's Day promo (for age 55+) which is 20% off on everything (except food and liquor) on the first Tuesday of every month. That's a good once-per-month deal. Walgreens is also going private so we'll see what if anything that means for us consumers in the upcoming months.
