They were clean, organized, respectful, optimistic, and very hard workers. They were hustling in the 90 degree weather - no joke! Shelly answered my call and provided the quote based on some Q&A. The quote came in slightly lower than a competitor and I decided to go with it because of Shelly's responsiveness over the phone (instead of waiting around for someone to do a physical walk-through before they could give me a quote.) The owner called me the day before our scheduled move to confirm the date and time, which I appreciated. Also, All in a Day was available with my short time-frame and they were local to the area my mom was moving so I felt comfortable with their knowledge of the general location. They finished well under the minimum time quoted to me, but that's OK. There was no way my cousins and I were going to be able to move my mom's stuff in the hellish heat of the Central Valley and Frank and Cody worked their A's off so it was worth it to me.
