The prices are very reasonable and honestly, I wouldn't have a problem paying more, just based on the fact that each time, I can get hold of a staff member that is friendly. It really doesn't make sense to me and honestly, I don't believe their comments. I've never experienced, nor even witnessed any issues as such that would warrant a single start rating. In particular, the girl working the paint section of the store was very knowledgeable and was more than happy to answer any questions I had about paint, primer and best painting practices. I'm a thorough amateur at this, so all of the assistance she provided was invaluable. I found the prices to be a bit higher than Lowe's/Home Depot but to me the service more than made up for the couple dollars I would have saved. I will be back.
