Tech #2 did not use a ground Strap before touching the new circuit board! This can cause problems in the future from static discharge. Remember the service providers are on commission!

Another said that they should not have sent the estimate because the unit it was frozen and couldn't be diagnosed. They also admitted they forgot to remove something during the cleaning, causing the freeze--but said it was fixed. Days later, it froze again. Now they deny that ever happened and blame something else. Bottom line: the unit worked until they touched it. Now it doesn't. They promised a pressure test to figure out the issue but canceled after I posted an honest review. I'm now paying another company to diagnose and clean up their mess.
