Warren is a straight up guy that you can depend on . I have dealt with him over 10 years and have never had an issue.

Scamming customers for as much money as they can make. We have used their services over a number…read moreof years. We started with them because the last owners used them for our geothermal unit. But, their services have gone way down. We stopped using them a few years when I was so tired of their constant hounding to send out technicians for "assessments" for electric, plumbing, duct cleaning, heating, HVAC. It was constant, and if they came, they were sure to find thousands of dollars of repairs needed on things that were working fine. I believe in maintenance, but this was an excessive gauge for money. I recently had them back to repair the house humidifier they installed 3 years ago. It was my mistake to not investigate further before signing on for service, but they charged us over $700 for a part that costs $150 and about one hour of labor. They do not provide invoices that list parts and labor but instead have a star system that is like smiley faces and unicorns in the lack of information they provide. This is in fact illegal to not list parts and labor, but they get away with it as a "service package." While they were here, they looked at our geothermal until and came up with $12K in repairs but then sent no invoice on those recommendations. The technician used to be the one who would suggest repairs and provide the costs, but now the technician has to call the sales manager while at the house, and they try to talk you into what you need. It's the feeling of a used car lot and does not offer any trust or sense of honesty. I do not recommend them unless you want and can afford to overpay for all services nor have time to look elsewhere.

They used to have really good people working for them who were responsive, kind and communicative. Last Fall a tech (nice guy, but seemingly new/green) destroyed a piece of our system. After a tough phone call they at least agreed to cover it under warranty. Some of the copper lines that were installed for my de-superheater in June 2016 sprung pinhole leaks. Their plumbing crew claimed it was high levels of chlorine in the (public) water supplied to my house and wanted me to drop a lot of money for a filtration/dechlor system. It's a 40yr old home with copper everywhere - only this batch of copper leaked. I had to get another plumber to replace the copper and it has been fine since. This Spring they called to get me on the schedule for my Spring PM, which was in early April. Here we are in early June, two months later and my PM appt has been cancelled/rescheduled 6 times. When I call the office or text the people who answer no longer seem to care or be willing to solve the problem. I'm tired of wasting vacation days to be at home for a service tech that's never going to show up. I'm not sure what happened to this business but it seems to have gone from one of the great ones to absolute hell-in-a-handbasket. It's time for me to move on from this abusive relationship...

Sadly I couldn't do business with T&D Plumbing, but I wanted to write a review anyway!…read more I was looking for a local company that could replace our sewer line using pipe blasting. After talking with one of the guys and explaining our "crappy" situation, he said he would have to sub out the job and up-charge us. He was so kind to give me the names of the plumbers he uses for pipe blasting, I couldn't be more grateful! Thank you!

I am so grateful to T &D Plumbing for their subcontractor work for Northern Pipeline, contractor…read morefor BGE at the time that BGE has been re-piping the gas lines in Pikesville. So while I have no foundation to comment upon pricing (since eventually BGE is paying for their services), I can and will comment about how impressed I am with T&D's master plumber who followed in the wake of Northern Pipeline's work to replace the gas line to my home. I hadn't taken the time and don't have the technical background to realize that re-piping doesn't end with a new pipe (it looked more like a tube to me), but rather the job is really just beginning when Northern Pipeline has done their own miracle in ensuring that our landscaping wouldn't be harmed. The T&D professional had about a four-hour job, going well past normal business hours, to do in replacing the gas meter and all the strange-looking widgets that service the meter, making sure that no gas is leaking (he was incredibly attentive to that function), getting the venting working right, and re-lighting the gas boiler, the water heater, the gas range, and the standby electrical generator and making sure everything was back in business again. This man was incredibly patient, both with me and with Northern Pipeline, and there was no way he was going to let my wife be without the use of our gas range in preparing food for our Sabbath. I have kind words for how much I appreciate Northern Pipeline for saving our shrubbery, but the real hero of the day was the plumber from T&D (and of course whoever at Northern Pipeline selected T&D to do the inside-the-house part of the project).
