Scamming customers for as much money as they can make. We have used their services over a number of years. We started with them because the last owners used them for our geothermal unit. But, their services have gone way down. We stopped using them a few years when I was so tired of their constant hounding to send out technicians for "assessments" for electric, plumbing, duct cleaning, heating, HVAC. It was constant, and if they came, they were sure to find thousands of dollars of repairs needed on things that were working fine. I believe in maintenance, but this was an excessive gauge for money. I recently had them back to repair the house humidifier they installed 3 years ago. It was my mistake to not investigate further before signing on for service, but they charged us over $700 for a part that costs $150 and about one hour of labor. They do not provide invoices that list parts and labor but instead have a star system that is like smiley faces and unicorns in the lack of information they provide. This is in fact illegal to not list parts and labor, but they get away with it as a "service package." While they were here, they looked at our geothermal until and came up with $12K in repairs but then sent no invoice on those recommendations. The technician used to be the one who would suggest repairs and provide the costs, but now the technician has to call the sales manager while at the house, and they try to talk you into what you need. It's the feeling of a used car lot and does not offer any trust or sense of honesty. I've been a customer since Spring of 2016 and have purchased two top-of-the-line Waterfurnace geothermal systems from Supreme, both with lots of bells and whistles, and I've used their plumbing services many times to the tune of thousands of dollars. They used to have really good people working for them who were responsive, kind and communicative. Last Fall a tech (nice guy, but seemingly new/green) destroyed a piece of our system. After a tough phone call they at least agreed to cover it under warranty. Some of the copper lines that were installed for my de-superheater in June 2016 sprung pinhole leaks. Their plumbing crew claimed it was high levels of chlorine in the (public) water supplied to my house and wanted me to drop a lot of money for a filtration/dechlor system. It's a 40yr old home with copper everywhere - only this batch of copper leaked. I had to get another plumber to replace the copper and it has been fine since. This Spring they called to get me on the schedule for my Spring PM, which was in early April. Here we are in early June, two months later and my PM appt has been cancelled/rescheduled 6 times. When I call the office or text the people who answer no longer seem to care or be willing to solve the problem. I'm tired of wasting vacation days to be at home for a service tech that's never going to show up. I'm not sure what happened to this business but it seems to have gone from one of the great ones to absolute hell-in-a-handbasket. Scummy company! They were scheduled to come out on (date) from 8-12. 1pm rolls by and no contact. They say "you're next you're next". 5pm comes and the call saying they can't come out that day. Things happen. We get it. They come 2 days later as schedule and the tech they sent knew nothing. He walks in and immediately needs to get a supervisor to look at the system. He couldn't tell us basic details about the furnace and was there for all of 15 minutes. We ultimately send him packing with plans on calling a more reliable company. They call us trying to receive payment for coming out even though the website CLEARLY states that if they cancel on you, the service fee was waived! Great HVAC technicians from Supreme Service Today, but check their prices for extra work, consider the price of their service plan, and consider the quality of their plumbing techs' work. The HVAC technicians from Supreme Service Today are all top-notch. Jose has come to our home a few times. All HVAC technicians do very complete work with great attention to details. They are all knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. Supreme Service Today has also done two duct work additions in my home, with excellent results. Just today Saber completed installation of a return vent and duct, with excellent work. Supreme Service Today price-matched another contractor's estimate to bring the price of this installation down Very Significantly! Kirby has Still Not been able to get a replacement thermostat for my York Affinity heat pump after claiming to do his best to make it read properly. It has been 5 1/3 (Five and a third) Months now and and we Still have a wandering, unstable thermostat that Supreme Service Today has replaced twice. I am hoping that Supreme Service Today can make the thermostat operate normally Very Soon. I do Not have much good to say about the plumbing techs from Supreme Service Today. They did Not drain the water heater at all like the manufacturer, but rather were content to watch it flush for forty minutes. Then in the water chemicals test they advised me that I had hard water because the pH was high. They thought that H in pH stood for Hardness. Rather, it is well known that pH is a measurement of acidity / base of the water. I had high Alkalinity, Not high hardness. I have not had the water / plumbing technicians back since to do what I can do better. I called today and was told that I was in the 8am - 12pm window and to be on the look out for a text message regarding when the repair person would be arriving. I get a call at 11:30am they were no longer coming and the soonest they would come would be in 2 buisness days. This is not "today" service nor what I was told my window would be and is unacceptable. We have been with Supreme Service for over a decade, and perhaps too long. We started with them when they were a small business just operating HVAC. they have grown to cover electrical, water, plumbing as well. We have a yearly contract with them that gives us semi-annual checks on our HVAC system but more recently that has also come to include free checks of electrical and plumbing in separate appointment. The technicians are always friendly and respectful. We have had a few issues in the past of skipped appointment, in fact two in a row in 2024, but in 2025-2026 they seem to have corrected that. They always spend a lot of time in our house thoroughly checking our HVAC or plumbing or most recently electrical. But here is the rub. They ALWAYS find problem. And when I say problems, I mean catastrophic problems or at least it is presented as such. Supreme Service always gives us three options - the basic, the better, the best. In each of the last two HVAC visits we were recommended fixes that ranged from $5k - $25k to repair ducts and install a new HVAC system. They tried twice. Wr politely said no thank you, and our HVAC system has continued to operate just fine in our opinion. Just this week, their electrical technician came and not 15 minutes into the appointment he called in his supervisor to visit. I then had to two gentlemen in my home checking all of my 60 outlets. I was told that 39/60 did not meet standard and would need to be replaced. Cost for all 60 was going to be $19k, or $11k for the 39, or $6.6k for the most in need. I asked for the written estimate to review with my wife and a call back. The supervisor said he would call back the next day. He did not. We are going to hire an independent contractor to check our electrical outlets to verify these findings. We just find it odd that every time Supreme Service visits they want to charge us $20k for fixes/upgrades that they say are necessary. It's not strong-arming, they don't pressure us, they aren't rude or threatening, but the story is getting a little old. They may very well be finding legit issues, but it's moderately suspicious. After this next HVAC check coming up we may finally move on to someone else. Please be mindful. read more

Scheduled with this company and arranged a next day appointment. Wife took off work to be there for the HVAC tech. Tech sends a text to my phone the day of the appointment. I was in morning meetings and didnt see the text confirming the appointment. They cancelled the service call. No one told me when I scheduled I would receive a text I had to respond to the day of the appointment to keep the appointment. Terrible company. Do not use. read more

High prices on each service. Did not perform agreed upon service completely but charged the full amount for the partial service. Details: Supreme Service Today quoted 1200 for coil and rotor blade cleaning: About $400 for coil and $800 for rotor and performed the service recently. To start with, they quoted high price to clean the rotor blades as the technician has to take it out from the unit and clean. However, he was unable to open all bolts to get the rotor out, and so could clean probably about 40-50% as much as he cannot access the blades. None the less Supreme Service Today charged me the full price. When I brought this to Mariah's notice she offered me a $50 rebate on my annual subscription. An ethical business will give your money back if they are unable to perform the repair, which was supposed to be performed. In a nutshell, the cleaning repair is grossly overcharged and severely underdelivered. Icing on the cake is that the technician Shawn is a polite and nice person, but he has no control on adjusting the charged amount. read more

This past Saturday 10 AM, I had to turn off my main water valve for a washer installation. As soon as began to turn the valve handle, water started coming directly out of the handle. Having to act quickly, I recall hearing the annoying ad in the back of my head my car about how great Supreme Serice was and how they specialized in emergency and same day services. They went so far to discuss looking to hire people and how "special" they would need to be to work for them. Anyway, once I spoke to the woman on the phone, she took my info and said someone would get back to me with the earliest available appointment. I asked if would be today and she said she had no idea as she worked for a third-party call service. I followed up by completing an online form on their website and received a text asking me to contact them. I assumed I would just get back to the same service and figured I would wait for a call. As water was coming out of the wall, I did not have a lot of time to wait for a call back. The very next call I made; I was in contact with a plumber that did not make outlandish promises but was able to make it to my house within the hour. The pricing was also very fair (not sure if Supreme would have gouged me as I never got call back.) I did not receive a call until Tuesday morning asking if I still needed help, I realize Monday was a holiday, however I thought Supreme was available 24x7 to help me. I am not as angry that there was no one to help me as much as the horrible communication and lack of timely follow up. I do not recommend contacting them for even basic non-emergency services!
