This didn't make sense to me since there had been no back and forth communication between us. It was clear in all my communication that I was a remote PM and to call me directly with any questions about scope etc. Roy was frustrated that the store employees didn't know what they were talking about. There wasn't an issue the first time that they went out to this location. They never called me to clarify and never called me to let me know they were going to pass on the job. I had called at the end of last week for an update and was told the bid was being worked on. When I called back this week I was shocked by them saying they were now refusing the job. I asked when they were going to let me know that they weren't going to move forward with the job. You know the professional thing to do...? I was specifically told by Roy, "Well you wasted our time, so I thought we would waste yours." If you don't want the work that's one thing. But to tell me you were working on something that you weren't, and to treat me like that when I was just trying to get to the bottom of what was going on is rather shocking. They never called with any questions and didn't have the decency to let me know that they weren't going to move forward with the job. When I called to follow up and to be told that they wanted to waste my time is disgraceful for any business. To expect store employees to know the exact scope of work doesn't make sense in the commercial space. Do not choose this company for any commercial work. There communication is severely lacking and their customer service is childish.

They quoted and installed a brand-new HVAC system costing over $11,000 with systems potentially ranging up to approximately $16000, Unfortunately after the installation was completed, they did not properly test the system to make sure it was actually working. As a consumer, I assumed and the sales person Jonathan advised me that the new system simply needed a few hours to cool the house after installation. However, that was not the case. Since they removed my old unit, my air conditioning has not been working at all. This is especially concerning because I have two double-coated dogs who cannot safely stay in temperatures above 72°F for extended periods, Being left without working air conditioning in this situation is not something I take lightly. I called their office at **302-947-8694** and was told that someone would contact me to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, after they received more than $11,000, I have been left waiting with an HVAC system that was installed but is not functioning The biggest issue is not simply that something went wrong during installation. Problems can happen with any mechanical system. The issue is the lack of follow-up and urgency after receiving a substantial payment, especially when the customer is left without working air conditioning.
