Hate to have to change my review, but I have no choice when service has been this consistently bad for a long time now. No matter what I order through the drivethrough, be it a single combo or a couple shakes, it has taken no less than 15 mins of sitting at the window. It's not even like they have been busy. There's rarely someone in front of me, and there's never more than a couple parties inside. Tonight I got the ranch burger and it was terrible. The meat and bread were chewy. Oh Arctic Circle what has happened to you? My first job was at a Arctic Circle in Portland, Oregon in the early 80's. The food was cooked per order and not allowed to sit for more than a few minutes. We visited Sunday at 12:00. The drive thru was empty and so was the restaurant. I ordered my beloved Ranch Burger and I almost cried at how awful it was. I believe even though it wasn't busy the burger I was served was from the previous night. Or was sitting for a long long time. The sauce was absorbed into the bun. I get an chocolate ice cream cone from here at least 2x a week! Love it! The cheese curds are delicious also!

I haven't eaten here for quite some time, but decided to dine in with mom. The French fries have taken a major turn for the better, think they had a light flour coating on them and were so fresh and crispy i Aly just go back for them!! They're some of the better fast food fries in my opinion. The mushroom burger I got was very good, get about 6 napkins when you order it, it's so messy! If they offer bibs, I'd recommend it that too! read more

I have grown up going to Artic Circle, from the times my own mom worked here in the early 80's at the downtown location which no longer exists. I love the food there it has always been consistent and never changed. My favorite burger is there Bacon cheese burger, it's always my go to. And don't forget to get a lime Rickey to walk it all down. read more

Terrible, slow service. Tons of new employees, in need of training, but nobody giving them direction . At least 8 people behind the counter and none of them making progress with anything. Hot fudge was the consistency of pudding and didn't taste right. Also, the restaurant just looks dirty, especially for being a brand new. Other arctic circles are much better. Just went in there tonight. It was a bit busy so I went inside and patiently waited. Middle aged man at the counter avoided taking my order so I waited a bit longer. Someone came up from the back to take my order. I patiently wait, a gentleman that went through the drive thur came back in for the 3rd time because his burger was made wrong. As I continued to wait. The gentleman was handed a burger he opened it up touched it and it ended up not being the correct burger. So the middle aged employee took that burger that was handled by a customer back up on the shelf with the other burger. Well low a behold that burger was mine. Without hesitation he bagged it up and gave it to me. I left without saying a word because I didn't want to wait another 30 mins for cold food. My fries were cold and stale. The middle age man needs to realize that he is there to work not pretend to work. The teenagers there were running laps around him. Also there was 2 other customers that complained that the drinks tasted funny like the syrup was running low and the middle aged man blew them both off threw his hands in the air. A teenage (mullet) frantically rain in the back and assisted the customer to get his drinks replaced. Mullet kid was phenomenal he went above and beyond with every customer he interacted with. He was bouncing between taking orders inside to handing out food out side to jumping in and making shakes to running in the back. I grew up coming here and what I saw in regards to the hamburger being handled by a customer and just thrown back up on the shelf to serve to someone else makes me not trust this place and makes me honestly never come back. read more

If you want to go somewhere where your bun is stale, with possible spots of mold, then Arctic Circle is the place for you. I wouldn't trust any of the food here. And the shakes are very hit and miss depending on the flavor and who makes them. Best bet would be to go ahead and stay away from every location of this dump. read more

Tried this location last week. Drive thru was backed up but the service at the window made up for it. Delicious sandwiches and drinks. A+

Disgusting place. To be honest I've never had a meal here and I never want to. The prices are kinda high for the quality of the food. The place recently got remodeled but it still looks gross. The worst part is probably the staff. Most everyone is gross and a juggalo. Do you really want them making your food? Nah. Ice cream is good and that's about it. read more

We eat there on nov 30, 2014 at 20:51. To us the service would have been better from ele students. Tthe male cashier keep making weird sounds and the girl keep saying jered stop. They went on for about 25 min. They reminded me of to toddler irritating each other. We ended up leaving without finishing eating. They were way out of line and no way close to acting like someone should in public. We asked for cheese on our chicken sandwich. We had to repeat it 5 times. We thought she finally got it right because she read it back correctly. We get the sandwich of course without cheese. We took the sandwich back. After several minutes of being ignored someone finally asked what we needed. Told her we needed cheese. She angrily chucked the sandwich in the garbage. After a few minutes she came back to our table and said the cook did it right so we would have to pay (even though it was the cashiers fault). We paid with card so didn't really want to charge .30 on the card. I asked for the manager. I COULD NOT BELIEVE SHE WAS THE MANAGER! I asked for HER manager and very rudely she said Amanda Clark. We then went up to pay for the cheese and asked for the corporate ph# she said "look it up yourself" with her back turned to us . We did say you don't have to be so b$$$chy. The cook than came out front to yell at us. What kind of " manager" needs the cook to come out to belittle the customers? The food was fresh, but not what I ordered. The drinks were wrong and we got the wrong sandwich. My husband wanted ice cream later in the evening, so we went back and they got the ice cream right, but the sundae wrong. I usually give benefit of the doubt, but twice in one day and three items wrong is bad. read more
