And then proceeded to put us back to lobby. They had their office filling up with clients and no movement of actually getting to patient care or trying to catch up with all there backed up clients. Unfortunately this is the norm with low income clients or MediCal clients under these contracted health care facilities. Unacceptable and hopefully they get an office manager that can help them run things smoothly and schedule wisely.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!…read more I visited this dental clinic to have my wisdom tooth extracted. I had already paid for the X-ray out of pocket. On the day of my surgery, I was waiting in the room for Dr. Gallia. He came in and attempted to insert an IV, but he couldn't find a vein. He poked me multiple times and became increasingly irritated. He said, "I'm not doing your surgery," then I asked if I could reschedule. He refused, almost screaming because he couldn't find a vein! He simply said he wouldn't perform the surgery. This was a traumatic experience. I was in bed, prepared for him to come and do his job, and I had already taken a relaxer as per his instructions. His horrible attitude scared me. The nurses then wheeled me out of the office and sent me home. I wasted my time and money!!!!

We received some of the worst patient treatment and experience we've ever encountered. Specifically, Pam the assistant, was completely rude, careless and insensitive with every word and statement out of her mouth while processing my family member. Absolutely inappropriate comments and discriminatory stereotypes were made about her disability throughout the appointment. After multiple failed attempts asking her to stop with the comments and to focus on the appointment, she continued to offend and make the entire experience traumatic for us. Times may be tough but as a professional medical setting please DO NOT lower your hiring standards and employ cheap unqualified medical assistants that will continue to drive future potential patients away from your practice. My concern is management and leadership excuse and tolerate this type of behavior in the work place and no action will be taken. As a fellow medical professional, please revisit and adhere to your ethical promises and oath to your patients regarding treating all with the respect and dignity they deserve.

Then when the dentist came in he was even more rude then her he totally disregarded anything me or my mother had to say about my wisdom teeth, the first thing he asked us was where was the pain and when i proceeded to tell him he told me that it wasn't my wisdom teeth causing my pain he said that I was lying about my pain my mother then asked him to explain and he got very rude and said that if my mother didn't stop asking questions he would kick us out the office and tell the insurance that I don't need my wisdom teeth pulled, my mother then proceeded to be very kind and respectful. He was also coughing all over the place with no mask on, he coughed in his hands multiple times and had no mad on. Over all I think they all need to be sat down from working awhile because they are both very very veryyy rude and disrespectful and impatient.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR EXTRACTIONS. I was told I would be…read moresedated, yet I was fully aware, responding, and reacting throughout the entire procedure. During my extraction, the dentist cut a large gash in the left side of my mouth and then stopped the procedure, telling my boyfriend he could not continue because I was too responsive. To make matters worse, I was charged $310 for an X-ray that felt completely unnecessary. After the failed procedure, I was referred to a hospital setting because I was told they were the only ones who could provide stronger anesthesia. What doesn't make sense is that when I contacted my insurance company, I was informed they were billed for deep anesthesia. If I was supposedly given deep anesthesia, why was I awake, aware, responding, and physically reacting throughout the procedure? The entire experience felt misleading, unprofessional, and like a complete waste of my time. Instead of receiving the treatment I came in for, I left injured, frustrated, and needing to start the process all over somewhere else. Patients deserve honest communication about what anesthesia they are actually receiving and what to realistically expect before undergoing a procedure like this!!!

I recently had a consultation with Richard to have 2 teeth extracted and was essentially turned…read moredown because he "doesn't make enough money" to work on patients with medi-cal. I was told I would need a $300 3D x-ray for one tooth and a $500 "optional" bone graft for the other. I questioned if I could choose to pull the tooth without the optional bone graft and he replied "Why?, is it because you want to spend your money on other things?". I asked if I should get a referral for just one tooth and he replied "I don't want to work on one tooth and have you come back to pull the other", when I had already been there to have 5 teeth pulled and chose to come back because I thought he was a good choice. Instead I was judged for simply questioning this "optional" $500 dollars and if it was possible to get an all angles x-ray instead of a 3D scan, which is an alternative chatgpt suggested. When I was denied, I was told it was his "standard of care for his patients to not leave them in pain". Well, he did, minus the time and money it took to get the referral and go to the appointment. So now you know what to expect from Richard if you're on medi-cal, or if you simply question your options. It hardly surprises me as his colleague Louis Gallia is much the same, who I do not recommend either... The price doesn't bother me, if a 3D scan is absolutely necessary so be it. His attitude is what bothers me. You don't treat patients like that and throw a fit because you don't think you're making enough money. My 1 star is for the ladies working there who were very nice.

I experience moderate discomfort during routine dental visits, and his team always goes above and beyond to ensure that I'm comfortable throughout my visit. Her initial examination was 45 minutes and very thorough. The entire mouth and panoramic x-ray of the upper and lower jaws were examined and discussed. She asked about previous experiences with anesthesia and discussed various options for pain management. She interacted well with my child. The day of the procedure, the infected tooth came out in less than 2 minutes. Yes, she was that quick! Her toy chest has books with CDs on Tooth Fairy and DVDs like Frozen. I appreciate the fact that she called and check-up on us at the end of the day. Her follow up visit was just as thorough as her initial examination. Erin, her front desk staff, was friendly and great! When she found out that we're dealing with an infected tooth, she moved schedules around and managed to squeeze us in for both the consultation and procedure within 10 days even though Dr. Delmore was booked solid for the next month.
